Are we Humans smart enough to save our children?

In Florida   Donald J. Smith is a prime example of how we need to change the laws in the US in every  State regarding sex offenders.

"The man charged in the killing of an 8-year-old  had just been released from jail May 31.
Police said they made contact Friday morning with Donald James Smith, 56, who is a registered sex offender, at the home on Segovia Avenue, where he is registered. It was a routine address verification, according to Detective Mike Williams.
Smith lived within walking distance from Dupont Middle School. Police said there was no restriction on him living that close to a school because he was a registered sexual offender, not sexual predator."

He took her on June 22, 2013,  Not even a month after being released for his prior crime against a child!

I fail to understand the 'difference' as he was using predator behavior and killed a little girl.

What is wrong with the State of Florida?  Why can't they get it right?

"Williams said Child's mother met Smith at a Dollar General on Edgewood Avenue West about 7 p.m. Friday. Two younger children, 4 and 5 years old, were also there and remain in the mother's custody.
Smith offered to buy food and clothes for child's family at the nearby Walmart, Williams said. The family was in the Walmart for a couple of hours, he said.
The mother agreed to let Cherish go with Smith to the McDonald's inside the Walmart. The two did not return and the mother called police. "

 I won't go into the blame game here but to highlight the fact that pedophiles prey on women who are desperate and or seem easy to manipulate.
This is why so many sex offenders and pedophiles get to molest more and more children and as we see kill them.. because there are too many unprepared parents having children.  We cannot do anything about this as they will procreate anyways.

We need to offer more help to young Mothers and those who do not have support systems in place so that their children will not have to pay the price for their unprepardness.

"Smith also served prison time for attempted kidnapping and lewd and lascivious assault on children. The first time he attempted to lure a 13-year-old girl into his van and chased her as she ran away. The second time involved Smith trying to lure two girls into his van with pornographic magazines, according to Times-Union archives".

How sad that he wasn't held accountable for life after committing the first crime!

 We need to change the laws!! We need to protect our children!!

"True victims" of sex abuse... look like, act like, think of, dream of...?


Should I cut myself, freak out, get on drugs, learn to shut up, drown my sorrows with alcohol? Or go on youtube and cry?

The therapy that I received taught me that I had a voice and to use it.
I am not ashamed of doing so. Possibly... if "miss Mary" had proper therapy she wouldn't be advocating for registry reform and hanging out with pedophiles and sex offenders.

Sex offenders deserve to have their pictures all over the internet and in magazines. People have the right to know their crimes because they are dangerous and cannot be cured. Sex offenders damage their victims for life and should be held accountable for life.

Not An Exception, The Rule

He is a sex offender who wrote a blog to promote sex offender issues. Here are some quotes from that blog:

By requiring them to register, and directly implying that they are not valuable human beings, but instead they are monsters that must be watched closely and tolerated only because some long dead person wrote that they have rights.

I am against laws that encourage and allow arbitrary discrimination against a person because of mistakes they may or may not have made in the past. It is a serious violation of human rights to judge another person based on what they might do. Sex offenders are routinely evicted, denied services, and harassed because of the community notifications.

Are you thinking for yourself, or letting the media tell you what to think? If you think that sex offenders have little control over their behavior, then that is the TV thinking for you, and it is nonsense.

Sound familiar?

This sex offender then went on to murder three people in order to abduct and sexually brutalize 8 year old Shasta and 9 year old Dylan Groene. He then sadistically tortured the children, capturing much of the torture on camera.

In one video, he hangs Dylan and screams "The devil is here, boy, the devil himself. The demon couldn't do what the devil sent him to do so the devil came himself. The devil likes to watch children suffer and cry."

His name, of course, is Joseph Duncan.

And while we recognize so many of the above arguments in RSO activism today, the same activists like truthseeker aka Ryan Okins, will point out that offenders like Duncan are a 'minority of RSOs'. I can't say I'm so sure of that. In fact, we recently had a misguided visitor..........well see for yourself.




Pause for a moment and think about that. About the sheer terror this family went through. About the agony Dylan suffered...and the fact that we have someone here actively searching for images of Dylan's torture.

Its natural to ask what can we do to prevent Mr Comcast here from becoming the next Joseph Duncan.

Well, why don't we trot on over to the Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign and see what they recommend:

• 2. Abolish all life-time civil commitment for sex offenders who have completed prison sentences and/or parole and probation.



• 4. Stop all required sex offender registration for minors. NOTE: DUNCAN WAS A MINOR WHEN HE COMMITTED HIS FIRST TWO OFFENSES!
  



• 5. Abolish all laws that provide the death penalty or life in prison without parole for sex offenders.
  

Given the above statements, it is very confusing that many members of this campaign to abolish sex offender laws blame society for Duncan's crimes. Their rationale is that if society had never released Duncan, he wouldn't have been free to commit these crimes. Well, that is true but they OPPOSE any option that will keep the offender out of society!

Duncan's blog "Blogging the Fifth Nail" provided insight into this man's thought patterns. In addition to the classic blame-gamer arguments that have already been presented here, I'll leave you with this:

I have no doubt that, given the opportunity, Duncan would be blame-gaming with the best of them. Please stay tuned for more important information regarding this campaign and their disturbing ideologies.

Just Another Foot Stomping Blame Gamer

Sex offender activists have their own way of manipulating statistics. They do not care that it's true or not. We've been through this many times and I honestly don't know why the brilliant minds among them haven't yet figured it out. Perhaps they're too busy calling us "ignorant" and blaming others for their own bad behavior. Blame Gaming.

This is the fact plain and simple. A DOJ recidivism report done over a period of 3 years is not an accurate reflection of true recidivism. Nor does the DOJ recidivism report address the percentage of new sex crimes committed by either an RSO or a non-RSO.

But the new Washington study does. Yes, not including sex offenses that only result in probation or other penalty, ONLY counting those that result in prison 19% of all NEW sex crimes are committed in Washington state by someone who is ALREADY on the registry.

Happy Anniversary Absolute Zero United!

Absolute Zero United is celebrating our anniversary so to start things off I would like to extend a round of applause for each other and our dedication for this cause. Congratulations Absolute Zero United the world has changed for the better because of you!

We have stuck it out together and for that I am proud. What we read and do everyday is not a walk in the park. It is highly stressful to read pedophile/sex offender propaganda and it's highly emotive.

But we share it with each other and help each other through the bands of idiots.. like we see here on the comments and in many other places. Pedophiles and their activists are out there running their propaganda- and then after they get caught- and released- some RSO rodents are wandering the internet looking for acceptance and trying to change important sex offender laws.

Pedophiles label themselves to innocent sounding titles to portray themselves to the outside world as harmless-- odd how so many child lovers have been arrested lately. It seems some one is on our side out there. I am thankful for that. I never want another child to go through what I went through as a child!

As I think back about how I became involved in this battle on line, I realize how much I have grown over the years. And how very much I have learned. I have learned more than I ever thought I would want to learn. The vast majority of the worlds population doesn't know what we know now, and that sickens me.

I want the whole world to fight with us against these child offenders. I want the whole world to know that they are out there.. marrying your daughters, working with you, and in your schools, churches, clubs, gyms, and recreational places.

I want to say to the parents who may read this for the very first time do not be afraid.
Just learn, get angry and then be active in the battle against pedophiles and their propaganda.
Knowledge is power... use it!
