Are we Humans smart enough to save our children?

In Florida   Donald J. Smith is a prime example of how we need to change the laws in the US in every  State regarding sex offenders.

"The man charged in the killing of an 8-year-old  had just been released from jail May 31.
Police said they made contact Friday morning with Donald James Smith, 56, who is a registered sex offender, at the home on Segovia Avenue, where he is registered. It was a routine address verification, according to Detective Mike Williams.
Smith lived within walking distance from Dupont Middle School. Police said there was no restriction on him living that close to a school because he was a registered sexual offender, not sexual predator."

He took her on June 22, 2013,  Not even a month after being released for his prior crime against a child!

I fail to understand the 'difference' as he was using predator behavior and killed a little girl.

What is wrong with the State of Florida?  Why can't they get it right?

"Williams said Child's mother met Smith at a Dollar General on Edgewood Avenue West about 7 p.m. Friday. Two younger children, 4 and 5 years old, were also there and remain in the mother's custody.
Smith offered to buy food and clothes for child's family at the nearby Walmart, Williams said. The family was in the Walmart for a couple of hours, he said.
The mother agreed to let Cherish go with Smith to the McDonald's inside the Walmart. The two did not return and the mother called police. "

 I won't go into the blame game here but to highlight the fact that pedophiles prey on women who are desperate and or seem easy to manipulate.
This is why so many sex offenders and pedophiles get to molest more and more children and as we see kill them.. because there are too many unprepared parents having children.  We cannot do anything about this as they will procreate anyways.

We need to offer more help to young Mothers and those who do not have support systems in place so that their children will not have to pay the price for their unprepardness.

"Smith also served prison time for attempted kidnapping and lewd and lascivious assault on children. The first time he attempted to lure a 13-year-old girl into his van and chased her as she ran away. The second time involved Smith trying to lure two girls into his van with pornographic magazines, according to Times-Union archives".

How sad that he wasn't held accountable for life after committing the first crime!

I'm going to say this real slow

Dr. Bill Glaser a forensic psychiatrist in the area of sex offenders said:

If we had some sort of plague or epidemic which affected one in four girls, one in eight boys, there would be a national outcry about it and we would be setting up national coordinated efforts to deal with the problem as we have with modern day epidemics such as HIV.

There are some who say that we are becoming unnecessarily panicky about child sexual abuse. The evidence is that we have not panicked enough.

We first wrote about Benjamin Radford here after he appeared on a podcast with a sex offender and a sex offender defender to commiserate about sex offender laws and what he refers to as a "predator panic".

I tried to clarify some of his errors, but that's a lot of information for such a small space and I suppose I failed to enlighten him. Still, I was rather disappointed recently on another podcast when I gave him the opportunity to explain his position and he once again did not want to be "confused with the facts". Only this time it was worse. In the intervening years he has forgotten his material and he confused the sex offender registry with community notification laws then argued against them both using residency restriction arguments. My head was spinning as Radford - puffed up and full of himself with delusions of superior intelligence and thinking skills - wove a web of lies, myths, half-truths and utter nonsense.

"People say there's no cure and that's simply not true"

Benjamin Radford said.

There's a cure? Even the most rabid pedophile apologists like Fred Berlin don't make that claim. Benjamin Radford must know something that experts who study sex offenders don't know because Benjamin Radford said the facts were there. He said they were clear. He said they were crystal clear. In fact, he said it at least 5 times in less than 5 minutes. I don't know if he was just trying to convince himself or not but he's surely convinced me. Now I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that he's a lying cockroach. Most importantly, he's intellectually dishonest.

Benjamin Radford has made his faulty conclusions based upon the DOJ recidivism report which showed a small percentage of recidivism after a three year period. At first I thought I would explain to Benjamin Radford why the DOJ report doesn't prove anything. I thought I might ask him why he believes it's proof when 80% of sex crimes go unreported. I thought I might ask him why he believes it's proof when almost 30% of those men in that report were ALREADY repeat offenders - sometimes multiple times. I thought I might ask him why he believed it was proof when almost half the men couldn't have committed another sex crime anyway considering that they were back in prison for another crime or a parole violation before the three year mark. I thought of asking him these things which he clearly failed to consider but he wouldn't be able to answer. He couldn't answer because he lied. He was intellectually dishonest. He read a report - not a study - and failed to question what the data actually meant.

Benjamin Radford says that to analyze information in his "investigations"

"critical thinking, critical reading and comprehension are essential"

He claimed to "thoroughly research" his topic. He claimed to "investigate" the issue. He claimed to analyze the information he found. But Benjamin Radford didn't actually analyze anything. He read it, didn't comprehend it, didn't question it and stopped looking. Why? Because it was what he wanted to hear. That is intellectual dishonesty.

Benjamin Radford has referred to the DOJ report on recidivism and a faulty Megan's Law report each time he has spoken of this issue. But that's it, that's all he got from his "investigation". If he had "thoroughly researched" and analyzed and comprehended he would know the report he references didn't even study the topic it claimed to have studied. He would know that it was rejected for inclusion in a meta analysis for its inferior methodology. He would know that the report he references said that sexual recidivism was lower in the time frame they studied but they didn't think it could be due to Megan's Law which may be effective but cost too much, they said they didn't know why recidivism was lower they just didn't think it was Megan's Law. So while Benjamin Radford claims "Megan's Law doesn't work" and that it is "crystal clear" - based on that study - he's either lying or ignorant. In either case - to attempt to persuade people on a topic such as this - or indeed any topic - while either lying or being ignorant is intellectual dishonesty.

The truth is, of course, that the answer is not crystal clear. Consensus has not been reached and the only conclusion most experts can agree upon is the fact the registry and community notification has been around for a relatively short period - not long enough to determine its effectiveness. He has written about this, spoken about this, written letters to lawmakers and journalists informing them that they have "inaccurate information". "It's a MYTH!", he says. He's tried to influence people with information he knows nothing about, information he failed to properly research, failed to analyze and failed to comprehend. For a self-hailed "critical thinker" I'm almost embarrassed for him.

I could explain to him that the registry is not important because it tells you where a sex offender "gets his mail" but because it tells you who he is. The vast majority of sexually abused children know their offender in some way. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles, neighbors, coaches, family friends, etc. The registry doesn't give parents a false sense of security when they should be looking at Uncle Joe and the soccer coach. No, it empowers the parents to know not to let Uncle Joe around the kids, or not to let Susie sleep over at Mary's house. It keeps known risks from coaching soccer or luring kids in the neighborhood to their home. It helps young single mothers know not to become involved with that terribly nice guy at church who just happens to be a child molester of 5 year old girls when she has a five year old girl. It brings them out of the shadows and adds one more tool to try to help keep our children safe.

This study offers evidence that suggests broad community notification has a deterrent effect on sex offense recidivism, thus providing support for rational choice theory as a framework within which to explain, predict, and control sexual offending.

Why does broad community notification appear to have a deterrent effect on sexual recidivism? Sexual offending and, more narrowly, sexual recidivism frequently involve offenders who know their victims. To a large extent, then, sexual reoffending is about social relationships. Existing research reveals that when sex offender recidivists victimize someone they know, it is often a collateral contact victim whom they met through a friend, acquaintance, or loved one.

Examples include an offender who victimizes his girlfriends son or daughter, an offender who molests the daughter of a friend or acquaintance, or an offender who baby-sits the children of an acquaintance or co-worker. In all of these examples, the offender is able to gain access to the victim by first establishing a relationship with the victims parent, guardian, or family member.

Sex offenders often operate under a veil of secrecy, which enables them to obtain access, either directly or indirectly, to unwitting victims. By lifting this veil, community notification may severely limit their opportunities to form the types of relationships that facilitate sexual offending.

Radford didn't read that report. There are a lot of reports he didn't read. He only read the ones that appeared to prove the position he set out to prove. So why does he care anyway? Radford said that the "sex offender panic" was important to him because

"if you don't understand a social problem you can't fix it"

But he didn't try to understand the problem, he merely tried to prove there wasn't a problem at all and that none of our tools were helpful to combat it.......if there were a problem. He was intellectually dishonest.

I believe Benjamin Radford ran out of mythical monsters to disprove and decided to try and disprove real ones. He was ill equipped to do so and fundamentally misguided. Not only is this a complex issue beyond his mediocre "critical thinking" skills which he didn't even attempt to apply but only skimmed the surface and declared it was "crystal clear". He had already made up his mind. He's not a skeptic. Not really. A skeptic would have delved deeper, a skeptic would have eventually realized that the answer is not in that DOJ report. The answer is not so simple as all that.

Benjamin Radford is only "skeptical" about certain things. Things that will get him attention mostly. He doesn't believe in God, ghosts, psychics or Big foot. He doesn't believe in monsters who damage our children's hearts and their souls. I suppose he doesn't believe they even have one.

I issue a challenge to Benjamin Radford to actually do some real research in earnest on this topic otherwise he should apologize for being intellectually dishonest and retract the uninformed statements he's made. This is not Bigfoot. This is very real. You see, unlike Big Foot there are living, breathing witnesses to the monsters that do exist in this world. Benjamin Radford has become a victim-denier.

Personally I don't think he has the ability or the integrity to do either, so my expectations are low. I believe Benjamin Radford should stick with what he knows best: taste-testing gourmet monster dung

This article needs massive response. WE URGE ALL RSOL PARTICIPANTS TO WRITE ALTERNET AT ONCE!

The way we respond is to remove hundreds of thousands from the registry so the few who have been certified as truly dangerous by qualified professionals can be detained and treated until found no longer dangerous. Essentially, this would be to adopt the Canadian system, rather than the U.S. registry which destroys the lives of hundreds of thousands of non-dangerous people and their families, yet protects NO-ONE from real dangers. I'm just not understanding that. They want to round up sex offenders, detain and treat them until they are no longer "truly" dangerous? That just doesn't sound like them at all. Didn't they say

• Abolish all life-time civil commitment for sex offenders
• Abolish all laws that provide life in prison for sex offenders.

They lied!!!!! Now they want to round them up and "detain" them!!

The truth is that they'll say anything they think might convince people that they are something they aren't. They're all living - breathing contradictions. Their claim that the sex offender registry is what allowed Garrido to get by with holding Jaycee captive for 18 years. I'm sure you've heard the mantra

The truly dangerous are hiding in the registry

Of course that's not true. They aren't "hiding" they're right there where we can see them among all the other dangerous people who have created victims. Nor did GPS fail in this situation. The problem was Garrido wasn't wearing it in 1991. If he had been Jaycee would have been rescued immediately. There are over 22,000 registered sex offenders in California who are NOT on the public registry, because they are deemed low risk. There are less than 7,000 offenders in California wearing GPS monitoring. Some dumb ducks have taken that to mean that there are only 7,000 deemed dangerous in California. The truth is California uses GPS on offenders who are on parole. The cost is $6 a day versus $96 a day to keep them in prison. Parole allows an offender to complete his sentence outside of prison. Why would registered sex offenders complain about them having to wear GPS rather than spend their entire sentence in prison, and most of all why would they complain that GPS didn't help rescue Jaycee when he was not wearing it when he abducted her? The answer to all of this is that these people, these blame gaming fools thought they had an opportunity to exploit someone for their own gain. They chose the wrong story, again. And they chose the wrong state.

The mistakes made in this case are obvious: A judge who believed Garrido when he said he only raped because of the influence of drugs, so he gets his sentence reduced so he can gain access to drugs and victims again. Law enforcement who made the mistake of thinking since Garrido was in compliance that meant he was reformed. They took the deviousness and manipulative skills of a rapist for granted.

Sosen states that their goals are to abolish PUBLIC registration for sex offenders, and ALL registration for first time offenders. "All" meaning no law enforcement registration either. Interestingly enough Garrido was a first time offender..... you know the ones that keep offending but have only been caught once? I wonder if they'll rethink their idiotic ramblings? How about this one?

Long mandatory minimum sentences can have a number of negative consequences that serve to decrease, rather than increase, public safety.

I'm sure a lot of people would agree with the Sosenites on that one. Not allowing judges to be influenced and manipulated by rapists is dangerous you know. Long prison sentences make society more dangerous. We're much safer with them out of prison, without any community notification or restrictions.

It's all so simple I don't know why we didn't think of it ourselves.

Take a look at John Couey for example. For some reason Mary wouldn't mind him being on a registry. Of course she says that now - looking back with hindsight. The truth of the matter is, had Couey joined Sosen before he killed Jessica Lunsford Mary would have welcomed him with open arms and fought to get him off the registry just like she fought to get Garrido and the other 700,000 registered sex offenders she claims to represent off the registry.

Mary claims "prevention" is better. And of course monitoring sex offenders isn't prevention. No, Mary has given us very good tips for "prevention", so far her ideas include

• Teach kids to Just Say No to child sexual abuse
• Put labels on cell phones warning people they can be on a registry if they produce child pornography with it

Mary isn't interested in preventing sexual abuse. She's interested in preventing the prosecution of sex offenders.

Who is feeding this mentality? Let's see what pedophile activists have to say:

As already mentioned, there exist a number of well-regarded political movements that we can discreetly influence. Although they do not openly admit it, our influence will be vital to their long-term survival and development. And with power and connections of the kind we have not seen for decades, these groups are offering us a free ride, with minimal concessions in the long-run.

Central to the RSO movement are the families of Registered Sex Offenders, often cited as the unintended victims. However much some may dislike the nuclear family, no one is likely to lose an argument if their point of view serves its integrity.

However, not everybody working for RSOL understands that, and a BL or GL working with RSOL would not be able to be honest about his sexuality.

Don't pick up the soap!

The Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 is aimed at curbing prison rape through a "zero-tolerance" policy, as well as through research and information gathering. The act called for developing national standards to prevent and detect incidents of sexual violence in prison, making data on prison rape more available to prison administrators as well as making corrections facilities more accountable for incidents of prison rape.

I suppose I'm going to have to speak out against this law.

I want it abolished.

I want it gone.

* No law will stop someone who wants to rape a prisoner.
* It does nothing to prevent prison rape.
* Falsely accused prison rapists are taking the focus off the real danger.
* Identifying prison rapists makes them targets of prison vigilantes.
* This law makes prisoners less safe.
* It lumps prison rapists in with other rapists.
* It's nothing more than a Salem witch hunt.
* It's too expensive and will cause the system to implode on itself.
* It's nothing but hysteria and fear-mongering.
* It's a draconian law.
* Most prisoners don't rape other prisoners.
* It's causing prisoners to fear other prisoners.
* It's creating professional prison victims.
* The government cannot keep your prisoners safe.
* Instead of focusing on their rape we should LET THEM HEAL!
* There IS life after prison rape.
* These resources could be better spent elsewhere such as on families of prison rapists.
* Eventually prison rapists are going to snap. Would you rather have a raped prisoner or a dead prisoner?
* While prison rape is despicable there are indeed things that are much worse in life. Most raped prisoners do not die or become permanently disfigured as a result.

After the comments made at the recent Reform Sex Offender Laws RSOL Nambla Conference in Boston I realized that most prisoners aren't actually harmed by being raped, and even if they are they eventually get over it. Some even learn to forgive their rapist. The whole "prison rape" issue is overhyped.

A small number of victims are scarred for life, but most are not. The “scarred for life” is way over hyped, even some who endured extreme abuse are able to move on and lead a normal life without significant scars, even forgiving their abusers.....

Considering these new facts from the Nambla Conference of 2009, I propose we fight for the abolition of this useless, costly law that does More Harm than Good and spend that money in a better way, perhaps by providing economic support for true victims or education and support of prison rapists. One solution would be to support the prison rapist with positive reinforcement that what they did was not "bad", that it's their victims fault, that their victim should:

* be held accountable
* take responsibility
* forgive and forget

and the problem would be solved if only prison rape victims would do that. Most importantly we need to educate those who have been raped in prison to take responsibility for their own actions and stop picking up the soap.



Sex Offender Activists would be outraged if the public started advocating to abolish prison rape laws, yet when it comes to innocent children - this is the position they take.

Jim Freeman - the ghost in the machine

Jim Freeman was sentenced to life in prison today. Jim was the former executive director of the largest sex offender advocacy group on the web.

Jim Freeman once said:

"All I can say is that they are worth the download. My thanks to you and all the others that together make this the greatest group of pedos ever to gather in one place."

All the members of SoHopeful looked up to Jim. They loved his propaganda.

He indoctrinated them into the use of pedospeak and pedo rhetoric......and they didn't even realize it. Isn't that cool?

Who was watching out for the members of his activist group to protect them from this "great pedo"? Who was keeping an eye on Jim? In January he was found guilty of

participating in an illegal organization that used Internet newsgroups - large file-sharing networks where text, software, pictures and videos can be traded and shared - to traffic in illegal images and videos depicting prepubescent children, including toddlers, engaged in various sexual and sadistic acts

Today he was sentenced to life in prison for his role in an international child pornography ring. I wonder if he had been teaching the members of SoHopeful what the new brand of sex offender activist teaches them? That child pornography is A) a victimless crime and B) produced by the government. I bet he was.

In all, more than 400,000 pictures, video files and other images showing children engaged in sexual behavior were produced, advertised, traded and distributed globally in the online pornography ring, according to U.S. and international authorities. The sting, which started in Australia, also netted accused pornographers in England, Canada and Germany.

Some victims were as young as 5 years old. Others were preyed upon for innocent characteristics such as wearing their hair in pigtails

More than 40 children have been rescued

James Freeman of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., was sentenced to life in prison today. We applaud that decision.

The network traded images depicting the violent sexual abuse of children globally, including having children sexually abused live and on demand for the benefit of its members

Beyond the Bounds of Decency

I seem to be having a little disagreement over on a news story. It seems that an RSO advocate, a demented woman going by the name Jan Fewell has decided to take it upon herself to look up people she feels could possibly be Romeo & Juliet cases on the sex offender registry, then look up the court records, obtain the victims name and call them on the phone to ask them if they were really sexually assaulted or not. Yes indeed, she's recruiting activists from the victim pool.

I am in shock. I am in shock not only that she did it, but she's defending it. She's defending it by trying to claim that I don't know the difference between a victim and a teenager who had consensual sex with their boyfriend. I'm claiming that she doesn't know if the person she calls is a victim or a teenager who had consensual sex with their boyfriend.

I have no more words in me for this type of behavior. This goes beyond anything I've ever witnessed in my life. It surpasses Cheryl Griffths claim that CSA victims are lower than the offender. That being said, I think we should bring back the voice of the victim. They are the reason we are here after all. THEY are the voices who matter the most.

This is the first voice that touched me. The one who inspired me, the one who helped me most to understand. Sometimes brutal - sometimes raw - sometimes poetic, it is the voice of so many children who don't have the ability even as adults to speak out about their experiences. It is the voice of a courageous woman, a hero. A woman often misunderstood by many but always honest with herself - and with us.

What kind of legacy will you leave behind?

And now for another voice. One I only came in contact with a few short months ago during the SOA fiasco. This one just as powerful but in a different sort of way. Violet tells you what it feels like and lets you work out your own conclusions. This voice is straight up "this is how it is". Two voices, each with the same message. Take your pick. They are both the voices of experience and no amount of denial or rationalization or minimization in the world will change these simple truths.

Here's the victim's chair, if you want one.

Yes, I'm a survivor of CSA. By several people. I've been in therapy off and on for almost 30 years. I'm a LOT better. However, here are things I will likely have to live with for the rest of my life.

1. There are pictures of me circulating, WHILE I was being abused. I don't know if they're on the internet yet, but they are out there, and I know this for a fact, since a) I was actually there (duh) when they were being taken, and b) I saw a copy of one over 10 years after it was taken. Take your pic off the registry? Take MINE out of the hands of the people who have them.

2. I have trust issues, because 2 of the people I was abused by were people I loved. I am in a very healthy relationship, and have been for some time, but we have had to have lots of very deep talks, and he knows that the slightest change in his behavior can trigger me. Luckily, since I have had therapy, and am with a man who adores me and tries his very best to understand me, I can quickly say "back off" and we both know what this means. It means that I am afraid that he is going to turn into "the monster," the same way my abusers would turn from being what they were in public situations to what they really were, behind closed doors. That's not likely to go away. Ever.

3. There are certain physical characteristics of two of my abusers that were the same, and will trigger me if I encounter them. I have gone through extensive treatment to try to defeat this, such as desensitization therapy, to no avail. Over 30 years later, a certain physical characteristic I see in someone can make me have to go literally vomit in the bathroom (if I can make it that far). That makes it hard to even go to the grocery store, etc. Yeah, RSOs have it rough.

4. I still have to see one of my abusers at funerals, and such. I remember at the last one, thinking, well, shit, if SHE would just die, that would be the last funeral I'd have to be physically ill at (not hers, the one BEFORE hers).

5. I worry every single day about the children of my abusers. They were never remorseful. It makes me wonder, and it makes me worry.

6. I've seen one person, in my whole life, who seems remorseful about this, and that is Met. I've never seen it before or after. I don't have nearly the guilt about this as I used to, but it's still there, and when I see RSOs blame their victims over and over, I worry about the thousands of victims in this world who have to read that crap, and have their guilty feelings reinforced. For most of us, it doesn't matter how many times we're told "It's not your fault," it's an emotion, and it's not a logical ideal that we can just get on board with.

7. Just the names. All 5 have very common names. Every time I hear the names, it echoes through my head over and over, and I have to do some very active and purposeful chanting in my head to get it to stop.

8. I still have problems with food and sleep. One of my abusers brainwashed me by giving me only the amount of food and sleep I needed to stay alive. My stomach was never full, and I was always tired. Nowdays, try to interrupt me when I'm eating or sleeping and I become FURIOUS. Luckily, through counseling, I can swallow that fury and not lash out at innocent people who have no idea what they've done, but the fury is still there, and it is anything but pleasant.

9. For years and years, I equated love with sex. You can imagine where that led me in my teen years, and older. That's getting a lot better, but that, in itself, is a life sentence for most of us, and has caused many deaths due to risky behavior because of that equation.

10. See this list? Another list of 10. Why's that? Well, when you are not in control of your life and are being abused for a long period of your childhood, you overcompensate in other ways.

So, there's just a part of my life. I figure I have another 40 years left to keep working on it, and you guys love to scream "YOU NEED HELP!" Well, yes, I still need help, and I've gotten help. Unlike some of you would like to believe, we don't just go to a therapist for a little while, get our certification, and then just go about our lives as if nothing ever happened.

Zero tolerance for bad Judges/bad politicians

Now, I'm no conspiracy theorist by any means. Quite frankly, I put most of those people in the stupid category of whom I have zero patience for. Those who believe no man ever flew into the atmosphere to land on the moon or those who think the U.S. concocted the whole 911 attacks (as if our government is that clever and adept at keeping secrets). Nope, I don’t buy it. Go figure.

However, something smells rotten in Denmark, a country whose many values systems are coincidentally shared by those in Taxachussetts (MA). Both places seem to be full of sex offender, apologizing politicians and Judges.

A recent example of this is a sex offender loving Judge who allowed a level 3 sex offender to go free after serving 7 years in prison. The Judge made his case by basically suggesting the sex offender was really a pretty good guy with a low IQ, who probably just had a bad day. He let this compulsive abuser of children go back into a free society, free to rape a random, small child again. Seems that the Judge pretty much dismissed any harm this creep inflicted upon the children he abused as ‘no big deal.

Now, back to the conspiracy theories...the Judge made special note that the child rapist had not sexually assaulted anyone in 7 years.

The DOJ (Department of Justice) would surely put that on their list of non re-offending sex offenders – skewing the recidivism rates. Put that one in the -- "Score one for the baby rapers" column too! For this child hating sociopath has gone 7 whole years without sodomizing a little boy. What a swell guy! Where’s the nearest daycare center to help this poor, sodomizing, violent, child hating baby raper out? A "decent" guy, the Judge might say, who just happens to love baby boys a little too much?? (Have we not heard this ad nauseam from the pedo activists who annoy us with their inane comments on this and who are driven insane by their need for the blood of a child?)

Of course, the Judge dismissed the many experts who warned of his high risk and likelihood to rape a child again.

Here's where you have to wonder where this jerk-off Judge got his law degree, or if he has enough brain cells to put his right shoe on the right foot:

THE CHILD RAPIST HAS BEEN IN FUCKING PRISON FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS YOU FUCKING MORONIC JUDGE!!!! (Hence, why he hasn’t raped a child in 7 years.)

And violently raping a random 6 year old is exactly what happened when this Judge opened his heart to this dangerous child predator and trusted him to have full access to OUR CHILDREN.

Less than a year after Superior Court Judge Richard Moses let the rapist go, Corey Saunders raped a 6 year old boy in a library - in the corner of a library, where it was reported by many Boston media outlets that the little boy, completely paralyzed with fear was forced to give the man his address and was told if he told anyone, he would go to his house and rape him again. Apparently, a librarian noticed something strange and alerted his mother. (Remember, the Judge said this man had a very low IQ and was sent him on his merry way, deeming him harmless.)

Now please take special note, the former Massachusetts Governor that appointed this Judge Moses, Jane Swift, is now campaigning for Republican Treason candidate, John McCain.

Why are ACLU/sex offender supporting politicians endorsing John McCain?

One has to wonder what would happen if the truth about level 3 offenders were made public? You see, the DOJ can’t accommodate all the child rapists in prisons. They don't have the room or the resources to deal with them and loopholes make it nearly impossible to institutionalize them, so the DOJ resorts to DISHONEST information and statistics, KNOWING FULL WELL that most child rapes are NEVER reported. Their “research” is solely based on the ones that are caught by on the RAPISTS FUCKING WORD!

If the librarian hadn't of come forward about that small boy at her MA library, and later Corey Saunders was asked by his parole officer if he had had contact with a child, what do you suppose his answer would be??

It is in the DOJ's best interest to sweep this problem under the rug and claim that the SOR is managing it, but the truth is, it's not enough. THE SOR is only a tiny piece of a large puzzle where every one of our accomplishments is met by many unscrupulous people -- bad politicians – who simply want to create the illusion that they are doing everything they can to protect children when they aren't.

It is 2008 and we are only recently holding those teachers accountable for sexually terrorizing their students. Seven states are currently implementing new laws to safeguard children against predators that go into the teaching profession, in order to have easy access to children. It's hard to believe that state laws would need to invented and created in order to keep predators from assaulting children without any repercussions. Too many teachers were sexually assaulting children and then going on to teach again (and getting amnesty from the SOR). As it stands now and before new legislature prevents the continuation of this egregious act of injustice, a teacher that sexually abuses a student can go quietly, move to another district, teach again and the previous school where the unofficial charges were made simply do not get passed onto the new school.

It's also hard to believe, that teachers are fighting this kind of accountability, complaining that it puts them under too much scrutiny. God forbid, teachers are scrutinized for professional accountability and entrusting our children's safety to them.

This is an outrage but alas, the doors are about to be closed for predators that use our tax dollars to abuse our children. One by one, loopholes will be closed. Laws will be changed. Politicians will be accountable and it’s easy to do too. The more the public knows, the more they demand justice and safety for our children. This is a non-partisan issue.

We are winning, but we are also working with some people in power that don't always have children's best interests in mind, but rather look for easy solutions to atrocities that they hope only will go unreported, under-reported and unnoticed.

And we will get others to notice too. Presidential candidates will be well vetted as to whether they will sacrifice our children to rapists or if they're committed to keeping them safe. AZ is WATCHING YOU!
