I was under the impression from reading that article that she was offered a place to stay and didn't have to go under the bridge. She's a sex offender who TWICE failed to follow registration laws and now refuses to go anywhere else to stay because it doesn't "suit her". While I don't particularly care to have sex offenders living under a bridge I can't help but wonder why Zman would be worried that she would be raped living with all those other sex offenders but he can't grasp why parents would be concerned about them living next door to their children.

Maybe it's his "thinking disorder" that's at fault. He claims sex offenders are judged guilty before being tried and you can't believe the media because they lie. He also claims:

John Couey constantly asked for help! Did he ever receive it? No, why not? If you would've got him treatment a long time ago when he asked for it, Jessica would still be here.

Seemingly oblivious to the fact that Jessica was not left alone and it is not uncommon for a single man to leave his child with her grandparents while he stays at his girlfriends.

Because those people are not informed, and will believe anything this idiot says. But, you have to question his motives, and also what about the child porn he had when Jessica went missing?

Like perhaps Stitches who went to SOA and said "People can relate to Walsh and Lunsford, don't attack them or people will hate you for it" and was subsequently attacked for telling the truth. So then how would you explain this?

This is how you solve problems, all sides should get together, and as adults, talk about all the issues, good and bad, and help solve the problem, instead of passing blame from one side to the other. Maybe when Perverted-Justice, AbsoluteZeroUnited and others see this, then we can help solve the sexual abuse issues.

But the new Washington study does. Yes, not including sex offenses that only result in probation or other penalty, ONLY counting those that result in prison 19% of all NEW sex crimes are committed in Washington state by someone who is ALREADY on the registry.

He left his home the next day and when he returned, his mother told him police were looking for him. Expecting to go to jail and fearing the label of sex offender, he decided "he had nothing to lose and the only power he had in this life was `to take.'"

Now Derek, believes that when the man started shooting teenagers at random, the government is at fault for being "vigilantes" making laws that he doesn't agree with. This man had already been planning to do something like this for years, why in the world would Derek choose a psychopath to try to make his argument.......that isn't even a rational argument.....and will only do more harm to himself and "his people" than if he'd just kept his mouth shut to begin with. He's impulsive, which is probably why he's an RSO today. If he knew WHY this is an inappropriate tactic for a convicted child molester to use, then he would most likely have enough self-control to have not molested a child to begin with.

B4U-ACT's director (and BoyChat pedophile activist) Michael Melsheimer aka "lek", referred him to GirlChat for support.

"The five years I spent in a probation-appointed sex offender treatment program destroyed my faith in the mental health profession. Since "graduating" from the program in March, 2005, I've all but ceased discussing my ongoing concerns about my sexual challenges."

What frustrates me even more than the threat of my professional livelihood being compromised is the constant reflex I wrestle with to wax self-loathing for feeling the way I do about children. What intelligent woman would ever willingly enter into a life partnership with somebody who suffers from these attractions, especially if having children is a mutual goal? Is it fair to raise children in the shadow of a sex crime which will forever remain on public record, threatening to alienate the family in question from the community its children require to thrive? Has anyone out there successfully married and fathered children, all the while holding their attractions at bay? If so, are your wives in on your struggles? How do you disentangle your paternal instinct from your libido...or do you find this disentanglement happens on its own? I'm afraid I'm asking too much from the world in seeking an adult partner who'd consider having children with me. Is there any conceivable alternative for a non-exclusive pedosexual wanna-be family man other than giving a Smith & Wesson hunting rifle a blow job?

Actually my personal opinion is that it's the best alternative for everyone involved. Present and future. But he might consider giving SOSEN a try, I hear those women over there just love pedos.

We've talked a lot lately about registered sex offender activists and how they all talk out both sides of their mouth.

On the one hand they say there's a difference in types of offenders and the law should recognize that, on the other hand Jackie Sparling the COO of SoClear Media Production says

"whether you or your loved one was charged with CP, got caught in a Romeo/Juliet type situation, or was charged with sexual assault/rape doesn't even come into play with our organization"

They also say that child molesters shouldn't be treated as criminals, they should be given treatment instead. Treatment which has proven to have a very poor overall success rate, I might add. Let's look at a perfect example of that.


Trucker of GirlChat has been trying really hard to get our attention lately. He wants all Pedos to UNITE!

He very helpfully encourages the pedoheads, he says

And sometimes he says

WOOT WOOT!

But mostly what he says is pedocrap, as we shall see.

You see, Trucker says he spent 3 years in a prison for sexually violent predators. He says he spent 5 years in sex offender treatment. He says he had an addiction to child pornography. He says he realizes he did it out of lust for little girls rather than love. So now, after completing his treatment - which he says included chemical castration, among other things - here he is on GirlChat plotting and planning and UNDOING all his treatment.

"I'm here to have most of that treatment undone because I never really believed that being in relationships with children is a horrible thing."

Trucker had this to say about the Sex Offender Treatment Program:

SOTPs are extremely ineffective in reducing recidivism, and actually cause it in some cases

I remember being in an outpatient SOTP, and in just two months there were four guys out of eight in my group session who were violated by their POs for legitimate sex crimes

many sex offenders do not want to be treated. They feel they've done nothing wrong, despite the severity of the crime

there's something inside of me that refuses to allow me to reject my pedophilia. I know there is something better for us than child abuse or persecution through law and therapy because I believe that everyone has the right to be sexual, regardless of race or age. I would like the law and therapists to see that someday and work with us to really reduce child sexual abuse.

He also makes the same sort of statement we've seen the likes of Shirley Lowery and other SOSEN and Roar4Freedom members make regarding child pornography

"Has anyone been murdered in the production and distribution? Sure children may have been abused, but abuse can be overcome if one doesn't allow both the abuse and the abuser to have sway over the rest of one's life"

That is a rationalization. Yes it may be abuse.....BUT there's worse things that could happen. Sound familiar? I sincerely don't believe that GirlChat would be approved as therapeutic for this crazed registered sex offender known as Trucker. He is a ticking time bomb. And it just so happens that he is also a bright and shining example of Pedophile! Pervert! Predator! Registered Sex Offender!

Trucker wants ideas on how to make baby raping socially acceptable

We've talked a lot lately about sex offender activists, both the offenders themselves and the family members who enable them.

The Blame Gamers we call them.

But now let's look at some people who aren't sex offenders or family members of sex offenders. People who attempt to further their cause with seemingly no motive to do so. I'd like to know who they are. I'd like to know why their compassion and empathy is directed towards people who harm others and why they blame those who are the victims.

Let's talk about the case of the judge, the lawyer and the therapist.

First up we have Australian Judge Sarah Bradley. Her case involved a 10 year old girl who was gang raped by 9 men. The prosecuting attorney described the rape as

"a form of childish experimentation, rather than one child being prevailed upon by another" and said the males including a 17, 18 and 26-year-old, were "naughty".

And Her Honor based her judgment on her own opinion that the girl

"probably agreed to have sex with all of the offenders"

This ten year old child had previously been molested multiple times AND she contracted a venereal disease during this encounter. She was subsequently removed from her foster family and returned to the community where all her victimizations had occured and in which her victimizers lived within their prestigious and now obviously influental families.

With this decision, Judge Bradley told this girl she was unimportant. That what these men did to her was just something she would have to accept. Every single one of the rapists pleaded guilty. Every single one of them received a slap on the wrist except for 6 of them who received........nothing.

It reminded me of THIS story. Horrifying in itself, the reactions from the pedo community were mind boggling.


Next we have the case of Philip Russell. A Connecticut attorney who accepted the case of the music director at his church. Church officials had discovered child pornography on Robert Tate's laptop computer. The church, a prominent church, "didn't want a scandal. They wanted it to go away", according to Mr. Russell.

Mr. Russell acted swiftly. He took a sledgehammer and beat the hell out of that laptop, thus destroying the evidence and enabling Mr. Tate.

Mr. Tate had done a lot more than possess child pornography of young boys, some of it sadistic in nature. Regarding Robert Tate, Judge Alan Nevas said he had "never, ever seen such a sexual abuse history as Mr. Tate's, going back 30 years, involving trips overseas, and bringing child prostitutes to the parish and church grounds". Nevertheless, Mr. Russell who could have received 3 years in prison for his part, instead was given 1 year probation, 6 months of home confinement, a $25,000 fine and 240 hours of community service. He can reapply for his license after a period of one year. Hopefully the scumbag will be disbarred.

As for Mr. Tate? He plead guilty to possession of child pornography and will be sentenced on January 31. No one seems to know why he's only charged with CP. Perhaps it's the good ol' boy system operating in Connecticut. Mr. Russell says that he's "very relieved and happy" that the case is behind him. But what about those boys in those images? Who are they? What about those boys in Mr. Tate's extensive baby raping history?


Niki Delson is a therapist. Her clients include sex offenders. Her clients also include child sexual abuse victims. Niki is a pro-pedophile, pro sex offender activist. While Niki's peers are publishing in professional journals, Niki is publishing in the American Chronicle. I bet she leaves that off her resume though, ya think?

Niki believes that it's natural and quite normal for adults to be sexually attracted to sexually immature, sexually undeveloped prepubescent children. To back up her claim, she quotes a study by Briere, which we talked about HERE and which has been proven to be biased and purposefully deceptive.

Insanity, a legal term, may be used to defend criminal behavior if the person did not understand that what they were doing was illegal. Being mentally ill does not mean that one is insane, however. And while experts agree that mental illness which effects a persons behavior - if not curable, is treatable, while the alternative - EVIL - is not. The best you can hope for with someone who is just plain evil is behavior modification, a tortuously long process with a poor success rate. And it's easy to see why.

And yet Niki's partner Ron Kokish teaches the exact opposite, he says it's best to be evil because, well you could simply change your behavior.

Niki, besides being the Media Director and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the California Coalition on Sexual Offending, is deeply involved in activism. Writing propaganda in the same style as the other blame gamers on the tabloid site American Chronicle, blogs, forums and news sites, we see her twisting statistics and studies and showing up in strange places like the eAdvocate website, SoClear Media Productions, Martijn of the Netherlands Political Pedophile Party, the Reform Sex Offender Laws Petition website, MySpace, Nigel Oldfields website, Zman's blog and the yahoo group belonging to Erika the Mouse.

Niki is an activist for sex offenders, she advocates for less restrictions, no registry, and no notification. Niki believes that pedophilia is normal. Niki is counseling sex offenders, feeding into their cognitive distortions. Niki is counseling children who have been sexually abused by the pedophiles she believes are normal. There is something not quite right with this picture.

I wonder what she would think of the pedophile Jason. I wonder what she would tell him when he said:

Masturbation has no known harmful effects on an otherwise healthy child. Even if a child were forcibly masturbated against his/her will, any harm would be minimal and quickly overcome if parents and the law took a sensible attitude toward the "assault"

Even where a child is truly forced and protests against being masturbated, any ill effects would be virtually eliminated if society would only get rid of the current sexual hysteria

Per our discussion going on now in the Anniversary post regarding Spike's post about a pedohead who committed suicide, I think we can't pass this one up. In summary Spike was called to offer counsel to the family of a man who killed himself. Though the man lived very close to Spike he wasn't known to him, but hey! guess what? They were pedo brothers! The note read:

"I have lived with the guilt of having an attraction toward children for many years now, and I have kept this away from everyone, even myself at times, I have convinced myself many times that this is not true, only to come back and slap me in my face, whenever I see a little girl!"

"To my children, though I loved you very much, I intentionally kept myself away from you so that I would not harm you in anyway."

Now, he never said in this note whether or not he had acted on his attraction, did he? But he did say that he kept himself distant from his own children "so that I would not harm you in anyway."

I think that statement is very important, and most especially considering they are his final words. And yet....he goes on to hurt them anyway doesn't he? Just like all pedoheads sooner or later they just can't keep their mouths shut. He's killing himself because he can't bear being a filthy pedophile and he's gonna slap down everybody in his life as he goes. Never mind that his children and family will be suffering over his death, now they also have to deal with the shock and shame that their loved one was a filthy, stinking pedophile. He made his family victims in the end, didn't he? And Spike says, what again?

I feel the hate of the community toward this man, and he has done NOTHING wrong, but simply he finds a child sexually attractive, and because of THIS he deserves to die by his own hands, or by somone else's hands. Where are as a society that we feel this way toward another human being?

Condemnation of the condemners - Those who condemn sex between adults and child are portrayed as engaging in even more victimizing or exploitative acts then those for which pedophiles are accused.

Appeal to higher loyalties - The assertion that they serve the interests of a higher principle: the liberation of children from the repressive bonds of society. Also, the attempt to align with other, less stigmatized, organizations such as the woman's movement or the gay rights movement.

Denial of the victim - The conceptual transformation of children from victims of adult sexual behavior into willing partners.

The teenage girl's 40-year-old uncle admitted he also had sex with the 11-year-old and told police that his niece was coaching the child, the records said.

The 11-year-old told police she then went to the basement, where there were about 15 males and "began to choose who she wanted to perform oral sex on," the records said.

The teenage girl told police that the 11-year-old had told her she wanted to perform oral sex on the boys in the house, according to court records. The 16-year-old denied encouraging her.

The teenage girl and the 15-year-old boy were charged with being a party to sexual assault. Torbenson said he will probably seek to have them tried as adults

Jay Baskins, see HERE, tells us about this little thing called A FACTOID, which he defines as:

Jay states that the ACTUAL fact is:

Then for the actual fact he gives us a......factoid.

Statement repeatedly repeated without substantiation. Walt Whitman being one of the most obvious. Yeah we've all heard that said about him...repeatedly. What's not commonly known is that it's never been proven. Someone says it, and everyone just assumes it's so.

And even if it were so, that doesn't disprove his listed factoid. I personally don't believe all pedofreaks are brutish men. I think of them as sneaking, conniving, manipulative individuals, who GROOM children as their modus operandi. Accusing your detractors of believing something about you which they don't believe is just another example of your less than honest methods.

And Shakespeare? Oh Puhlease. Why do you say these things? Does it validate your feelings somehow? Whoever first said it, knows its not true, and even if it were, it can't be proven, and so they say it believing it will somehow elevate their status. It doesn't work. I personally think that any country where the age of consent is higher is due to society's inability to deal with sexuality, for whatever reason, whether it be because of economics, politics, culture-of-fear, dog-eat-dog ethics, lack of education, etc.

The only thing preventing intelligent discussion is a lack of intelligence on the part of pedovore child lusters.

Heard This One Before

John Mark Karr has confessed to the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. Time will tell if the DNA found under Ramsey's fingernails and in her underwear will finally be matched and her soul can rest in peace. Apparently Karr felt the need to offer this information to police

"He said he loved this child, that he was in love her. He said she was very pretty, a pageant queen. She was the school star, she was very cute and sweet," Suwat said.

Nine men had just been paraded in front of a judge and charged with trying to solicit children for sex online. Their faces were all over TV and the newspapers, and so were the prosecutors’ graphic descriptions of their conversations with undercover police.

To top it off, the district attorney made a bold statement that last weekend’s roundup should instill fear in Internet predators: The children they think they are courting may well be police officers.

The warning was ignored.

Within hours of the DA’s statement, men all over Massachusetts were logging on to their computers and falling for the same trap.

So what are the reasons given by experts that sexual deviants, such as paedophiles, aren't deterred by consequences?

Cognitive distortions

They have what’s called cognitive distortion. Some people call them thinking errors ... where they can basically rationalize or justify behavior.

Impulse over intelligence

Over the years, McLaughlin has used the same online screen name, and some have caught on. Several times, he has been online and a chat-room member recognized him and announced that there was a police officer in the room.

Even that didn’t stop people from approaching him.

‘‘Other people in the room would initiate chat with me and ask if it was true,’’ he said. ‘‘I would tell them it wasn’t, we would engage in conversation and I would arrest them.’’

McLaughlin is a detective involved in online sting operations and is a nationally recognized expert on crimes of child exploitation. When asked if he feels the publicity of the current stings will deter offenders, McLaughlin stated that fear will not keep these offenders away but that he will not give up this fight. He concluded the interview with this statement:

I would be willing to do an experiment. We’ll meet with these guys some place and on every entrance of the building we’ll put signs that say pedophiles arrested here. They’d drive right by the sign. They’d probably park under it.
