Out of the Shadows

Wednesday, August 06, 2008

I'm sure we all remember Lindsay Ashford's attempt to sugar coat filthy pedophiles.

He tried to put a smiling face to it and bring it "out of the shadows" But let's take a look at what it REALLY is, minus the sickly sweet Lindsayisms. Just the facts.

David Delaine Liberty is the latest arrest due to the diligence and hard work of the Wikisposure team.

David aka ddlibnkc was a member of BoyMoment, home of some of the filthiest of the filthy. Men preying on boys, little boys, and sharing tips, confessions and photos.

David Liberty is a repeat sex offender.

According to court documents, Liberty was previously arrested in September 2001 for possession of child pornography. At the time of his arrest, Liberty was wearing a diaper. A search of his vehicle revealed four photographs of children with their genitals exposed, rope, bailing twine, scissors, a GI Joe doll, a Polaroid camera, and three pairs of women’s underwear. Liberty pled guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography in August 2002 and ultimately spent 180 days in the Platte County Jail.

Court documents also indicate that Liberty had once been detained by Kansas City police for running on a jogging track near Plaza Middle School in Platte County, wearing only a diaper and shoes.

Now David is once again charged with possessing and distributing child pornography. Many of the boys in the images David had were bound. These are not "child modeling" photos we're talking about here. And the really scary thing is that he was a construction worker, going out into neighborhoods and watching children play, photographing them, sometimes molesting them ........then telling the other filthy pedophiles about it. It is believed that his own mother was aware of his behavior. I'll ask you this question........what would you do? If you knew your son had a problem like this, and you knew he had young boys he took to his room. What would you do?

If you visit Wikisposure you can see some of the things David has said. But be warned, Reader discretion is advised.

Regarding some of the images he had stored online, please pay particular attention to this
While we do not generally wish to post images of children on this site, we do believe that some of these children may be victims and urge the public to view the video below in an effort to identify these children.

If you can identify any of these children, please contact us at admin@wikisposure.com

Silence and the desire to 'not get involved' are things a pedophile needs in order to continue his exploitation of children. For a victim, silence is also one of the biggest deterrents to healing. According to the APA, family support, extra-familial support, high self-esteem, and spirituality are factors that help in recovery.
One of the strongest predictors of the child's recovery from the abuse experience is a high level of maternal and family functioning. (This, of course, assumes that the abuser was not a member of the immediate family or, if so, is not still living within the family.)
So, I repeat my question. What would you do if you knew your son were molesting children?

"Next to them, piled high, were the many CD's filled to bursting with my precious pictures, tens of thousands of them, all kinds, from innocent, fully clothed girls, through posed nudity, to the hardest cp you can imagine. Like the books, I was so familiar with every single image, they had been sorted and re-sorted, into age order, into filename order, all the series sorted, my favourite folder, my pigtails folder, my blow-job folder...if there was a different way to sort them, I had done it."
That's Taf-kat. He told this story of his child pornography conviction and his obsession, one which continues to this day.

Meet John Hodgson

According to his wiki entry:

"He has been arrested and convicted for possession of child pornography twice, once in 2000, and another time in 2006.

He also collects pictures of little girls from people's family galleries online, and harrasses them with lewd comments about their children and relatives."

OK. Click on "community" the "family & friends", best sections are babies, birthdays, and holidays. Click to sort by date to get the newest listed first, rather than the most popular, as the popular ones tend to be women in bikinis, yuk.
A link below will give you a good one.
I am now a Webshots member (£5 a year) and I have a list of "favourite members" that keeps emptying my tissue box.

You are not alone. I am attracted to 3-9 lg's. You have my exact aoa! Although I am different as I have been married and had a family. I agree with you that as soon as any breasts appear (or hair down there) I completely lose interest. Lowering the age limit to 12 would help, assuming me, a 47 year old overweight git, could pull a 12 year old, but even then as I lay with her I would be fantasizing about her being younger...that is why, since my marriage fell apart in 1999 when I was outed as a gl, I have become celibate, not out of choice, but if I was to pursue a girl I was attracted to, I would be locked up.

Then wander on over and take a look at Taf-kat and his twisted 'passion' on his Wikisposure site. Don't miss his poetry for a glimpse into the mind of a "childlover"

Copyright 101

Wednesday, November 01, 2006

Amongst so many other things, copyright laws seem to be something the paeds just can’t seem to grasp. I first became aware of this phenomenon when reading this thread on the Visions of Alice forum.

You see, a member was concerned about possible copyright breaches when paedophiles steal photos from online albums and upload them to VoA. Well of course the other members jump in to share their infinite wisdom regarding copyright.

We see the typical bizarre justifications:

Raccoon states:

Breaking a law that is not working in the best interest of the general population is not a crime but an act of civic duty.

F.P.J. Mask shows typical paedophile disregard for anyone else:

Yes, it would break these people’s hearts to see their family pics on a site like this. But we can’t cave in.

Childdriver, well…..

Somehow I thing if a lea were to break into my computer and trump up some criminal charge, I’m pretty sure copyright infringement would not be what they come up with.

Ok these sorts of demented rationalizations were expected. But what wasn’t anticipated was the complete misinterpretation and lies that followed. See, Lawndog thought he’d set them all straight:

There is a “limited use” clause in the copy right law that says for the sake of promotion or review a portion of copy righted material may be used. One could argue that the posting of pictures from modeling or other copy righted sites is done to review what is seen there, ie “Sandra looks really hot in this picture”

Well it was a good effort anyway, wasn’t it? Considering their capacity for thought and intelligence, I thought it was pretty decent.

What Lawndog is referring to is known as the doctrine of fair use contained in section 107 of the Copyright Act which does allow for the use of portions of copyright work. Poor Lawndog failed to realize that an ENTIRE picture really doesn’t qualify as a portion; it is therefore excluded from any protection under fair use. There is no exact measure of what portion of a particular work may be copied, courts determine whether each individual case is a matter of fair use or not. In making this determination, the courts will consider the following:

a. Purpose & character of the use
b. Amount & substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole.
Copyright Office

I think perhaps they all sensed that Lawndog’s reasoning was skewed however they follow up with even more ridiculous crap. Apparently the idea that gained the most support is the one that follows.

Frederick starts us off with:

I fall into the category of: “If you post something on the internet, it becomes public, ‘nuff said.”.

Even more amazingly, a moderator on the board known as Hedonist supports this completely absurd notion:

If the pictures in question are on a site to be shared with the general population, it falls under the laws of public domain.

You don’t really know whether to laugh or cry do you? For anyone out there who believes the above rubbish, I would suggest you read this page which addresses common copyright myths. As the author states,

Nothing modern and creative is in the public domain anymore unless the owner explicitly puts it in the public domain. Explicitly, as in you have a note from the author/owner saying, “I grant this to the public domain.” Those exact words or words very much like them.

I personally find it pretty frightening that one of the people charged with maintaining the ‘legality’ of that site can make such brazenly stupid false statements with no understanding whatsoever regarding the law he refers to and advises users on.

In any case, my interest in this topic has been piqued once again. You see these poor unfortunates think they actually have a copyright claim against Perverted Justice.

After PeeJ posted a screenshot of a repulsive forum discussion, D really does give it his best shot:

Both GirlChat and Heirophant now have copyright claims against PJ and their hosting provider. The former has a copyright on the design of the screen, and the boilerplate text. H. of course owns his own words. Everyone who replied has a copyright to their subject lines.

I was originally going to provide a detailed explanation of why this falls under fair use and therefore none of them actually have a valid claim. But I don’t really think that is necessary; can you guess why?

they’d have to slither out of the toybox and show the world what they really are to file a suit against PeeJ

So instead I’ll leave you with Daydreamer’s Top 10 Copyright Lessons For Paedophiles:

1.Your opinion of the law is entirely irrelevant.

2.You need moderators who understand the laws they are advising you on.

3.Your opinion that a civil suit against you is unlikely does not mean it won’t happen...

4.It doesn’t matter whether a copyright notice is visible or not, the pictures are still protected.

5.Attempting to shield your words behind an extensive copyright notice does not preclude others using it under the terms of fair use.

6.A screenshot or preview IS fair use.

7.Stealing an entire picture is NOT fair use.

8.Public domain is not a literal phrase. By your line of reasoning, this - that car is in the public domain (street) therefore its now public property - would make perfect sense. Dumbasses, get a clue.

9.You will never bring a copyright suit against PeeJ because you cannot afford for Xavier to find out who you are.

10. I invite and encourage any paedophile who thinks they have a copyright claim against me to file a suit and meet me in court :)

Just Say No!

Tuesday, September 19, 2006

We brought you a post here about the disgraceful way that the paedophiles shamelessly hunt through online family photo albums. Now I'd like you to consider the flip side of that coin; one most of us would not give much thought to - people photographing your children in public. The information for this post has been gathered from the Visions of Alice discussion board here.

Apparently stealing other people's pictures just isn't enough. Now they are coaching each other on how to take 'their own' photographs of other people's children in public. The thread was started by TheMorb; he just doesn't have a clue. Here's his question:

Have anyone of you guys ever tried to take candid shots and if you did, how did you manage to sneak away with a few nice pics?

I tried for the first time today and suddenly got nervous at some point. More explained in a post with attachments (if I manage to see how I can do so) in the Picture Gallery.

Not to fear! There's plenty of seasoned criminals photographers on that forum who come to his rescue.

Childdriver advises:

Try not to be obvious about it. Take pics and leave.

Jnoyunko goes one better:

If you're using a digital camera, use it to record video, and pan the area where you're focal point is and linger there for a while, before moving on and recording other stuff. Less suspicious than framing, then taking individual photos.

Keepitreal thinks they're all amateurs and writes a thesis on the topic. Here are some of the highlights:

Just snap away and act real professional.

Do not apologize though, makes you look guilty.

But if you have kids of your own that should make things a lot easier. When you see a little cutie and you can get a good shot of her but you don't want to seem to obvious about it. You can do stuff like tell your kids to pose for a pic and then totally snap a bunch of pics of the lg you want to see :)

Also I found that parks are awful and feel very suspicious. Mainly because most of the parents are just sitting around with nothing to do but look out for perverts snapping pics of their little girls :P

The best place by far, is an amusement park. Because there are like 10 million little cuties running around and the parents are usually super stressed out and not really paying attention to some random guy with a camera.

He illustrates his point with this:

I swear if you act casual some parents really don't notice what you are doing. I was at a waterslide thing and I stood in plain sight like 10 ft away from this girl and took like 20 pics of her while she played on a pole and the mom didn't even pay me any mind.

From here they swap tips from using a mobile phone to asking the child's permission to asking the parent's permission. Most of them swear that the parents will not mind at all as long as you *ask nicely* first.

What you need to know:

At the risk of stating the excruciatingly obvious, do not fall for this crap.

Professional photographers do not show up and take pictures of random children.

Sincere photography students will not typically do this either.

Please be vigilant and mindful when you are in public places - it may be someone else's child that you save from exploitation. (I have done this, it works!)

Do not allow anyone to take your child's picture without a legitimate reason - they could be the next centerfold at Visions of Alice.

Protect Your Family Photos Online

Sunday, August 27, 2006

Anyone unaware of the dangers of publishing your family photos online really should read this thread on the Visions of Alice forum.

The thread involves 'girl lovers' giving each other advice on how to gather images on the net, almost exclusively they are searching family photo albums. SweetSmile begins the thread by asking if anyone would like advice on how to enhance their searching capabilities. Amongst the many community members who said yes they do want advice is keepitreal, he responds:

Sweetsmile has some sort of gift for finding images on the net, I personally have quite a lot of pictures and movies, etc. already, but could alwayse use more :) Is it possible to have too much of a good thing? I think not

When one poster expressed concern that this 'tip sharing' could result in direct links to viruses, attackingmoose reassures him:

Family albums almost never have viruses.

SpecialED highlights some of the pesky problems with keywords when searching for images of little girls:

when searching at webshots it doesn't recognize numbers.example- if you search "13th birthday" it wont use the number and instead search for just "th birthday" and you get a wide variety of ages. one way to get around this is to use www.google.com .. in the space put the following..
"13th birthday" site: webshots.com
you can sub in other ages aswell and you can also use google the same way for other search words.

there are some search words i know that dont necessarily help with a specific age, but taking the time one can go through the results and find some pictures they are looking for. some search words are..
pool party, camp, trampoline, toe touch, scorpion, splits, backbend, backflip, handstand, cartwheel (and other gymnastics and cheerleading moves)

All these handy hints led Zoraya to proclaim that this 'tip sharing' is proving so useful that they'll start an entirely new part of the forum dedicated solely to this topic which can be found here. It's described as a work in progress.
