Ted Nugent was pretty awesome in concert. I saw him back in the 70s, before whatshisname came along and ruined the whole thing. Anyway, I found this video and thought it was pretty reasonable.

As a matter of fact, wouldn't it be cool to set up a "pedochat" website, kind of like girlchat and boychat, but the opposite. You know, where we can post about it'd be GREAT fun to kill pedos, but, since society and the law frowns on it, it's not a good idea, because, after all, we have to protect ourselves. SO much fun! :)

The point, however, is that there are not just a few people who are sick of child rapists. Many would like to just blow their heads off, instead of just letting them offend and offend and offend, as we all know they do. This little corner of the internet is not the only place where there are anti-pedophiles. The girlchatters and boychatters would love to believe that Stitches=me=Jacey=everyone else, but the fact is, NO ONE except child molesters is rooting for child molesters. NO ONE will keep tolerating them harming our kids over and over.

This is not a threat. This is how people think about child rapists.

Tumbling Down the Mountainside

We talked about Jim Freeman here and about pedophile denial of child pornography here. We also talked about Judith Levine using pedophiles for references.....one in particular - Lawrence Stanley - who not only claimed there was no child porn but was actively producing it himself. Aw well she must not have done her homework.

We've talked about Jim Freeman's RSO activism as the Executive Director of SoHopeful. We talked about his involvement in the "most sophisticated child pornography operation in recent memory" and which included "one of the largest digital seizures in the history of the FBI"

We felt sure the RSO advocacy groups would seize the opportunity to take stock, educate their members and clean house.

We watched and we listened.

We waited patiently. It never happened. Instead they attempted to cover it up, not only to the outside world but to their very own members as well. Perhaps they just didn't want their members to find out how that silly little "legal defense fund" yahoo group helped identify Jim in the first place. Or perhaps as we've previously seen "no more victims" is NOT their primary goal after all. For instance this is something they would never talk about:

A new government study of convicted Internet offenders suggests that the number may be startlingly high: 85 percent of the offenders said they had committed acts of sexual abuse against minors, from inappropriate touching to rape."

Jill Levenson responded:

“It’s crucial to understand the sexual history of all these offenders, because sometimes the crime they were arrested for is the tip of the iceberg, and does not reflect their real patterns and interests”

This report having already been accepted for publication was withdrawn due to the concerns of certain people. People like Dr. Fred Berlin who claimed it may cause a backlash and intrude on a child molesters "individual liberty". Obviously he's not interested in the truth. No it looks to me like he's into coddling. It looks to me like someone should have been paying more attention to all those sex offenders who reoffended while they were in his treatment program. Or maybe all those priests he released that went right back to molesting children. He's Michael Melsheimer's mentor. And Freddie's mentor was good old Dr. John Money famous for trying to turn a boy into a girl with devastating consequences and who said in an interview in Paidika: The Journal of Paedophilia

Of these men Neville McGarity committed sexual assault of a child in 2003, Warren Mumpower had more than one sex crime conviction dating back to the early 1980's. And of course we already know about Jim Freeman, the registered sex offender and sex offender advocate who once told the Valigator:

My organization has done so much on the national level to shift the focus to the truly dangerous. An organization that you don't think too highly of. What's the deal?

Shifting focus? Well, he tried to anyway.

Not An Exception, The Rule

He is a sex offender who wrote a blog to promote sex offender issues. Here are some quotes from that blog:

This sex offender then went on to murder three people in order to abduct and sexually brutalize 8 year old Shasta and 9 year old Dylan Groene. He then sadistically tortured the children, capturing much of the torture on camera.

In one video, he hangs Dylan and screams "The devil is here, boy, the devil himself. The demon couldn't do what the devil sent him to do so the devil came himself. The devil likes to watch children suffer and cry."

His name, of course, is Joseph Duncan.

And while we recognize so many of the above arguments in RSO activism today, the same activists like truthseeker aka Ryan Okins, will point out that offenders like Duncan are a 'minority of RSOs'. I can't say I'm so sure of that. In fact, we recently had a misguided visitor..........well see for yourself.




Pause for a moment and think about that. About the sheer terror this family went through. About the agony Dylan suffered...and the fact that we have someone here actively searching for images of Dylan's torture.

Its natural to ask what can we do to prevent Mr Comcast here from becoming the next Joseph Duncan.

Well, why don't we trot on over to the Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign and see what they recommend:

• 2. Abolish all life-time civil commitment for sex offenders who have completed prison sentences and/or parole and probation.



• 4. Stop all required sex offender registration for minors. NOTE: DUNCAN WAS A MINOR WHEN HE COMMITTED HIS FIRST TWO OFFENSES!
  



• 5. Abolish all laws that provide the death penalty or life in prison without parole for sex offenders.
  

Given the above statements, it is very confusing that many members of this campaign to abolish sex offender laws blame society for Duncan's crimes. Their rationale is that if society had never released Duncan, he wouldn't have been free to commit these crimes. Well, that is true but they OPPOSE any option that will keep the offender out of society!

Duncan's blog "Blogging the Fifth Nail" provided insight into this man's thought patterns. In addition to the classic blame-gamer arguments that have already been presented here, I'll leave you with this:

This is the fact plain and simple. A DOJ recidivism report done over a period of 3 years is not an accurate reflection of true recidivism. Nor does the DOJ recidivism report address the percentage of new sex crimes committed by either an RSO or a non-RSO.

But the new Washington study does. Yes, not including sex offenses that only result in probation or other penalty, ONLY counting those that result in prison 19% of all NEW sex crimes are committed in Washington state by someone who is ALREADY on the registry.

David Delaine Liberty is the latest arrest due to the diligence and hard work of the Wikisposure team.

David aka ddlibnkc was a member of BoyMoment, home of some of the filthiest of the filthy. Men preying on boys, little boys, and sharing tips, confessions and photos.

David Liberty is a repeat sex offender.

According to court documents, Liberty was previously arrested in September 2001 for possession of child pornography. At the time of his arrest, Liberty was wearing a diaper. A search of his vehicle revealed four photographs of children with their genitals exposed, rope, bailing twine, scissors, a GI Joe doll, a Polaroid camera, and three pairs of women’s underwear. Liberty pled guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography in August 2002 and ultimately spent 180 days in the Platte County Jail.

Court documents also indicate that Liberty had once been detained by Kansas City police for running on a jogging track near Plaza Middle School in Platte County, wearing only a diaper and shoes.

Now David is once again charged with possessing and distributing child pornography. Many of the boys in the images David had were bound. These are not "child modeling" photos we're talking about here. And the really scary thing is that he was a construction worker, going out into neighborhoods and watching children play, photographing them, sometimes molesting them ........then telling the other filthy pedophiles about it. It is believed that his own mother was aware of his behavior. I'll ask you this question........what would you do? If you knew your son had a problem like this, and you knew he had young boys he took to his room. What would you do?

Silence and the desire to 'not get involved' are things a pedophile needs in order to continue his exploitation of children. For a victim, silence is also one of the biggest deterrents to healing. According to the APA, family support, extra-familial support, high self-esteem, and spirituality are factors that help in recovery.

One of the strongest predictors of the child's recovery from the abuse experience is a high level of maternal and family functioning. (This, of course, assumes that the abuser was not a member of the immediate family or, if so, is not still living within the family.)

So, I repeat my question. What would you do if you knew your son were molesting children?

What they've become

In 1987 Dennis Ferguson kidnapped 3 children from their home.

He kept them in his home and molested them for 3 days.

He was convicted of 19 charges including kidnapping, sodomy, gross indecency, indecent dealing and carnal knowledge. Dennis committed these acts along with his lover Alexandria George Brookes. Dennis received 14 years in prison, Alexandria 11.

The judge in the case said his chances for rehabilitation were 'nil' and that Dennis regarded pedophilia as normal behavior.

Nevertheless, he was given a second chance wasn't he? When his sentence was up, he was released back into the community. Not only did he break the terms of his parole, but he molested a 5 year old girl within 2 years of his release.

NOW, in 2008, right as he was set to stand trial for molesting this girl, Judge Hugh Botting has said that no trial can go forward because pre-trial publicity made it impossible for this repeat baby raper to get a 'fair' trial. In other words, he let him go free. HE LET HIM GO!

Where is the justice for this girl? What are the protections for the community and his future victims? He's a filthy non-repentant baby raping pedophile, do they honestly think he'll not do it again? There's many outrageous, and frankly unbelievable things going on with this case. Google Dennis Ferguson and you'll see what I mean.

But the icing on the cake is ol' Zman himself. Just when you thought you'd heard the last of him. He's allllllll worked up over it, oh my yes indeed. You see, the residents of the community in which this repeat baby raper has been placed are rather angry. A meeting was held in which 100 people were expected to attend. Instead 1000 showed up to protest this man living amongst them. They don't want him next door to their children. Can you blame them? But Zman asks, "Is this what we have become?"

"Thanks to the media and politicians for spreading BS lies about sex offenders, and people like John Walsh, Mark Lunsford and the other idiots, this is what we have become! I wonder if this is similar to what it was like when Jesus Christ was attacked by the venomous snakes who wanted to crucify him? Like in the days of Noah, so shall it be when the son of man is revealed. Amazing how one man can cause so much anger! Come quickly Lord Jesus!"

WOW, that pretty much rivals his previous insane babblings where he wondered why people couldn't just leave the "defenseless child predators" alone. Zfreak was asked just what he meant comparing this repeat baby raper to Jesus Christ. And oh, he tried to clear it up, only to say the exact same thing he had already said!

He posted a movie of the crowds raising hell over the Menace, along with a video clip from The Passion of the Christ showing the crucifixion scene so that all the simple minded RSO's and apologists could moan and groan with him, that yes, yes indeed Zman, we are treated just like Jesus Christ was. We are stripped and scourged and hung on a cross until dead.

He is comparing the treatment of Jesus Christ to the angry protests of parents who have just had a repeat baby raper released amongst them! Well, how very apropos. < /sarcasm >

Fortunately, the majority of the world is not as dim-witted as Zman, who routinely says he wasn't actually guilty of molesting a child BUT he hasn't re-offended. Or of this judge who

Let us hope that this stupid, idiotic decision by Judge Hugh Botting is overturned and a trial for Dennis goes forth. Otherwise, it is setting a dangerous precedent. "If you get enough attention after raping babies we'll let you go free since there's a danger of prejudice" Yeah, some group of pedos is probably already putting their filthy little heads together to work this one out.

Ignatio Vargas
made history when he received the longest sentence in Merced County CA history for the repeat rape of an 8 year old girl which continued for 2 years. Vargas was sentenced to 588 years in prison. The District Attorney said this about the sentence:

"The punishment is proportional to what the people of California said they want for raping a victim. The other thing about getting a really high sentence like this, it guarantees he'll never get out."

Vargas has again made the headlines by attempting suicide by slashing his throat. His attempt proved unsuccessful as prison guards found him and he was rushed to the hospital. He is now described as being in "a stable condition."

Once Vargas has recovered, he will be returned to the prison and placed on suicide watch. But hey, we'd like to remind Vargas of that old saying

Who is Jim Freeman you may ask. You may wonder why everyone will be talking about him. Along with his user names. His pedo porn name of Mystikal, and his RSO sex offender defender names "Mystik" and "Mystikwarrior"

And now, men like these have been busted in what has been called the "most sophisticated child pornography operation in recent memory". 12 Americans were indicted for "participating in a global child pornography ring that distributed more than 400,000 pictures and videos of children engaged in sexual activities." Children drugged and unable to do ANYTHING. Completely at the mercy of sick freaks. WHO will DARE to even attempt to defend this I ask you?

"The 12 men were charged with engaging in a child exploitation enterprise; illegally posting notices seeking to receive, exchange and distribute child porn across state lines; and obstructing of justice. Several also were charged with producing the pornography — meaning they had contact with the children who were exploited"

One conversation went like this:

“This one may offend here, so a word of caution, these girls are heavily drugged,” Roy, known as “Nimo,” wrote on July 10, 2007, according to the court documents. “Not much action to speak of, the girls are (sic) to (expletive deleted) up to move, or resist. Three girls, the first one being the youngest, around 8 or 9 yo.”

At the forefront of these men is none other than Jim Freeman. The executive director, legal director and co-founder of SoHopeful. A sex offender activist group where Tom Madison, Shirley Lowery, David Coffman and other pro-sex offenders got their start. I can't help but wonder why Cheryl Griffiths wants to bury this story. Didn't she claim that children's safety was her top concern?

"I can only pray that this is some kind of misunderstanding or government "fix". No matter what it is, this could hurt all of us (groups and individuals) greatly. In my opinion, the best thing we could do is to not post anything about it in our groups about this at least about his connection to any RSO groups."

Google James Freeman's names, especially those baby raper defender names and read what he had to say. The very things all the RSO activists say. The very things all the pedo activists have to say. Read especially his commentary about the reason Christopher Barrios was raped and murdered. And while you're at it, watch out for Zman, you just never know where that little freak will pop up next. While you're reading, keep in the back of your mind that Jim's activism related to getting himself off the SOR. Watch him spin statistics to excuse his behavior.

Before I answer that question, I'd like to go back a moment to the petition we talked about HERE. Alex Marbury and Paul Shannon want to reform sex offender laws. I'm sure you'll recall. Some of the things they called for was abolishment of age of consent laws and requiring children to be responsible for their own abuse. They also want to abolish the death penalty and life sentences. They want to abolish the sex offender registry and ban you from knowing if your neighbor is a convicted child molester under great penalties to you if you should find out. But they also want to abolish civil commitments. Because after all they've served their time. Haven't they? And according to Alex and Paul these changes are the only things that will keep people safe from sexual offenders.

Alex and Paul recently sponsored a rally to gain support for releasing violent sexual predators deemed at high risk to re-offend from their civil commitments. We didn't talk about this rally, because, well we wanted to see how it would go without our commentary. And one of the main speakers Tom Madison of SoClear Media Productions didn't want anyone to find out, which is comical really when you think about it. Have a rally to gain support but only let those who already support you know about it. Chalk one up for The Anti's.

If these people had a valid counter-argument for our opinions they would have WANTED us drawing attention to it. Nor would Alex and Paul make statements such as this

"Because a previous demonstraton in Ohio by sex offenders and their families was harrassed by bigots, you should be prepared for this possibility."

"Ask any friends you tell about this to keep the time and place of the rally confidential."

Hmmmm, harassment which consists of writing counter opinions and peacefully counter demonstrating. Seems to me these guys are flat out un-American. Not to mention whiney victim cryers. If we speak out about their rhetoric that makes us vigilantes. But of course we already knew this wasn't the brightest of the bright, eh? It's just merely another form of blame gaming which goes hand in hand with their distinct brand of mental illness.

Nevertheless, the rally went as planned. Very few people attended of course, mainly those who had a loved one confined at Coalinga State Hospital for violent sexual predators. And we didn't even have to hijack this rally for it to be an utter failure. Hey! Our strategy proved once again to be right on.

One of the attendees said that her loved one was confined there due to a sexual offense he committed while on parole for another sexual offense but then stated "He's no different than any other criminal, he's served his time". That's an example of an enabling apologist in denial.

These guys want out. They've tried lots of ways. They've held hunger strikes, seemingly oblivious to the obvious continued mentality of using manipulation as a tool. They refuse to accept treatment and they call the hospital a 'concentration camp'. I don't know about you, but if they want to hold a hunger strike I say more power to them. I'll put my support behind that, sure. Who do they think they are? What kind of sexual offenders would say "If you don't let me outta here I'm gonna quit eating"? My opinion is that it's the type of sex offenders who should be civilly committed to the Coalinga State Hospital for sexually violent offenders at a danger to re-offend. But, that's me.

Tom Madison disagrees however. From KMPH

But registered sex offender Tom Madison says, he doesn't think the extra treatment is worth the sex offender's time or the taxpayer's dollars.

"They simply want to get on with their lives, but the fear and hysteria is in the stratosphere today," said Madison.

Rather than talk about the predators that society is currently safe from - those being held at Coalinga. I think we should talk about violent sexual predators who were released from prison "after serving their time" - and despite evidence that they were still dangerous and likely to re-offend - were NOT civilly committed as requested. Let's talk about 3 of those. Released by the same judge. Judge Moses.

First up we have Corey Saunders, with previous convictions for rape of a child with force and assault and battery of a child, Judge Moses didn't believe the evidence that he was at a high risk of re-offending. No, he said, Corey hadn't re-offended in 7 years. Ignoring the fact that he was in prison during those 7 years. Corey raped a 6 year old boy in the library shortly after release.

Then we have David Flavell, who "had been arrested and convicted on a variety of sex offenses between 1996 and 2003, including masturbating in public, threatening children and brutally beating and attempting to rape a woman in Methuen. That 1996 attack took place just hours after he’d been arrested for masturbating in a department store." Judge Moses refused to commit him, he didn't believe he was dangerous. No, not David. He was arrested in January for peering into a womens restroom stall. "Flavell was carrying a backpack with three pairs of work gloves, a ski mask and a roll of duct tape and had put a magazine rack outside the ladies room to make it appear it was out of service"

How about the latest case of irresponsibility committed by Judge Moses. Kenneth Stone "In separate incidents in 1989, 1991 and 1995, Stone was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older and in May of 1991 and again in October of 1991 he was convicted of assault with intent to rape." Now in February, after Judge Moses ruled he was fit to be returned to society, Stone has been arrested for raping a man......less than three weeks after the Judge let him go free.

The issue

At issue is a state statute which allows the district attorney to petition to have sex offenders who’ve completed their criminal sentences declared sexually dangerous and civilly committed much the way a person deemed a danger to himself or others may be committed to a psychiatric hospital.

ABC Channel 6 news did an investigative report on Moses on Feb. 7, in which reporter Jim Hummel analyzed 42 sexually dangerous person petitions in Bristol County in the past seven years. Of those, judges granted the petitions half the time, Hummel reported.

Moses was the only judge who released every offender who came before him, a total of six, including Stone, Saunders and Flavell

THOSE are men who should have been civilly committed. Those are men just like those in Coalinga Hospital that Tom Madison feels we don't deserve protection from because

• A. It's not fair to the offender
• B. It costs too much money
  

Funny thing about that is, the only people complaining about how much it costs are sex offenders. Those of us who aren't sex offenders - 99.8% of the population....are more than willing to pay the price. Although, if they want to argue COST, I'd be more than happy to lobby for the death penalty for child molesters. Conviction.....appeal.....execution. That would certainly solve the problem of sexually violent deranged individuals. It'll save us money and they can't re-offend! I suppose one might say

"There are worse things in life than being on a sex offender registry"

or perhaps they might say

"There are worse things in life than being confined in Coalinga State Hospital for the sexually violent predator"

That logic is good enough for me because after all Jan Kruska says:

"While sexual abuse is despicable there are indeed things that are much worse in life"

A registered sex offender is behind bars for an alleged incident in a men's locker room. Florissant police say the man was trying to draw the attention of several young boys.

Benjamin Rzadca, 27, of Black Jack, faces felony charges for sexual misconduct involving a child.

Florissant Police Chief William Karabas said eight boys, ages nine through 11, along with two men, reported the incident. Karabas said witnesses reported seeing Rzadca inappropriately touching himself in the James J. Eagan Center locker room Jan. 13. The man did not say anything, witnesses said.

They boys had just returned to the locker room from swimming, Karabas said.

Florissant police later caught Rzadca a few blocks away.

"He did make some tacit admissions," Karabas said.

Karabas said he is unfamiliar with Rzadca's criminal history, but he did confirm the suspect is a registered sex offender.

"We have to use the presumption of not being found guilty," Mayor Robert Lowery said. "But nevertheless I have eight children that said he did this."

It seems Danny Wyatt just can't ever really learn his lesson. (Does any pedophile ever????) Of course his name isn't really Danny Wyatt, its Benjamin Rzadca, a dishonorably discharged Marine, now on Missouri's registered sex offender list. Seems he returned to Christian Boy Love Forum back in May after serving his sentence, and had THIS to say. But then carried on with his violent language, and who knows what else? Dare we guess?
