Case in point:

The Associated Press reports that a Florida man is blaming his cat for child pornography found on his computer.

48-year-old Keith Griffin claims that he was innocently downloading music when he left the room and his evil feline downloaded over 1,000 images of child pornography to his computer.

Now that's some bad luck right there.

Well frankly I don't think - um anyone - is going to believe you, Keith. So, here's my tip for you: make Mary Duval your spokesperson. Don't worry Keith, Mary can handle it - she's got it all worked out. By the time she tells everyone what a 'snot-nosed, teary-eyed victim' and 'evil vigilante troll' that damn cat is, you should have nothing to fear.

Ok enough of the charade. Everyone point and laugh.

We've talked a lot lately about registered sex offender activists and how they all talk out both sides of their mouth.

On the one hand they say there's a difference in types of offenders and the law should recognize that, on the other hand Jackie Sparling the COO of SoClear Media Production says

"whether you or your loved one was charged with CP, got caught in a Romeo/Juliet type situation, or was charged with sexual assault/rape doesn't even come into play with our organization"

They also say that child molesters shouldn't be treated as criminals, they should be given treatment instead. Treatment which has proven to have a very poor overall success rate, I might add. Let's look at a perfect example of that.


Trucker of GirlChat has been trying really hard to get our attention lately. He wants all Pedos to UNITE!

He very helpfully encourages the pedoheads, he says

And sometimes he says

But mostly what he says is pedocrap, as we shall see.

You see, Trucker says he spent 3 years in a prison for sexually violent predators. He says he spent 5 years in sex offender treatment. He says he had an addiction to child pornography. He says he realizes he did it out of lust for little girls rather than love. So now, after completing his treatment - which he says included chemical castration, among other things - here he is on GirlChat plotting and planning and UNDOING all his treatment.

"I'm here to have most of that treatment undone because I never really believed that being in relationships with children is a horrible thing."

Trucker had this to say about the Sex Offender Treatment Program:

SOTPs are extremely ineffective in reducing recidivism, and actually cause it in some cases

I remember being in an outpatient SOTP, and in just two months there were four guys out of eight in my group session who were violated by their POs for legitimate sex crimes

many sex offenders do not want to be treated. They feel they've done nothing wrong, despite the severity of the crime

there's something inside of me that refuses to allow me to reject my pedophilia. I know there is something better for us than child abuse or persecution through law and therapy because I believe that everyone has the right to be sexual, regardless of race or age. I would like the law and therapists to see that someday and work with us to really reduce child sexual abuse.

He also makes the same sort of statement we've seen the likes of Shirley Lowery and other SOSEN and Roar4Freedom members make regarding child pornography

"Has anyone been murdered in the production and distribution? Sure children may have been abused, but abuse can be overcome if one doesn't allow both the abuse and the abuser to have sway over the rest of one's life"

That is a rationalization. Yes it may be abuse.....BUT there's worse things that could happen. Sound familiar? I sincerely don't believe that GirlChat would be approved as therapeutic for this crazed registered sex offender known as Trucker. He is a ticking time bomb. And it just so happens that he is also a bright and shining example of Pedophile! Pervert! Predator! Registered Sex Offender!

Trucker wants ideas on how to make baby raping socially acceptable

Who is Jan Kruska, AKA Amanda Rogers, AKA Jan Gustafson, AKA Jan Nelson? We wrote about her here We wrote about her activities regarding sex offender reform and her ideas about sex offenders.

Jan of course is angry about being exposed and says she's worried about her own children being humiliated because of this. But once again that is just another step in the blame game.

SHE is the only one to blame for her activities. And why does she want to protect her own children while throwing everyone else's literally to the wolves?

Her advocation of sweeping reform which would essentially abolish all punishment for child molesters AND even remove laws which make their activities illegal can be seen as nothing less than child endangerment.

What is Jan's reaction to this you might wonder? Well, this person who calls herself a REFORMED sex offender....has lashed out at an innocent person in her haste to take down Stitches.

She's made herself a webpage outing someone as me. She's digging into her personal life. She's doing this with malicious intent to bring harm to this person. Tell me Jan, how does it make you feel to be gloating over exposing someone's LEGAL activities, especially when that person had never even heard your name before. When that person was not in any way involved in anti-pedophilia activism or Absolute Zero United for that matter.

I messaged Jan not once, but twice telling her she had the wrong person. The person she's attacking has contacted her also. All to no avail. So you may ask yourself why? Why would Jan try to wreak havoc on an uninvolved party this way? I suppose we could give the easy answer that she's obviously not very bright. This is thoroughly documented already in her prolific writings and frenzied hatred for child advocates.

We saw her sarcasm, her mocking hostility toward parents of brutally murdered children. What else is she capable of? But I think it goes even deeper than all that. Jan has her head set on it, you see. It doesn't matter if the info is accurate or not. Jan believes it, and to Jan that's all that matters. She's cognitively distorted, and in her attempt to rip up someone's life she's hurting herself far more than any of us ever could.

Besides the uninvolved person she has attacked, Jan is going to have to live with the damage she has caused this person, this person who is not me. This person who was out busy living life unaware of people like Jan. JAN is solely responsible for her own actions.

I called Jan a Fluff n' Stuff. Jan proved it was true.

Per our discussion going on now in the Anniversary post regarding Spike's post about a pedohead who committed suicide, I think we can't pass this one up. In summary Spike was called to offer counsel to the family of a man who killed himself. Though the man lived very close to Spike he wasn't known to him, but hey! guess what? They were pedo brothers! The note read:

"I have lived with the guilt of having an attraction toward children for many years now, and I have kept this away from everyone, even myself at times, I have convinced myself many times that this is not true, only to come back and slap me in my face, whenever I see a little girl!"

"To my children, though I loved you very much, I intentionally kept myself away from you so that I would not harm you in anyway."

Now, he never said in this note whether or not he had acted on his attraction, did he? But he did say that he kept himself distant from his own children "so that I would not harm you in anyway."

I think that statement is very important, and most especially considering they are his final words. And yet....he goes on to hurt them anyway doesn't he? Just like all pedoheads sooner or later they just can't keep their mouths shut. He's killing himself because he can't bear being a filthy pedophile and he's gonna slap down everybody in his life as he goes. Never mind that his children and family will be suffering over his death, now they also have to deal with the shock and shame that their loved one was a filthy, stinking pedophile. He made his family victims in the end, didn't he? And Spike says, what again?

I feel the hate of the community toward this man, and he has done NOTHING wrong, but simply he finds a child sexually attractive, and because of THIS he deserves to die by his own hands, or by somone else's hands. Where are as a society that we feel this way toward another human being?

That Daniel is a stupid pedophile. Yes that's right....Daniel Lievre who owns that website that teaches fellow pedophiles how to go forth and multiply their cognitive distortions and is the author of Pedo Logic for Dummies. The same Daniel who says he's sexually attracted to children but he's not a pedophile....because he'll have sex with anybody. Daniel is a child predator, that's what Daniel is.

I've had run-ins with danyboy on other blogs. I've witnessed first hand his attempts to terrorize. I've witnessed first hand his attempt to use psychology -- in his slimey pedo grooming voice....on a child sexual abuse survivor. His attempt to denigrate their suffering, his attempt to rationalize the abuse itself, and his attempt to place the blame for it elsewhere. danyboy doesn't know that his pedo tactics are transparent. How could he? He's a pedophile, and pedophiles are stupid that way.

When danyboy attempted to comment here on AZ, I was enraged. I recognize him for what he is. He's more than just an online pedophile activist. He's more than just another nodding pedo head saying cognitively distorted things. He's a real man.......and he's determined. Just like his pedo-brethren he recognizes no boundaries. He won't take NO for an answer. Sound familiar? Would you trust a child in this mans presence?

Pedo Logic Puzzle

One day I noticed that we were getting a lot of visitors to AZ through a Google search for the term Pedo Logic. At first I thought it rather strange but then I realized that none of us understand pedofreaks logic, probably even they don't understand it. So I thought we'd talk a bit about Pedo Logic and what it really is.

We all realize these guys are missing something, we don't understand why they can't comprehend and accept basic concepts. So, I figure it's like this. They can't accept that they are wacko, because they build these scenarios up in their heads, they say to themselves "I WANT IT and I will talk myself into circles until I find a way to make it fit. I will FORCE it to make sense SOMEHOW!" Which is where the nodding pedo heads come in. (HT to Jacey!) They don't really care if it makes sense, or if it's accurate, or if it's true, they just agree if someone says something that they want to be true.

So what does Pedo Logic look like? I'm going to give you three examples.

Sample Pedo Logic #1

A perving on kiddies housekeeper, he's got a thing for the daughter of his employers. When the boss is away ... the perv comes out to play. He starts by invading the little girls space. He goes through her room, he touches her belongings, he strips her of her privacy. He gets bolder and bolder, he starts to sniff her panties. He steals her panties. He becomes obsessed. He stops doing his job and just hangs out in her room. The little girl is unaware of this. In fact this little girl is even unaware of the birds and the bees, she likes her Barbies and her Dora the Explorer. She likes Saturday cartoons and Disney movies. She's just a kid, she gets to be carefree that way. But the perving on kiddies dude, sees her smile at him. And he's spent so much time in her space, with her underwear, fantasizing about her, wanting her that well he just doesn't see this as an innocent smile. NO NO What we've got here is a 5 year old girl who wants to get in his pants.

The little girl is playing, oh maybe doing some back flips or some such as that. Sometimes her panties show, or her blouse flips up. She doesn't even notice it. She's just this carefree kid, playing her game. But she looks up with the little girl face - the only face she has - she's happy, she's smiling, laughing, innocent. But the person watching her isn't like normal men. No, he's a perverted piece of shit who views the world through a distorted pedo-lens. What have we got? A 5 year old flashing him, because she wants sex with him.

Paedophiles are notorious for making blatantly stupid allegations rather than an actual argument. The most recent example of this is the infantile claim that the fairy in the artwork on Daydreamer of Oz is a child. The first allegation was made here by Didaskalos who says:

Well like all paedo lies, it spread like wildfire. Psychotic Bill Evans decided to jump on the bandwagon and rant and rave at BoyChat about the image. He goes even farther than Didaskalos, claiming that the fairy is 8. Even when a fellow paedophile tells him he's wrong, he continues:

of an 8 y/o are quite different to an adult in the length of the torso, limbs and head size. The proportions of the female in that sketch are much closer to those of an 8 y/o than those of an adult. Probably sub-conciously so, but still those proportions would tend to draw the eye of a CL considerably more than of a "normal". The "boobie" could even be the right hand, and not a boobie at all...

As an attempted swipe at me, these comments do not concern me in the least. However, the creator of this artwork - Selina Fenech - is an amazing artist who does not deserve to have her work slandered and misinterpreted in this way.

Therefore, I contacted Selina and alerted her to this issue. The title of this piece of work is Rockabye in the Treetops and can be found in Selina's gallery here.

What's In A Quote?

Quite a lot, it seems. We have recently come under attack in this post at BoyChat regarding the quote you see in the header by Kahlil Gibran. The thrust of the argument is this: Gibran may have been groomed and molested as a child by F. Holland Day; he subsequently became successful as an adult. Therefore we at Absolute Zero condone and promote ‘boylove’ because we appreciate Gibran's work.

“Kaylor” declares that he’s paid us his ‘first’ visit and is simply appalled that we would use any of Gibran’s work. He goes so far as to claim:

Through this cap-quote and its citation, "Absolute Zero" has made, in their ignorance, one of the strongest cases for pederasty ever formulated, a case for its beneficial impact on the young, its importance to culture, and its timelessness.

The reasoning behind his argument is this:

Kahlil Gibran (Gibran Khalil Gibran; 1883-1931) was the *loved boy* of the preeminent American Uranian photographer, Fred Holland Day (1864-1933)

Fact or opinion?

I personally chose that quote and feel no need to justify my choice or its use to the likes of “Kaylor” or anyone else at BoyChat. However, for the benefit of our dedicated readers, I offer the following:

Firstly, there is NO evidence that Day had an inappropriate relationship with any child. In fact, the F. Holland Day Museum denies the claims outright on their "common errors" page:

There is no evidence that Day had a sexual relationship with any of his models. Although Jussim implied that such relationships were possible and others have perpetuated this assumption

Secondly, there has never been so much as an accusation that Gibran himself was a paedophile; we know for a fact that he was not. So it comes down to their claim that Day “made” Gibran what he became. This is utterly absurd conjecture. By all acounts, the most important influences in his life were women!

Gibran was possibly groomed and molested as a child but managed (through his own brilliance) to become a successful man. Does that make our use of his words inappropriate? To the contrary, I cannot think of anything more appropriate.

The psychotic child molester Bill Evans seemed to think that this information would come as a revelation to us and the quote would be removed.

I will simply say that this is not ‘new information’ to me or anyone else here at Absolute Zero. We knew it was possible that Gibran was groomed as a child which added meaning rather than detracted from its use.

Should anyone have further questions/grievances regarding the use of this quote, I suggest you read through the available information on Gibran (not Day – it was not his words that I used). Alternatively, you can leave a comment here or drop me an email to discuss the matter further.

Nevertheless, one day an "anti" named Llort, (who is a frequent visitor to pedophile blogs), made a harmless comment. While the comment seemed clear to any rational minded reader, I suppose one could make the argument that it was a bit ambiguous.
Enter Enigma/Nonce and Forever. Everyone knows that Enigma is in a "delicate" emotional position. He's teetering on the very edge of sanity. So, naturally it should come as no surprise to us that he would just latch onto this and begin calling it

So, no, I don't particularly see this as a "big victory." Just the opposite; Llort won that round. An anti-pedophile took a meaningless shot at us and someone responded to that shot in a dishonest way. That's not how you win.

2 Year Old Girl Dies After Rape by Babysitter

Eric James Tate, 18 years old, while babysitting his girlfriend's young daughter, sexually assaulted her. Her injuries so severe she ended up on a ventilator and later died. Tate, was charged Wednesday with felony capital sexual battery and misdemeanor drug charges.

I Was Challenged Part 1

Just a few days ago, during a comment war with the teenaged pedovore Jillium, otherwise known as DuckHump, he presented me with a challenge. He said

There is no reliable (i.e., empirical) evidence to back any assertion on paedosexuality's frequency in child molesters (that I have seen, at least).

As for its frequency in the general population, we most definitely do... feel free to check them out yourself.

Well, how can I not take him up on that, eh?

Today we're going to start with Green. And I'll give you a little background on this article. Richard Green was instrumental in lobbying for the removal of homosexuality from the DSM about 30 years ago. This paper is his lobby for removing pedophilia. He's not endorsing pedophilia, nor saying its all that common, he's merely arguing to have it declassified as a mental disorder and removed from the DSM.

Furthermore, he expresses grave doubts that a child could ever consent to sex. He says:

Consensual same-sex adult-adult sexuality does not suggest the element of harm to one participant as in child-adult sex or an age barrier to informed consent. But these concerns are within the domain of the law and penal enforcement. What follows here does not address whether pedophilia should be deemed criminal.

Green then proceeds to cite various historic times and cultures in which adult-child sex was not only accepted but encouraged. And continues on with the results from a study done by Briere & Runtz. He concludes by saying:

Sexual arousal patterns to children are subjectively reported and physiologically demonstrable in a substantial minority of normal people. Historically, they have been common and accepted in varying cultures at varying times. This does not mean that they must be accepted culturally and legally today. The question is: Do they constitute a mental illness?

So, not only do we need to go back to the study done by Briere, but we also might get some helpful information by reading peer reviews of Green's work. Let's start there shall we?

Berlin: In our society, to have a pedophilic sexual orientation can create both psychological burdens and impairments. Thus, it seems reasonable to view pedophilia as a disorder. In doing so, perhaps we can learn more about how to prevent it.
Berner: Marshall, Anderson, and Fernandez (1999) showed convincingly that assertiveness training with a group of pedophilic men not only improved their self-esteem, but also changed their performance on phallometric testing
Dixson: The paraphilias are bizarre and disturbing phenomena of abnormal human sexual preference. I understand Green’s misgivings about whether pedophilia is a mental disorder rather than a behavioral disorder
concerning erotosexual preference. But a disorder it most assuredly is. It does not matter how many tribes in New Guinea, or in other cultures throughout history, have allowed or encouraged sexual contact between adults and children. These cultural variations are not the equivalent of frank pedophilia.
Kreuger and Kaplan: We disagree with much of what Green sets forth as reasoning, which allows him to conclude that pedophilia is not a mental disorder.
If an individual with pedophilic arousal has not acted on his or her arousal, has no interpersonal difficulty, or is not distressed by it, then we would not consider that individual to have pedophilia and not consider him or her to be in need of treatment. In our combined 40 years of experience in treating such populations, we have, however, yet to encounter such an individual.
Langevin: DSM never claimed to be more than a guide for clinical, educational, and research purposes and specifically warns about treating its contents as a cookbook. Even if we assume that there is an exact parallel between adult–child sexual contacts in other cultures and our own, does that make it acceptable? Cultural relativism can be carried too far and there should be some cultural universals that we can strive for. One of these is basic human rights and the protection of children. A number of war-torn countries in the twentieth century have given 10-year-olds guns to wage battle. Should we endorse 10-year-olds going to war because some other cultures do it? Similarly, we need to protect children from sexual exploitation and allow them to mature at their own rate and in their own way.
Miner: Green, while presenting an interesting case for not classifying pedophilia as a mental disorder, fails to consider the similarities between pedophilia and impulse control disorders, which also are not necessarily defined by the nature of the fantasy or urges, but on the failure to refrain from acting on socially sanctioned or intrusive behaviors.
The fact that men in Polynesia in the eighteenth century engaged in sexual behavior with children does not mean that pedophilia should not be defined as a mental disorder. Pedophilia may be thought of as the extreme manifestation of a behavior that many “normal” people experience, which is, for the most part, the defining characteristic of many, if not all,mental disorders.
Spitzer and Wakefield: We argue that a pattern of exclusive or highly preferential adult – child attraction, where adult – adult attraction is impaired,is prima facie evidence of a dysfunction in at least some, if not all cases.
Green ends his paper by asserting that if pedophilia is a disorder, then it is common in many cultures and in the past. In fact, pedophilia as a mental disorder, as defined here and as clinicians use the diagnosis, is certainly not common. Furthermore, whether a condition is common or rare has little bearing on whether it is a normal variant or a disorder (e.g., gingivitis is relatively common, blue eyes are relatively rare).

Now to return to the widely quoted studies by Briere. I'm assuming that the pedovores, in their desperation to have something to hold on to, latched on to this study, not to maliciously deceive anyone, but simply to make them feel *ok*. So, since Jillium insists, here's what I think of that. Number one, the subjects were all recruited through a newspaper ad and were paid $40 to participate. That alone should be making some alarms go off. Could those people willing to be sexually explored for lack of a better word, for the price of a nice meal, perhaps be more willing to consider alternative lifestyles? No matter, the fact of it is that regardless of the ineffective controls used in this study, the results were altered and distorted to report the result that was desired and not the result that was received. In fact:

Green also uses the poor example of Briere and Runtz’s (1989) study of 193 university male students to suggest that 21% reported some sexual attraction to small children and 7% indicated that they might have sex with a child if not caught. The Briere and Runtz study is an abuse of statistics that distorts the typical psychological scale to arrive at their results, which were as follows:

On this type of response scale, a 4 is usually an undecided midpoint, 1–3 have some degree of acceptance, and 5–7 indicate that it is unacceptable. Similarly, they have distorted the hypothetical likelihood of acting out with children at 7% which is, at best, 1% and represents 2 students of the total 193 respondents. They try to convince themselves that they love and nurture children. Because most of them have hidden their activities for so long, when identified and prosecuted, they try to convince themselves that they will somehow continue to escape responsibility. This is why they often proclaim their innocence right up to the time of their trial. If, however, the investigator and prosecutor have properly developed the case, preferential child molesters almost always change their plea to guilty. The last thing they want is to have the public hear the details of their sexual activity with children. After pleading guilty, they attempt to convince the sentencing authority that their lives have been ruined and that they are "sick" and need treatment.

So I'm going to give you an example of pedophile logic. Rookie apparently has an anonymous commenter (no, it isn't me) who made the statement that pedophiles 'don't have the right to exist'. This is Rookie's response.......can anyone tell me what's wrong with this statement?

The Hezbollah organization that triggered the current confrontation in Israel's northern border is being called a terrorist organization because it's reported that they do not consider Israelis to have the right to exist. Mr Anonymous is saying that we "don't have a right to exist". That would make "anonymous" a terrorist, no?
