In FloridaDonald J. Smith is a prime example of how we need to change the laws in the US in every State regarding sex offenders.
"The man charged in the killing of an 8-year-old had just been released from jail May 31.
Police said they made contact Friday morning with Donald James Smith,
56, who is a registered sex offender, at the home on Segovia Avenue,
where he is registered. It was a routine address verification, according
to Detective Mike Williams. Smith lived within walking distance from Dupont Middle School. Police
said there was no restriction on him living that close to a school
because he was a registered sexual offender, not sexual predator."
He took her on June 22, 2013, Not even a month after being released for his prior crime against a child!
I fail to understand the 'difference' as he was using predator behavior and killed a little girl.
What is wrong with the State of Florida? Why can't they get it right?

Edgewood Avenue West about 7 p.m. Friday. Two younger children, 4 and 5
years old, were also there and remain in the mother's custody. Smith offered to buy food and clothes for child's family at the
nearby Walmart, Williams said. The family was in the Walmart for a
couple of hours, he said. The mother agreed to let Cherish go with Smith to the McDonald's
inside the Walmart. The two did not return and the mother called
police. "

won't go into the blame game here but to highlight the fact that
pedophiles prey on women who are desperate and or seem easy to
manipulate.
This is why so many sex offenders and pedophiles get
to molest more and more children and as we see kill them.. because there
are too many unprepared parents having children. We cannot do anything
about this as they will procreate anyways.

offer more help to young Mothers and those who do not have support
systems in place so that their children will not have to pay the price

Little does Michael Gregg aka Zman aka SexOffenderIssues know - he doesn't need a costume. No, he and others like him are scary enough as it is.
They are scary not because parents are "hysterical or "over-protective" as he claims but because there really are monsters out there. Michael should know better than to mock this serious issue. He should know because he's one of the monsters.

What goes on in the mind of someone like Michael Gregg? If we didn't already know from reading his prolific blathering histrionics - that graphic says it all. At the moment this proven liar and convicted child molester is bemoaning the fact that parents can know someone is a child molester on Halloween rather than allowing their children to blindly knock on a monster's door. Even more importantly he doesn't understand limiting convicted child molesters from participating in this children's holiday. After all, why shouldn't known pedophiles be allowed to lure children with candy and decorations?
His logic seems to be
"Over the last 100 or more years, there has not been a single case of a child being sexually abused on Halloween by a known or unknown sex offender"
and
"There has not been one case of where a child was sexually abused by a known or unknown sex offender on Halloween, not one!"
He has repeated that over and over again. Frankly, I don't understand why he would believe that Halloween is immune. Why would registered sex offenders reoffend 364 days a year but not on Halloween? It makes no sense. Especially when we consider the study he links to by the sex offender apologist who has devoted her career to making life easier for baby rapers - Jill Levenson. Jill says that there are no more sex crimes committed on Halloween than any other day of the year - no fewer either for that matter.
I suppose he just missed some things. Arpana Jinaga for example who not only raped but killed his victim - at a Halloween party. How about Matthew Trakas who exposed himself to young girls while putting up Halloween decorations. How about Howard Ault - who lured two young sisters aged 11 and 7 with a promise of Halloween candy then raped and murdered the two? How about Victor Oustigoff who molested a 3 year old in his neighbors bathroom on Halloween night while her grandmother was in the other room. How about these guys? All repeat offenders. I have more, lots more. But Michael Gregg doesn't apparently - and we all know how sex offender dementia works - if he doesn't know about it - well then, it just didn't happen.
Michael Gregg's denial and rationalizations are only surpassed on the offensive scale by his tongue-lashing of victims and their families - a trait that belittles him as a man and gives him the appearance of an extremely dangerous person suffering a total disconnect with reality.
There's nothing we can do about that I suppose, although there IS help out there if Michael would seek it. As far as the offensive shirt design I can outdo him trying to scare you......... How's that for scary?

The truth is sex offenders DO reoffend on Halloween. They reoffend every single day.
The sex offender defender which Michael Gregg knows and loves - Sarah Tofte - says that 25% of all sex offenders reoffend within 15 years. She also says that registered sex offenders make up one-fifth of one percent of the U.S. population and yet this tiny group is responsible for 13% of all NEW sex crimes.
The accepted authority on recidivism says this:
"On average most sex offenders are never caught again for a new sex offense, after five years, between 10 and 15 percent of sex offenders are detected, often convicted, of committing a new sex offense. If you follow them for ten years the rates go up somewhat, if you follow them as long as we’ve been able to follow them, which is about 20 years, the rates go up to somewhere between 30 to 40 percent of the total sample will eventually be caught for a new sex offense."

Eric Hansen aka TriedByConsience aka Shadow of Souls has been saying things like this for years. He's been in and out of mental hospitals and often speaks of creating battlefields and acts of war and gloriously magnificent feats of bravery and intellectual triumphs. He believes his situation to be similar to Jean Valjean.
The Sosenites consider him to be a "Constitutional expert". Eric thinks so too.
He recently increased his rantings and ravings, but what wasn't clear was what his actual plan was. Was he going to attempt suicide again? Was he planning to pull a Walter Howard prediction and become a suicide bomber? Was he going to blow up a court house? Was he simply going to run?
Well yes, it does appear to be that simple, except he wasn't going to run, he was just going to walk straight in, refuse to register as a sex offender, and in a mighty display of mumbo-jumbo psychobabble throw Idaho into a state of shock and awe. Someone apparently failed to tell him that it wouldn't work that way.
Mary Duval, the COO of Sosen encouraged and supported his pre-meditated felony. Anyone with half a brain can see that he needs psychiatric help but Mary is so proud of his bravery that she just can't hardly speak. Yes, she's in awe and says that he's one of the most intelligent men she knows. That is the leadership occurring in the "Sex Offender Support and Education Network".
The issue here is not what Eric planned. Nor is it the hows and whys of it. Many disturbed people throughout history have plotted subversive acts; his behavior should come as no surprise. He's been talking about going out in a blaze of glory for over 6 years now. But Mary, a non-sex offender, in a leadership position - openly and brazenly agitating, condoning, supporting and actually encouraging criminal behavior at the very least is immoral - most likely illegal and completely irresponsible. If she wants to "lead" sex offenders she has an obligation. Part of that obligation is to be aware of who she is leading, dangerous behaviors they may be exhibiting that could put not only themselves but others at risk of harm, and directing unstable people towards the help they need. Did Mary, the COO of Sosen encourage him to get psychiatric help? Did she find appropriate resources for him, for example? Or did she even recognize his instability for what it was? Is she capable of recognizing it?
18-8311. PENALTIES. (1) An offender subject to registration who fails to register, verify his address, or provide any notice as required by this chapter shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison system for a period not to exceed ten (10) years and by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
Will Eric go to prison? I doubt it. Once he starts talking the judge will probably order a civil commitment hearing in which case he may be confined for the rest of his life. I repeat: Mary's behavior is beyond irresponsible and I believe exhibits a blatant disregard for the well-being of those she presumes to "lead".
I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by her behavior after her shocking attempts to prevent the sex offenders under the bridge from obtaining housing. Her instructions to them were to say "Hell no, we won't go". Did she lie when she said they were in a desperate situation? Did she lie when she said they needed out from under that bridge as quickly as possible? There are people finding them residences and while that doesn't end the larger problem of "where will sex offenders live" it does help the immediate problem. It's hot, it's filthy and "no human should have to live that way", but Mary would have them stay where they are. Why? Those men - without jobs - without residences - without even running water listen to Mary. They listen to Mary because they believe she has their best interest at heart. But I believe Mary is willing to use, exploit and hurt anyone in her attempt to induce a Revolution through her acts of sedition.
I believe there will have to be another coup in Sosen. The other members there who have honest and legitimate concerns and needs better wake up and quickly. Mary Duval is leading them straight into hell.
Benjamin Radford is a self-proclaimed "critical thinker", "research journalist", editor of The Skeptical Enquirer and author of a couple of very strange books and articles. I say strange because in Media Mythmakers he attempts to prove
"the ways in which deception is used in various media to influence decision making and public policy"
While I know for a fact that media is sometimes deceptive I know something else as well, and that is the fact that Benjamin Radford is committing the same types of errors he's accusing the mainstream media of.
Radford's specialty is disproving things that cannot be disproven by using his so-called "critical thinking skills". The problem is: he forgot to use them.
Radford recently appeared on Americans Reality Check to promote his book and spread his propaganda. He believes the American people are lazy and incapable of thinking things through on their own. I find it strange that he believes news journalists influence the way people think while claiming they aren't doing their jobs if they don't tell them what to think.

I suppose I'm incapable of "thinking critically" because I fail to see why anyone would expect a journalist to analyze conflicting medical information and then tell people what the correct answer is....when he can't possibly know what the correct answer is. All he can really do is state his opinion and influence people - whether or not he's right.
Radford claims that since he's a "research journalist" he thoroughly researched his topic aware that what he wrote would be controversial. So I'm a little confused here as to how he came up with his conclusion that recidivism for sex offenders is very low. For a critical thinker he made the same mistake as so many pedophile activists do - taking the DOJ recidivism report at face value and failing to question or analyze the results.

Radford also holds tight to his belief that Megan's Law is ineffective. He bases this on the fact that he didn't find anything that said it was, and on his misinformed belief that the very premise of the law was faulty. He believes that Megan's family KNEW about the violent rapist living on their street, and yet none of the neighbors knew. It appears he didn't do his research. Nor did he read the Minnesota study regarding the effectiveness of Megan's Law (community notification). Which said:
"community notification reduced the risk of time to rearrest by 84 percent, reconviction by 89 percent, and reincarceration by 93 percent"
In addition to proliferating their misinterpretation of David Finkelhor's Internet Predator report, just like Cheryl Griffiths - he took this

to mean that either internet predators don't exist or that it's somehow acceptable to exploit minors - as long as you seduce them, groom them and aren't physically violent I suppose.
Benji dazzled the sex offenders with amazing feats of distorted critical thinking and factoid production. For example he believes that the sex offender registry does nothing to protect children, he bases this primarily on two things. One being the fact that most offenders are known to their victims and Two being the myth that sex offenders don't re-offend.
However, he fails to realize that a sex offender registry was never about 'strangers'. It is the very fact that offenders ARE known to their victims which makes the registry such a valuable tool. Nobody could memorize every person on the registry to be able to know them if they saw them on the street, however, they can absolutely know NOT to bring these monsters into their home.
Radford believes that those on the registry were convicted of minor crimes - he knows this for a fact because --- people who commit bad crimes go to prison for long periods of time. Listen:
How does that compare to Michael Jacques who raped a 13 year old girl, then an 18 year old girl, negotiated a plea deal - had the first rape expunged from his record, served a miniscule sentence and convinced a judge to let him off supervision several years early because he was a "probation success story" - even though he was sexually assaulting a child at the time........and continued to for the next 5 years. Is Jacques an exception?
Or how about John Couey? Another registered sex offender who went on to kidnap a child from her bed then rape her repeatedly for days and then bury her alive. Is he an exception?
Joseph Duncan raped a 9 year old boy at gunpoint when he was only 15 years old and stated that he had committed 13 rapes by the time he was 16. He was sentenced as a juvenile and went on a few years later to do the same to other kids. This time he served 14 years of a 20 year sentence, got out and immediately molested a 6 year old boy. The judge let him out on bail. And we all know what happened then, don't we? He's responsible for the deaths of at least 7 people. Is Duncan an exception? He said he wasn't in his sex offender propaganda he wrote. The propaganda that mirrors exactly the rhetoric of the current sex offender activist groups. In fact, he wrote

What about Jim Freeman, the one-time leader of the largest pro-sex offender activist group on the internet. Was he an exception? Or Jon Schillaci, or Johnny Ray Lee, how about Corey Deen Saunders who raped a 6 year old in the library after a judge refused to civilly commit him? Are they exceptions?
Sex offender activists who talk out both sides of their mouth claim men like this should have never been released in the first place. They say this while demanding an end to civil confinement and long prison sentences. So how are these people exceptional to them? Because they know NOW what they were capable of? When do you think they reached that conclusion? Certainly not before they created more victims.
Sex offender coddlers frequently demand that we realize how easy it is to end up being labeled a sex offender. They say things like "It could happen to anybody". The truth is entirely different of course. You don't sexually assault someone, groom and molest a child, or join the "greatest group of pedos" by accident. It is not something that "happens to you". But we do know that people are sexually offended against every single day, those are the people that something "happened to", we can see obviously, how easy it is to be sexually assaulted or have your child abused by a freak.

In 2007 there were 41,259 traffic fatalities - this includes adults and children.
Every 13 minutes someone dies in a car accident.
In 2007 there were 248,000 victims of rape, attempted rape or sexual assault. (This figure DOES NOT include victims 12 years old and younger)
34% of all victims of sexual assault reported to law enforcement were under the age of 12.
Every 2 minutes someone in the United States is sexually assaulted.....not including children.
Now besides the obvious things wrong with his statements, I would strongly suggest that Mr. Radford is out of his league. Police Chiefs and Supreme Court Justices do not make the law, they never have and they never will as long as America's system of government continues. There are three branches of government, the executive branch, the legislative branch and the judicial branch. They function within a system of checks and balances. The primary function of the Supreme Court is not to analyze studies and reports and then make a determination of which they believe. Their function is to interpret the constitution despite what this critical thinking idiot believes. How embarrassing.
Mr Radford needs to go back to disproving Big Foot, or ghosts and ghoulies and other pretend monsters because he very successfully stuck a big foot in a very big mouth. There are over 40 millions survivors of very real monsters in America today. The monsters DO exist, survivors have lived to tell about it and we applaud their strength and courage for speaking up....despite the constant barrage of blaming, mocking and denial from such shallow thinking fools as Benjamin Radford.
Rape shield laws are a sad necessity - borne from the classic defense of putting the victim on trial. This defense attempts to suggest that the victim was somehow responsible for her rape. A tactic that has been successful in the past due to rape myths perpetuated in the community; the most rampant rape myth is victim blaming. Bublick (1999 p1433) describes it this way:
According to the defendants, she is forever doing the wrong thing when a man is trying to rape her. She does not run soon enough, or far enough or fast enough.
Most of the thinking world now recognize this antiquated notion as a pathetic attempt to justify the criminal's behavior. However, rape crisis centers continue to warn of the dangers of subscribing to these beliefs. The New South Wales Rape Crisis Centre describes the dangers as follows:
* Make the rapist's actions less risky * Make it harder for the victim to find support or get the police to act * Make it harder to prosecute the rapist * Make it harder for the victim to recover.
Rapists benefit from these beliefs.
Thus, it would be disturbing for anyone to support these beliefs - but when it comes from a registered sex offender, it is even more frightening. Colby Orthman is a registered sex offender and son of sex offender activist Jacquelyn Horst.
Quite frankly it is impossible to understand Colby's story because each time either Jacquelyn or Colby relay it, it changes. What is known is that Colby served time and has to register as an offender due to a sexual picture found on a cell phone of Colby and a minor female. I will not speculate here as to which story they have relayed is the truth.
Recently Colby appeared on the podcast "Americans Reality Check" hosted by Mary Duval and Kevin Meier to discuss 'sexting' and its consequences. He shared his perception of his experiences and captured the hosts imaginations with wild accusations as to the content of his therapy sessions while in prison.
When pressed by the hosts to elaborate on this subject, Colby explained further:

Now please listen again to what was said and by whom:
Dare I ask - WHO could find this film pornographic? What kind of sadistic person could find the torture of another person erotic? Moreover, how does posing for Playboy relate to an actress's ability to star in a movie about domestic abuse?
The only ostensible explanation to me is that they want to perpetuate the victim-blaming rape myth. Colby Orthman and everyone who agreed with him is suggesting that you should judge Farrah Fawcett in the same way that defense attorneys want you to judge the victim. They want you to buy into the myth that victims have to look and act a certain way - otherwise they can't be victims....or even portray their struggles.
Society often judges victims of rape in a way that would be considered completely unacceptable with a victim of any other type of violent assault (see The Rape of Mr Smith). As one author stated, it equates to suggesting that a hold-up victim 'asked for it' by carrying money in their pocket.
Would Colby, Kevin and Mary have felt that Fawcett couldn't "be the face" of a mugging victim? A murder victim? Of course not.
So why then is she disqualified from portraying a rape and abuse victim? These sex offenders/sympathizers are clearly tying Fawcett's portrayal of a victim to a behavior - the very foundation of victim blaming.
They are "being the face" for the perpetuation of rape myths. This is UNACCEPTABLE and not exactly the smartest position a sex offender could take - what it suggests to reasonable people is that you're on a registry/have a family member on a registry for a very good reason and we shouldn't let you/your family member off it any time soon.

We also talked about Judith Levine using pedophiles for references.....one in particular - Lawrence Stanley - who not only claimed there was no child porn but was actively producing it himself. Aw well she must not have done her homework.
We've talked about Jim Freeman's RSO activism as the Executive Director of SoHopeful. We talked about his involvement in the "most sophisticated child pornography operation in recent memory" and which included "one of the largest digital seizures in the history of the FBI"
We felt sure the RSO advocacy groups would seize the opportunity to take stock, educate their members and clean house.
We watched and we listened.
We waited patiently. It never happened. Instead they attempted to cover it up, not only to the outside world but to their very own members as well. Perhaps they just didn't want their members to find out how that silly little "legal defense fund" yahoo group helped identify Jim in the first place. Or perhaps as we've previously seen "no more victims" is NOT their primary goal after all. For instance this is something they would never talk about:

This report having already been accepted for publication was withdrawn due to the concerns of certain people. People like Dr. Fred Berlin who claimed it may cause a backlash and intrude on a child molesters "individual liberty". Obviously he's not interested in the truth. No it looks to me like he's into coddling. It looks to me like someone should have been paying more attention to all those sex offenders who reoffended while they were in his treatment program. Or maybe all those priests he released that went right back to molesting children. He's Michael Melsheimer's mentor. Much hope and attention has been placed on Terrence J. White a registered sex offender who is suing the Attorney General of Georgia along with every District Attorney in the state.
He believes that the new law requiring him to register his internet identifiers is unconstitutional.

He stated in his lawsuit that he'd had one sex offense conviction. He signed it under "penalty of perjury".
He stated elsewhere that he had two convictions. Both of which he minimized off-handedly
Convicted in 1989 of one count of "Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes" (Simply saying the wrong words to an underage person).
Convicted in 1990 of two counts of "Sending and Receiving Child Pornography through the U.S. Mail" (a "victimless" crime).
In fact Terrence says that he was "a victim of my own desires" and has written extensively regarding his belief that society will eventually have to accept men having sex with boys.
The time needs to come, when (as I've said elsewhere) pederasty will be perceived by the mainstream as an aid or enhancement toward developing and encouraging 'masculinity'
Not only is society wrong to make it illegal but he even uses religion to try and justify it

You can find Terrence these days over at Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign. These people stick together like glue you know. Yep, they've got his back and are raising money for his lawsuit.
Robert is a member of Sosen. He's a troubled man from his own account. He is a pedophile who has molested many children though it was never discovered by authorities.
Robert29 was busted for possession of child pornography on his laptop while crossing the border into Canada and is now a registered sex offender who struggles with his desires for children to the point he recently considered castration as an option. He said:

And yet, interestingly enough, when someone did report him to the authorities, he came back to tell them about it and to admit that no, he had not registered all his email addresses. His responses from the old-timer Sosenites i.e. Rod Wagner and Zman were to tell him not to ever let the authorities search his computer again. Only one voice, a new one spoke up to say:

Why was the CEO pretend 'child advocate' not addressing this herself? I suppose it's because Sosen is not a 'support and education' network. It is an activist group. Their mission is to change laws. Linda Pehrson:

Robert got a few responses. Derek told him "Could've should've would've", Zman plead the fifth, and nkrso told Robert that he didn't even HAVE a victim at all, it was only child porn that's all. One voice, so different than the usual Sosen mumbo-jumbo interjected... Static. He encouraged Robert to bring this up in treatment and although the precedent had already been set in Sosen for how these things would be handled - 'ignore it or delete it' - he didn't follow normal procedure and let nkrso's statement slide. No he addressed it. As it should be:
Nkrso- It's easy to say that when someone "merely" views CP, they aren't victimizing anyone. But, the truth is that the child is actually being victimized all over again every time the CP is viewed. Your opinion on this is something you definitely want to discuss with your therapist. If you have a good one, he/she will show you how seeing CP that way is actually just minimizing abusive behavior. I'm not picking on you- everyone is at different points on the "treatment path" and I'm just trying to point you in the right direction. It's thoughts like that that make it easier to start down the path toward re-offense.
That was the voice of a man who Derek said never "fit in" at Sosen. Derek is beside himself simply because Static has chosen to voice his opinion here as though there is some vast conspiracy in the works. And yet, I'm gonna play nice and be perfectly honest here. "Static and Stitches" aren't in cahoots. He's simply a man here stating his views, and I'm simply a woman who is listening, sometimes agreeing and perhaps sometimes not. But there's one thing about it, he's not bashing victims of crimes, he's not minimizing or denying on their behalf and he's certainly not whining and moaning about imaginary Nazi's.
He's simply trying to help RSO's in the way that he believes will be most effective. The difference in his way and Derek's way, or Linda's, Tiki's, Tmax or Tom's is that their way has been done for years and it's never gotten them anywhere. Trying to keep non-offending victims or their advocates out of their forum is a sure fire way to assure they'll stay in there, long after they've been bored to tears. It's time to clean up the House of Sosen. It's time to clean up the 'art of RSO advocacy'. It can and will be done or else Sosen will cease to exist. Personally I think it's too late but you never know, maybe someone will wake them up before it's too late.

Why have I not provided the factual data he requested? Why, it's quite simple. I never said that. Truthseeker, however, DID claim that the majority of registered sex offenders are on the registry for such things as "urinating in public" (that's his favorite argument btw), mooning people, having consensual sex, or in his case "merely looking at a few dirty pictures". That he seems to have absolutely no realization of the seriousness of his crime is great cause for concern regarding the likelihood of him re-offending. Yes that's true. I did say that the DOJ did NOT report that 95% of all sex crimes are committed by someone not on the registry. I said it because it's true. We've been harping on this for a year now and they cannot get it through their heads.
A recidivism rate does not equal a crime rate. Furthermore that 3.5% recidivism statistic was spread out over a period of three years, it was not an annual figure. It was not a measurement of the percentage of crimes committed. It was a measurement of re-offending. The DOJ report DOES NOT SAY how many people convicted of a new sex crime in any given year are or are not already on the sex offender registry. You cannot take one statistic and force it into meaning something it does not mean.
For example, let's say you have say 1000 men in 2007 that were RSO's that you followed. Let's say 3% of them re-offended. That doesn't mean that 97% of all sex crimes were committed by someone not already convicted of a sex crime. The only conclusion you can factually draw from that scenario is that 3% re-offended and 97% didn't. You can bet that there were other RSO's in that same time period who re-offended after a varied period of time. But the study wasn't measuring them. The recidivism rate released by the Department of Justice does not mean what they say it means. I don't know how many other ways to say it where they can understand. I know they want to believe it, I know they DO believe it, but it's because the only people they are listening to are people who spend their time trying to find some reason, some excuse, some something somebody anybody to blame except for themselves.
When Tom Madison goes on National TV and says the things he says, he makes a fool of himself in more ways than just losing control and acting like a wild and crazy impulsive and angry sex offender. He makes himself look stupid, because he is uninformed. He can't even read and comprehend a DOJ report.
However, occasionally you find a mind that's a notch up from these other guys. Let's pay attention to him for a moment. Vanguard a staff member of Sosen doesn't get it either but I admit he's closer than the others. He tried to help his people out, and I dare say he got nowhere. They didn't want to hear what he had to say and he didn't push the issue. He's well aware I'm sure of how irritable they get when someone disagrees with them. Even Derek got in on it. Well thanks Vanguard and Derek, you see Derek using YOUR numbers you provided from the 1994 DOJ report on Recidivism, you are correct that the non-Rso felons committed SIX times the number of offenses, but what does that mean really? It might be in your favor if there were the same number of criminals being measured. But there weren't. The non-Rso's made up 27 times the number of Rso's. Meaning one out of 16 sex offenders committed a new sex crime and one out of 68 non sex offender criminals did. And if we add Vanguard's calculation into the mix, there were only 1 out of over 3000 that were not any type of criminal at all.
If you want to make a difference pull your head out of the sand, acknowledge that there are seriously damaging crimes committed against people, and that your figures you're trying to pass off as FACT are not fact at all but a manipulation of statistics to try and make them say something they do not say. The Washington study does indeed say that 19% of all new sex crime convictions resulting in prison time the offender is already on the registry. The New York State study that the Reverend Hess child porn sex offender likes to reference also states a low recidivism rate over a limited amount of time. It also states quite clearly that 25% of the men in that study had a previous sex crime conviction prior to the most current offense that landed them in jail. Get your facts straight. You do not have facts. You do not have truth. Tom Madison is uninformed, and you're all acting like imbeciles.
Or, you could always stick with the same old story you've been using and continue to look like pissed off unrepentant victim bashing sex offenders who will LIE and LIE and LIE and are never to be trusted. Now Derek, believes that when the man started shooting teenagers at random, the government is at fault for being "vigilantes" making laws that he doesn't agree with. This man had already been planning to do something like this for years, why in the world would Derek choose a psychopath to try to make his argument.......that isn't even a rational argument.....and will only do more harm to himself and "his people" than if he'd just kept his mouth shut to begin with.
