He doesn't understand that Google who owns Blogger....you know the Blog service that's been removing pedo blogs? Yeah, well he doesn't understand that that Google is the same Google that owns Google Pages. So he's going to start practicing pedo-terrorism on Google Pages instead. Not only that he says:

It would appear that Wyoming is home to about 1,200 known sex offenders, most of whom moved there after being convicted someplace else. Unlike most other states, Wyoming, which prides itself on its laissez-faire culture, does not bar sex offenders from living near schools and day-care centers.

However, there is a move afoot to change this.

Bad Week For: Leniency, after an Illinois judge allowed an accused child molester to vacation in Florida. Frank Atherton, 46, says he plans to visit Disney World. “We would have objected further had we known that was where he was going,” said prosecutor Lise Lombardo.

I did a bit more research on this issue. There's more. The judge has now apparently reversed his original decision. From FoxNews:

BELVIDERE, Ill. — A Boone County judge gave a man accused of sexually assaulting three children permission to visit Walt Disney World, then reversed his decision, according to published reports. Frank D. Atherton, 46, got court approval last month to visit Florida on a two-week vacation. When he provided the court clerk with his specific itinerary earlier this week, Associate Judge R. Craig Sahlstrom authorized Atherton to spend three days of his trip at the theme park, according to a story in Thursday's edition of the Chicago Sun-Times. Atherton's attorney, Michael Haughan, defended the trip. "He is going with his family (to Florida), and he is presumed innocent," Haughan said.

Atherton was freed on bail, it should be noted, and one of the conditions was that he not have contact with any minor children. Perhaps the judge finally took more than 2.35 seconds and asked himself a pertinent question: say, what do you customarily find at Walt Disney World?

Hmm?

Jessica's Law Challenged in Nebraska

James Fisher feels his rights are being infringed. He has been sentenced to lifetime supervision, GPS monitoring and unannounced searches of his home by parole officials. As a result he is currently suing the Nebraska Attorney General, Department of Corrections and the Parole Board. Full story here

His punishment comes as a result of Bill LB1199 – the Nebraskan equivalent of Jessica's Law. Fisher's attorney, Sue Ellen Wall, works as a "cooperating attorney" for the ACLU in Nebraska. You can read more about the ACLU's connection to abuse and exploitation of children here and here. Not surprisingly, Wall had this to say:

It (sex crimes against children) is a problem we're all cognizant of but you can't just throw a human being into a cage without there being some rational basis for it.

Let's see if we can find some rational basis, shall we?

He was convicted of brutally raping a 4 year old child

That is more than enough basis for me. I think I speak for all the contributors and allies of AZ when I say I don't give a damn what Mr. Fisher feels he is entitled to.

A spokesman for the Attorney General has stated they are "prepared to defend" this legislation.

Judge Daniel L. Howsare

I know this isn't about online pedophiles, but I'm cross posting in it hopes of getting the word out, and hopefully forcing the judge to do his job.

Imagine if you will, that your boyfriend preys upon your daughter for five years. She suffers in silence, as so many children do, until one day when she speaks up. After five years of sexual abuse, she's gained the strength to tell of the abuse she's went through and seek justice.

Your boyfriend, Richard Crawford is convicted of 390 counts of sexual abuse, with almost a hundred carrying mandatory five year sentencing. You can sit back, and focus on helping your child overcome this. She can breath easier, knowing that this man will never hurt her, or another child again. Because time has went by, and the abuse is hard to prove- the investigation takes it's toll on her, requiring her to go through not only the telling of the abuse, but even the extent that she wears a wire and gets him to admit to the abuse. But, after everything- it's over. He's been convicted. You know, as does your little girl, that he will be spending the rest of his life in jail.

And, then, the unthinkable happens. The judge in the case, Judge Daniel L. Howsare decides that he's just not sure about sentencing. He just can't make up his mind on whether Crawford is punishable under Megan's law.

Just to give you an idea of Crawford's charges, just so that you can see the sort of man we are talking about, here is the current criminal charges filed against him, for which he is waiting sentencing on. Included in his charges are 18§3121§§6 - 53 / Rape / Person Less Than 13 Years Age, and 18§3126§§A7 Ind Asslt Person Less 13 Yrs Age- both listed more times than I care to count.

Megan's law lists those as:

Rape (18 Pa. C.S. § 3121)
(a) Offense defined – A person commits a felony of the first degree when the person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant:

1. By forcible compulsion;
2. By threat of forcible compulsion that would prevent resistance by a person of reasonable resolution;
3. Who is unconscious or where the person knows that the complainant is unaware that the sexual intercourse is occurring;
4. Where the person has substantially impaired the complainant's power to appraise or control his or her conduct by administering or employing, without the knowledge of the complainant, drugs, intoxicants, or other means for the purpose of preventing resistance; or
5. Who suffers from a mental disability which renders the complainant incapable of consent.

(c) Rape of a Child – A person commits a felony of the first degree when the person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant who is less than 13 years of age.

and

Indecent Assault (18 Pa. C.S. § 3126) – if the offense is a misdemeanor of the first degree or greater
A person who has indecent contact with the complainant or causes the complainant to have indecent contact with the person.

Both are crimes that are SEXUAL OFFENSES as declared by Megan's Law.

Currently, despite having been convicted of 390 sexual offenses, Richard Crawford is not on PA's sexual offender list. Despite being convicted of 390 sexual offenses, Richard Crawford is not sitting in jail. Because the judge doesn't find it important to remove this man from walking the streets freely.

Richard Crawford is out on bond until the judge in this case decides that he has put enough children as risk, and sentences Crawford. Yet, despite the high likelihood that Crawford could skip out, or that he could decide to prey upon one more child- liberal Judge Daniel L. Howsare won't even set a date for sentencing.

Bedford County District Attorney Bill Higgins, did his job. He presented his case, and won a conviction. And now he's asking the the judge do his job, and sentence Crawford.

WJAC 6 News Richard Crawford molested his ex-girlfriend's daughter for five years, from the time she was 7-years-old until she was 12. Despite his conviction last December, the victim still does not have justice.

Higgins said he blames the judge.

"Here's an opportunity to take a violent sex offender off the street and the judge doesn't take the opportunity to do that and lets him walk out of the courtroom," said Higgins.

Howsare refused to comment about his decision, but Higgins said it's because Howsare isn't sure if Crawford is really a sexually violent predator. For the state, there's no question.

"The state offender association board has determined he is a sexually violent predator," said Higgins. "We just need the court to go along with that."

There is more coming out in this story, and I'm hoping to be able to bring you new information within the next few days- on both the case and this irresponsible judge.

For now, I have to ask that you take a moment to make a few phone calls- and let the Bedford County Court know that allowing a sexual predator to remain free (it's been three months) while a judge refuses to do his job, is just not acceptable.

At this point, a child has been horribly abused, and her abuser is being allowed to roam free. We have to demand that not only he be sentenced, but that the sentence be set at the maximum allowed by law. Millions of commercial Web sites and personal blogs would be required to report illegal images or videos posted by their users or pay fines of up to $300,000, if a new proposal in the U.S. Senate came into law.

After child pornography or some forms of "obscenity" are found and reported, the Web site must retain any "information relating to the facts or circumstances" of the incident for at least six months. Webmasters would be immune from civil and criminal liability if they followed the specified procedures exactly.

In addition to the provisions relating to child pornography, the bill also would ensure that sex offenders will register information relevant to their online activities on sex offender registries. Specifically, it would require sex offenders to register their email addresses, as well as their instant messaging and chat room handles and any other online identifiers they use. If a sex offender failed to do so, he could be prosecuted, convicted, and thrown into jail for up to 10 years. The bill would also make the use of the Internet in the commission of a crime of child exploitation an aggravating factor that would add 10 years to the offender’s sentence.

It is imperative that this legislation is enacted. It is now before the Senate Judiciary Committee. This is an easy way for you to let your voice be heard, that you are saying NO to internet predators and child sexual exploitation. Let them know how seriously you stand on this issue and that we expect them to act in our children's best interest. We've talked a lot about Lindsay Ashford and his Puellula website. The fact that he brazenly posts stolen images of presidential candidates daughters and granddaughters to predict the winner based upon the attractiveness of the little girls. We know Barack Obama successfully got his children removed, and now Chris Dodd has acted also. Let's keep sending emails, they will pay off.

But let's also talk about Lindsays defiant, obnoxious, callous and brazen memorial to missing and murdered little girls. Lot's of people have complained about this. Lots of people have been outraged by this. Even some of his own pedo-brothers have told him how inappropriate it is.

It lacks sensitivity to the girl's remaining relatives, family and friends. For the sake of the memory of those lost, have the decency to remove the pictures. ~Dragonslayer

But Lindsay does what Lindsay wants doesn't he? If you go to his website Taken from our Midst you will also see a page devoted to Jessica Lunsford. Jessica murdered by that creepy pedophile John Couey, and now we see precious little Jessica on a pedophiles website. Why? He even has an offer there to host a memorial for your missing or murdered daughter for free. I'm sure some people may have taken him up on it, because you don't realize it belongs to a child predator if you enter that site through a websearch. Whether Lindsay committed an act against any of these little girls or not is beside the point. This is an outrage, an abomination, a total lack of respect, and a total lack of humanity. He is ignoring boundaries. He is USING and EXPLOITING this little girl to make a political statement.

You may be asking yourself WHY is Lindsay's site so dangerous, he says himself its a support for pedophiles who feel lost or suicidal. We have some Intelligence

That Daniel is a stupid pedophile. Yes that's right....Daniel Lievre who owns that website that teaches fellow pedophiles how to go forth and multiply their cognitive distortions and is the author of Pedo Logic for Dummies. The same Daniel who says he's sexually attracted to children but he's not a pedophile....because he'll have sex with anybody. Daniel is a child predator, that's what Daniel is.

I've had run-ins with danyboy on other blogs. I've witnessed first hand his attempts to terrorize. I've witnessed first hand his attempt to use psychology -- in his slimey pedo grooming voice....on a child sexual abuse survivor. His attempt to denigrate their suffering, his attempt to rationalize the abuse itself, and his attempt to place the blame for it elsewhere. danyboy doesn't know that his pedo tactics are transparent. How could he? He's a pedophile, and pedophiles are stupid that way.

When danyboy attempted to comment here on AZ, I was enraged. I recognize him for what he is. He's more than just an online pedophile activist. Many paedophiles have preached of the value of their forums and blogs etc as a means of support for each other….support to a) refrain from torturing and molesting children (ala ILGO) and b) deal with real-life situations and prevent suicide(ala Ashford). Recently, this theory has been put to the test.


The opening messages were posted to the BoyChat forum over the course of several hours by user 'here'. 'Here' is obviously seeking support and guidance and perceives that he is in danger. He described his situation this way:

long story short... things went too far with y/f sister listened in on the phone tonite... i dont know what else to say she hasnt said anything yet that i know of... im scared to death

He goes on to add that he has "files" that must be removed from his computer before the cops arrive and received a great number of responses. Incidentally, not one of them addressed the fact that 'here' expressed suicidal thoughts.

The vast majority of the commentors attempted to walk 'here' through complex processes to wipe the hard drive. Many even relished the opportunity to brag about their own ability to hide child porn. Arion Neos explains:

What you're seeing here is the result of a hell of a lot of practice.

Keep in mind at this point these commentors have already expressed awareness of the fact that 'here' has consumed alcohol and drugs. JD420 decides to join in this "campaign of support" although it is unclear whether he is simply amused by these posts or if he is hoping to actually drive 'here' to murder and/or suicide:

He says that wiping the hard drive will work but just in case it doesn't says:

Notice how nobody questions whether a child has actually been hurt or not. In fact, later when a discussion arose regarding psychological help, Cale Tucker advises:

If you march into a shrink's office and proclaim "I did xxx to yyy and his mother is upset" he will be legally obligated to inform the police if xxx is illegal (because yyy is under age)".

Now you have never said as much and you shouldn't even if it's true

'Here' went to the forum a desperate, scared, suicidal person. He gets told to smash the hard drive with a hammer, shoot it with a high calibre weapon, to use complex processes he did not understand, to kill himself by popping more pills, to kill police if they get in his way, not to ever admit to abusing a child even if it's the truth

If this is the type of "support" on offer from these forums, I am confident asserting that the paedophiles are better off alone.

Obama says 'NO' to Lindsay Ashford

We all know about Lindsay Ashford's pedophile website. We all know some of the outrageous things he says. Who is he? He's a pedophile activist. He's a man who has a mission.... that mission is to bring about public tolerance and acceptance of pedophilia as a 'sexual orientation' with the ultimate goal being abolishment of age-of-consent laws. In other words HE WANTS TO HAVE SEX WITH LITTLE GIRLS.

We find his website to be not only offensive but dangerous. He encourages fellow pedophiles through lies and deception. He makes grand statements as fact while pointing to legitimate scientific research, that don't say what he claims. He twists words, he twists reality. Let's face it, he's just twisted.

We first posted about Lindsay using the 'cuteness' of little girls to predict the 2008 presidential election last year The Pedophile Voting System Since that time, multiple phone calls have been made, hundreds of emails sent, petitions signed and a whole-lotta-fussing going on...went on. We decided to focus on getting one, just one politician to step up to the plate and be a stand up guy. And we got that man with Barack Obama.

What we need now is to see the other politicians who have beautiful little daughters and granddaughters step up to the plate and show us that they can be a stand up guy the same way Obama was. This isn't going to go away just because they don't want to know about it.
