These are completely false statements. Yes there have been pedofreaks as far back as we know of, that doesn't mean we should approve of it and accept it. Nor does it mean that we won't find a cure for it. Lots of research is being done in this area, a lot of new discoveries have been made that at first glance may not appear to be significant, yet I believe they will add up to a cure for this horrible affliction and most likely during our lifetime.

So no, in the first instance we cannot do anything about the fact that pedophiles exist, not us, not you and I. But someone can. In the meantime we can have the courage to confront the issue, the pedophile activism currently underway, the active child predators, we can do something about those things. And we have the wisdom to know the difference between those things as well.

Will there always be crime? Of course there will, that is a given. But we don't sit back and say 'oh well' someone will always do it so it's pointless to make something illegal or to insist on consequences. We can have the courage to change their activism, to make it more honest. We can leave them no out. We can have the courage to stand up for children and do the right thing, we also have the wisdom to know the difference between those things.

So when Dylan Thomas, the Webmaster of BoyChat and the author of the No More Victims Act of 2007 says something like this

To get propositioned in the first place? What? Bennie goes on to tell us that if children get on the internet and go to age-inappropriate sites that apparently they deserve whatever they get. If their parents are neglectful or irresponsible parents well it's their fault. WA LA Let's be sure and plant all the blame exactly where it belongs here........the victim.

Who cares about balanced laws and equity, surely not the vigilante, nor the parents who want to blame everyone else for their lack of control over their children? If children, under the age of 13 are propositioned on the Internet by strangers, then the question bares asking, what are these young children doing in places on the Internet where they do not belong? It isn’t the fault of the sex offender, or the pedophile, it is the fault of clueless and weak parents and guardians.

I'm thinking that with Bennie's line of reasoning a few other questions needs answers as well. If a child gets molested in the park, or the restroom or the department store or his coach's car, well what the hell was he doing there in the first place? If a child is molested by his teacher what the hell was he doing being at school? If a child gets molested in his home by a pedo-parent or an uncle or cousin or neighbor or friend of the family, what the hell was he thinking being in the home of a pedophile in the first place? Granted there are bad parents out there. There are also good parents. And whether a childs parent is good or bad they don't deserve to be molested. And while there are a lot of things you can do to try and minimize the chances that something like that will happen to your child nothing, absolutely nothing is fail proof. We cannot lock our children up inside our homes with dead-bolts and bars on the window. We cannot keep them on a leash no more than 5 feet from our presence. The Rest of the Story

We've decided that since we've been talking about Jan Kruska so much here lately, that we should go ahead and tell the rest of the story so we can move on. We've hinted at things she's done, and in some cases outright accused her of harassment, cyberstalking, blackmail, threats and libel. And you know, if I hadn't been seeing these things myself I don't think I would have believed them. So I'm going to show you some of it now.

You see, it all began when we wrote about the sex reform petition and the outrageous things it was calling for. One of the stipulations on that petition is

We have made a conscious decision not to seek out the signatures of sex offenders

So we were just trucking along doing what we do and checking out all the signatures when lo and behold we ran across one of them on YouTube. We left comments which were rational and informative correcting the erroneous statistics Jan had quoted. She didn't take to criticism very well. She deleted our comments and retaliated by visiting our very own Violet Leaves' video and mocking her. Tsk, tsk, we can't have that now. We won't have that. Anyone who doesn't immediately understand why should pay a visit to Violet's blog sometime. Read what this woman has to say. Violet is a hero and she's speaking for all those unable to speak for themselves. I admire her strength, determination, and very clear understanding of the issues. She deserves our utmost respect.

Phase 2 of the Jan fiasco was when we wrote about her viewpoints. We wrote about her signing that petition. Jan thumbed her nose at the rule that said she couldn't sign it.

Jan signed it anyway.

Not once but twice.



We talked about the fact that Jan herself was a registered sex offender, not from finding it on a registry but from Jan's own testimony before the Arizona state legislature. We gave the link for reference. It's readily available public information. But in Jan's view this was illegal. Yep she even said so. Within hours of this post we entered Phase 3 with this message through YouTube

You see, Jan believed I was someone named Carolyn. And when I told her I wasn't Carolyn, using all her powers of logic and reason she concluded that "it proved I admitted it" ~Sigh~

She then proceeds to add a page to her website about Carolyn, adding her full name, home address, telephone number and the statements that Carolyn is guilty of "conspiring to commit blackmail, harassment, intimidation, encouraging others to commit cyber stalking, physical harm and murder" She put out her own APB warning and states that Carolyn "persistently downloads child pornography and uses photographs of children to entice men" Well, let's just take a look at it shall we?

No, she didn't block out the identifying information, I did.

You see, Carolyn is not an Anti. Carolyn is not a member of AZ. Carolyn has never been involved with this. She was a random person in the crowd that Jan hit in her frenzy to get revenge.

Carolyn had Jan's entire website shut down. Twice.

Jan responded with an image of an assault rifle and claims that we were endangering her life. For the life of me I've never figured out how blogging about how stupid she is endangers her life. But, you know Jan when she gets something in that head of hers.

Here we enter Phase 4

It began with comments on AZ. Posted from Jan's own IP address.

You see, Jan "in her haste to look like an idiot" found someone on MySpace named Esther. Esther used a nickname the same as someone who commented on AZ. Once again, she hit a person in the crowd. She didn't get the reaction she expected so she came back again always linking us to the things she'd created.
Well, let's just take a look at that, shall we?

Seems to have a lot of friends including her favorite radio station, a PETA activist, and a gay nephew (adult) who had some gay (adult) erotica on his own page. Once again, Jan doesn't know the difference between a child and an adult. Neither apparently does Shirley Lowery. You see, this is one of the things we do. It's one of the things all of you should do. If anyone sees child pornography you shouldn't be twiddling your thumbs, you should be making a report to CyberTipLine ASAP. Shirley has an agenda and a motive however

Phase 5 begins. Shoot-into-the-crowd-Jan intensifies her efforts. Not only does she make this blog

On the one hand it seems that what we have here is a failure to communicate, but that's hardly the case. The day after she left us the "Absolutely Busted" message she called Susan, the web designer we hired to design our blog template. She accused her of owning this blog. When she was informed that wasn't the case that she'd never had anything to do with it well, Jan Kruska, true to form as ever, threatened Susan with legal action if she didn't reveal the names of her customers, she threatened to hold her responsible for what her customers did. Oh yeah. And sure enough she did. Lookie here

Never mind Margie Slagle mocking me or telling Carolyn that she didn't care what Jan did to her because "Jan is hurting more" Never mind Tom Madison dismissing her actions as "a child's game" or Shirley Lowery aiding and abetting.

Look at what this woman has done and ask yourself how she DARES to show her face on YouTube crying VICTIM!

The Margie Slagle's, the Shirley Lowery's, the Tom Madison's and Linda Wagner's continue to enable this deranged, sociopathic, criminal. If they truly were her friends they would help her get psychiatric help. She's no longer going over the deep end you guys. She's over the edge.

Mocking, Bashing and Blaming

Amazing as it may seem I was recently asked the question "How do you talk to victims of sexual abuse?"

The person who asked was an attorney and activist for sex offenders. In fact, it was none other than Margie Slagle of the Ohio Justice and Policy Center.....a sort of mini ACLU.

Now we all know that Margie is ignorant about the real facts regarding sex offenders, and we all know that she has aligned herself with people who are clearly dangerous propagandists and liars. Jan Kruska, for example, who believes that the sex offender registry should be abolished along with long prison sentences, life sentences, the death penalty, civil commitments AND age of consent laws. Or, Tom Madison of SoClear Media Productions whose chief operating officer Jackie Sparling said

"The sex offender laws affect ALL sex offenders. We all know that. Therefore whether you or your loved one was charged with CP, got caught in a Romeo/Juliet type situation, or was charged with sexual assault/rape doesn't even come into play with our organization"

So, we've established the mindset. What we haven't talked about is the numerous emails Margie has sent me. From her first contact in which she lied about her purpose for reading AZ, to her accusations that I didn't know how to spell pedophile, to her attempts at intimidation and manipulation, and even blaming me because she didn't know how to navigate this blog, her attempts to harass sex abuse victims and undermine their meeting in regards to victim issues all the way to her blatant mockery of someone she believed to be a victim of child sexual abuse, point clearly to what she in fact really is. Evil.

You see, Margie told me that I didn't "walk in the path of the Lord" to which I responded:

"What would the path of the Lord entail? Telling people to put liquid latex on their face to try and deceive authorities? Registering thousands of fake email accounts to over burden the system, waste tax payer dollars and keep people from being able to do their jobs......as part of a 'fun and games' thumb your nose at society sort of thing perhaps? Maybe it's ignoring the fact that there are thousands upon thousands of young children brutalized every year, for which they carry the scars forever only to have a nitwit say 'oh but there are worse things in life, let's think about the offender's rights' Take your condescending crap elsewhere you wouldn't know 'path of the Lord' if he jumped off the trail and said BOO."

That's when she pulled out the big guns. Yeah Baby. The old victim mockery trick.

"The path of the Lord is not contained in any of your ramblings. Obviously someone hurt you, and tragically it seems that your own mother allowed someone to hurt you. Perhaps it was someone she brought into your life or maybe she simply ignored other signs and failed to protect you. Perhaps she was so neglectful that you were forced into the state system."

Personally I think it appears that Margie has dyslexia or some other learning disability. Perhaps she simply has a low IQ and was ignored in school and her mother failed to teach her. But obviously her own mother dropped her on her head then tragically failed to seek treatment for her.

Now, six months later, she's claiming that wasn't mockery, oh NOooo, that was genuine concern!! NOW she tells me that she's ignorant about such things and says "I am not sure how to speak to a victim of sexual assault" And since the answer is so simple, so elementary, we'll save that for last and instead talk about things you DON'T say.

Shirley, I'm not one to make a mountain into a mole hill although apparently you are. But, since I'm a nice person and I firmly believe that even the simplest of rabid animals can be enlightened, I'm going to do you a favor.

# Outstanding warrant for violation of probation charge stemming from a 2004 arrest for possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
# Arrested multiple times on various charges, including burglary, carrying a concealed weapon, disorderly intoxication, driving under the influence, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, fraud, insufficient funds and larceny.
# Arrested in 1991 on charges of a sex offense, fondling a child under the age of 16.
# Registered sexual offender in Citrus County.
# Has absconded more than once.
# Driver's license suspended for 99 years.

And don't forget that this very same person was arrested in Kissimmee in 1991 on a charge of fondling a five-year-old child or that during a house burglary in 1978, John Couey was accused of grabbing a girl in her bedroom, placing his hand over her mouth, and kissing her.

That, my sadly misguided idiot is a tad more than just being a 'two-bit burglar with no history of violence and absolutely nothing to raise red flags'. In fact, it's everything needed to raise not just one, but a lot of red flags. And yet, you would have people believe that the person with that record, the person who later committed a violent and heinous crime in which he kidnapped a child in the night from her own bedroom, help her captive for days while raping her and then forced her into garbage bags- in which he buried the 9 year old child alive in behind his mobile home, was nothing of a danger.

After reading your 'spewed from the mouth of a rotting pile of doo' commentary titled 'Victim and Victimizer: Are They the Same?', I'm left not only with a sickening feeling in my head- but a rare glimpse of a person so confused and demented by the sexual revolution that is currently being dreamed up by rapist, child molesters and other sexually deviant freaks- who would rather the laws regarding sexual abuse of anyone be wiped away so that they can carry on their hearts desires- that she can't see the truth for what it is. Couey was no innocent man lost only because of a drug problem. He was a vile creature waiting for a chance to muster the courage to carry out his heinous daydreams.

NO Shirley, let me tell you how we save that child the proper way- we take the monster who is hurting the child, and send their sorry nasty ass to prison, then we surround the child with love, care and concern- helping them heal by undoing all of the mental abuse they experienced- also known as 'grooming' and assuring them that they aren't at fault for what was done to them. We extend a hand to them, leading them cautiously through their journey to become survivors- and rejoice as they taste life without the constant fear of 'daddy' coming over every night and raping them.

So speaks Shirley Lowery, the former CEO of Sosen. Recently shamed and ousted from her position during a gruesome hostile takeover, Shirley became depressed and announced her retirement. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. She's back with a vengeance and plotting her return to activism with her new mission statement, above.

One of her ways of making a come back will be to address America's youth. Not those who were victimized by sexual abusers but rather those she claims were cheated of a normal childhood by parents who were afraid that their child would be abused. She says:

Were you frightened or were you victimized and cheated out of the best years of your life due to the adults in your life that were scared witless?

Personally I think it will be far more interesting to hear from children who were groomed, manipulated and molested. Those who were sexually assaulted and battered. Those whose mother stood up for them .... and those that didn't. Those who had their abuse dismissed and/or denied, versus those who had validation of their right to be free of sexual abuse by having proper sentences given to their abusers. But that's me.

Shirley lost her American Chronicle articles, along with Jan Kruska and Jan's pseudonym Amanda Rogers. Of course Sosen itself lost their account also, but that's another story. This story is about Shirley's comeback.

Today we have the rare opportunity to observe one of her infamous blasts at society in progress. So far we have two versions she's presenting for group input. Let's look at some of the things she's saying.

She offers some snippets from a CNN transcript of John Walsh talking about his problems with sex addiction and how it hurt people in his life including his wife, children and himself. Shirley says:

"With this information we know that Walsh admitted to a raging sex addiction in 1999. He is well aware of the intensity of this condition and how it can ruin lives. If treatment worked for him it should work for many others with the same or a similar sex disorder. He owes the public an answer."

This is actually nothing new, all the RSO activists are trying to compare a sexual addiction to a sexual offense. This only serves to show their complete desperation and ongoing habit of pointing fingers, blaming others, and refusing to admit that they and they alone are fully responsible for their own actions. A sex addiction has nothing to do with sexually assaulting, raping, or molesting others unless the two are combined.

Next inline for finger pointing and blame-shifting we have Jessica Lunsford. We previously saw how Shirley made the allegation that Jessica had consensual sex with John Couey and then committed suicide by having Couey bury her alive. She's got a new spin on the situation, let's take a look.

"Every year we have young females who are abducted, raped and murdered. Jessica Lunsford was one such case. Her convicted killer, John Couey, did not suddenly turn murderer because of some long ago, non-violent sex crime. He turned killer due to the large amounts of crack cocaine that he ingested just hour's prior to Jessica's disappearance. By pretrial motion that information was withheld so even the juror's deciding his fate were not given this information. This tends to put a damper on the concept of a fair trial by a jury of your peers"

Let's stop there for a moment. Nobody has ever accused John Couey of murdering BECAUSE of his previous sex crime. Furthermore the same laws that allowed his drug use to be withheld in trial are the very same laws that prevent a jury from knowing a child molester on trial has a history of molesting 10 other children. It works both ways. And to make matters even worse for Shirley Lowery, in her haste to look like an idiot, completely fails to address the fact that John Couey kept Jessica for a week, raping her repeatedly before burying her alive. I hardly think he was on crack cocaine that entire time, and no one else thinks that either. That level of drug use would have killed him as no human body could withstand it.

"Jessica's horrific death would not have sparked any undue attention had it not been for old charges that required registration as a sex offender. That is the stage that was set for the American people. It was a power play with sex at the forefront and drugs pushed out of the way."

That's interesting. The way I recall events, Jessica's disappearance created a LOT of attention, BEFORE it was known a registered sex offender had kidnapped, repeatedly raped and killed by live burial little Jessica. THAT is how *I* recall it.

"Because of the way this case was presented everyone from home security people on up profited from this child's death. If John Couey had not fondled and tried to steal a kiss all of those years ago there would be no such thing as Jessica's Law."

Isn't it so terribly unfortunate that these things had to happen to Jessica before we could get our legislature to recognize what we've been telling them for years? But Shirley continues. She claims that the job the jurors did

"has been cheapened by the fact that even they were given partial truth to work with in a trial that was a mere mockery of justice.

This case was presented to a nation in such a manner as to induce public hysteria. It is time for us to remember that this is America where that sort of thing will not be tolerated.

For the health and welfare of this nation we had a right to know that the search was for a junkie rather than a sex fiend. Such careless, political power play has done irreparable harm to our country"

Search for a junkie? It was a search for an unknown person of unknown qualities who was acting for unknown reasons. It wasn't until after he was identified that anyone knew he was a registered sex offender. Furthermore, WHY does Shirley Lowery believe she has a right to know everything about a case yet you don't have a right to know that your next door neighbor molested a 5 year old child. When you have a 5 year old child.

WHY? Why is Shirley Lowery so hell-bent on blaming everyone except John Couey? Why is she so hell-bent on shifting attention AWAY from sex offenders? Could it be that her son, serving 60 years in prison for molesting Shirley's granddaughter, because of pleading guilty AND taking a plea bargain which REDUCED his sentence to SIXTY YEARS has caused her to flip her lid? Or was she always this wacked out?

"A child who has been victimized suffers from low-self esteem. If there is any shred of self-respect left it is quickly ripped away by society's very vocal perception. We are damaged, emotional cripples with diminished capabilities and nobody is willing to waste time on a lost cause. Society "saves" children by jerking them out of a bad situation and ensuring that the abuser is punished to the full extent of the law. There is no individual that notices or cares that only the faces have changed in a child's ongoing nightmare.

The hunger for revenge is what keeps these incidents as front-burner items. There are high-profile individuals who will tell you that a child deserves what he or she gets if they aren't willing to give up a loved one for 25 years. This is typical thinking for someone who has not experienced the situation. Most kids are not going to buy in to a 25-year future of public misery. We bide our time until we can walk away legally. The family is intact and there is no stigma. It is called survival.

The government never does anything right yet there are great expectations that they will fix the sex offender problem. Realistically, we are further away from a solution than we have ever been. Please stop the drama and pretend that your precious child has victimized another of your equally precious children. Dare to feel the pain of being alive with your heart ripped out. Get up close and personal with all aspects of such a situation and then give the world a valid opinion on how we should proceed."

U.S. criminal investigator Flint Waters works undercover in the war on child pornography. And just like the other 800 licensed investigators working the internet, he goes for stress counseling often. Is it any wonder why? He describes some of the recent things he's found.

"A video of a toddler on a changing table who is penetrated by an adult male."

"Pictures of a young girl, 6 or 7 years old, nude, tied to a chair and being penetrated by a dog."

But Jenn aka Forlorn would have you believe that men who view those types of images should be given a slap on the wrist. After all, the viewer didn't commit an act of violence, and well it's pretty much a victimless crime isn't it? Of course Jenn would say that, her brother is entering federal prison in January on child pornography charges. He's so depressed, why he's absolutely suicidal.

Jenn, like other blame gamers tends to gloss over the reality of what child pornography really is. Perhaps she stays in denial because she's not strong enough to face it. I imagine that would be hard to do. Facing the ugliness of what your loved one did. The problem is that Jenn has decided she's going to be an activist. Oh yes, she's just getting started. Why she even says "i have made up my mind on the issues based on facts". Jenn is making the same mistake the blame gamers and the pedoheads have made....she's not being honest.

For example, in her mile long, book length essay she left in a comment here - there's little gems to be found. Like this one:

if your neighbor writes bad checks constantly, and you accidentally over draw your account just one time, would you like to be told you can never write another check again because your neighbor screwed up so much that they don't trust anyone writing checks again?? it isn't right or fair, is it?

We're talking about sexual abuse of children Jenn. How dare you compare that to writing a bad check?

i certainly do not condone child or adult rape or child molestation. i just know that there are reasons why people make bad decisions when it comes to doing something like this... and that those reasons need to be addressed and fixed.

i don't think prison or constant civil punishment is the answer. we know that violent sexual offenders, that is, predatory violent offenders, are the minority of sex offenders. should we really continuously punish ALL of them?

Why is it acceptable to imprison someone who commits an act of sexual violence, but it's not acceptable to imprison the man who abuses his victims by manipulating and grooming them? I wonder why Jenn would feel that victims of this type of abuse aren't damaged to the same extent as the person who is violently abused? Does she not understand that the effects can actually be as bad or worse? Well, obviously not. And she obviously feels that looking at children being sexually abused is a crime not worthy of consequences. She asks the blame gamers their position on the issue

Whether you or your loved one was charged with CP, got caught in a Romeo/Juliet type situation, or was charged with sexual assault/rape doesn't even come into play with our organization. We are interested in helping to create SOLUTIONS, not more problems."

I found that interesting since that's not what Tom Madison has said. But we knew he was a liar didn't we? Read more about men who use child pornography HERE and HERE. Or take a look at Julian Dennis Godwin aka Harvardphd123 of Roar for Freedom. Or Johnny Ray Lee or Andrew Spedden. It seems lots of these activists have had and do have a problem with child pornography.

Dr Seto says

people are likely to choose the kind of pornography that corresponds to their sexual interests, so relatively few nonpedophilic men would choose illegal child pornography given the abundance of legal pornography that depicts adults

And what do these men look at?

• 83% had images of children between the ages of 6 and 12
• 39% had images of 3 to 5 year old children
• 19% had images of toddlers or infants younger than 3
• 92% had images of minors focusing on genitals or showing explicit sexual activity
• 80% had pictures showing the sexual penetration of a child, including oral sex
• 21% had child pornography depicting violence such as bondage, rape, or torture. Most of these involved images of children who were gagged, bound, blindfolded, or otherwise enduring sadistic sex

According to the Crimes Against Children Research Center

We found 40% of the cases involving CP possession in the N-JOV Study involved dual offenses of CP possession and child sexual victimization detected in the course of the same investigation. All of these offenders had identified child victims. An additional 15% both possessed CP and attempted to sexually victimize children by soliciting undercover investigators posing online as minors. When these cases of attempted child sexual victimization are counted, 55% of the CP possessors were dual offenders

Forlorn says that this is minor. Forlorn believes her brother received an unjust sentence and shouldn't have to go to prison for what he did. But there's more. She also believes

throughout history, we had emotionally prepared our young daughters from birth for the task of taking on marriage and a family, and we set them free when their bodies were sexually mature enough to do it. today, their bodies are sexually mature enough, but they are not emotionally prepared to take on those tasks

we expect people to be able to control their responses to 'eye candy' stimuli.... of course they should. but again, the sex drive is a very powerful tool. very powerful. and what was right several hundred years ago is no longer right now... morality has changed, but the human body has not caught up with that.

That sounds very much to me like Shirley Lowery claiming Jesus was a pedophile and having sex with prepubescent children is perfectly normal.

If these people want to be activists, if they want to reform sex offender laws, they need to be honest. No twisting of statistics, no lying, no outrageous and defensive statements for men who have committed horrible crimes against children. They should clean up their act or they will get nowhere fast.

They wanted attention. These blame gamers did. Now they have it. All eyes are upon them, watching and waiting for their next move, their next lie, their next act of twisted propaganda. Anything they say can and will be used against them.

Arrested in 2003 and convicted in 2005 of "having one of the largest child pornography collections in county history will remain in prison for at least another three months"

Having served only 5 months of his sentence before being released on parole Andy had to attend sex offender counseling. And yet a little over a year later he's back before the court. The judge told him "You represent a very high risk of re-offending"

While in therapy Andy admitted having sex with at least 10 children between the ages of 2 and 15 while on parole, although the crimes went unreported to police. He also told a counselor that he approached children for sex at Lancaster Counter Library and that he viewed pornography on library computers. His therapist also learned that Andy used a computer at the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster to view pornography and solicit sex using Internet chat rooms. I wonder if he told them he was a member of SOSEN?

I'd like to clarify "paedophilia."

There were a few people who thought it best to designate me as a paedophile and/or a hebophile. However, from a licensed psychologist, who performed an independent psychological evaluation of me, and from the first RSO therapist I worked with, the diagnosis was neither paedophilia nor hebophilia. Given the fact that I was going to adult-stores and using adult-pornography as much as I was using underage-pornography, my problem was sex/love addiction, which is what I'm recovering from.

What can you possibly say to this? The woman is clearly deranged, but are all her friends and family also? Why do they not insist she gets the help she so desperately needs? I think that's a question that needs answering. When Shirley Lowery takes up the cause of one of the worst pedophile activists on the internet today why are they following her instructions and posting Dylan's No More Victims Act 2007 all over the place? Are they that distorted?

Personally I'm sick to death of reading this bitch. My jaw has dropped so many times it's now sitting on the floor and I'm in fear of a permanent disconnection from my face. If I ran across too many people like her I believe I'd start advocating for a return to lobotomies and massive shock therapy. Although in this case I doubt it could help her.

I don't care how many of these things we must file across the nation of we can afford to do it. We can't afford to fight them but we could cause so much disruption and delay and maybe these issues would get tabled for now. How do we tie up the whole ball of wax?

Just for an example let's look at residency restrictions. Many of the area that have passed them only because nobody has challenged them. Many of these small towns don't have the money to fight to keep them. We don't have $ either but I do beleive that we could file pro se and pay only filing fees that that would cause a panic in poorer areas.

I don't know if 10 people could file 1 small claims suite with each of those individuals asking for the max allowed in that particular court or if everyone would
have to spend the $50 to ask for the maximum of $5000.

During the 60 days or so, between the time it is filed and the time of the hearing,some really creative thinking may be taking place. A loss for you means $50. A loss for them could cost $5000 for each person filing. In either case you have cost them time, money and worry

ask that it be turned into a class action and delay the hell out of it for a very long time? We can't afford to fight court battles but maybe we can afford to get states tied up in legal red tape

So many teen disappearances are internet related and the responsibility lies with parents

The way to get pedophiles out of chatrooms is to remove teens who are searching the net for sex

We have underage kids surfing the net for sex. Why aren't we seeing how many of them we can catch and jerk out of these chat rooms? Picking up some trash along the highway might teach them something about personal responsibility

The problem starts with whom we label as a sex offender. A single, non-violent incident can be a mistake, a misjudgment or a set of circumstances. There is no pattern of behavior and no life is forever altered. It would be wise to save that label for a second offense

If the public wants solutions the very best tool available is the sex offender. Who can better provide answers? It takes very little time to determine that a sex offense is a symptom and it is the symptom that gets punished.

A fifty-cent plastic whistle around a kid's neck would work wonders. Teaching them that 3 short blasts is a distress call could save lives. Getting kids off the Internet and providing all kids with a whistle are simple things that any parent can do. I guarantee that it would do far more toward prevention than anything that the government has provided us with. There are many commonsense solutions. Getting society to listen is a whole different story

Jessica (Lunsford) was not tortured and her death comes across more as an assisted suicide than a murder. It looks as if she stepped into the bags of her own accord, squatted down and waited for death.

Perhaps like her best friend 45 year old Rhonda Lee. She's made her a MySpace too. Only Rhonda claims to be a 16 year old male. See?Before you ask, that's not just any Rhonda Lee, that's Rhonda4Hope, RhondaLee60, Rhonda6513, the Rhonda Lee sex offender activist, SOSEN Legal Director and Moderator of SOSEN Arizona.

It seems that he has a lot of anger towards people who have been abused. It's easy to spot. No, you don't have to read all his copied news stories to catch it, he's very helpful that way. Never mind that Michael himself was molested as a child by his very own brother. Never mind that at one time he wanted to kill his brother because of it. No, Michael grew up to be a sex offender himself and now everything has changed. Well, about who he identifies with anyway.

A concept as simple as not understanding how a 13 year old can be charged as an adult for a sexually violent crime when we don't allow 40 year old men to have sex with 13 year olds. It's way over his head. Take the case of this 19 year old woman who was attacked and sexually assaulted by a 13 year old. She said, "I don't think anyone will ever understand how much this has affected me personally, and will continue to affect me for the rest of my life"

At the age of 13 she was befriended by an online predator who subsequently kidnapped her, kept her locked in a cage, tortured and raped her then shared the images of her torture online. Alicia stated "I cry inside. I mourn for that child that was me. The child that was stolen from me....is still chained in that room, still suffering"

Alicia is trying to make a difference. She doesn't want this to happen to another child. Can you imagine the bravery it took on her part to testify before Congress about what happened to her?? This is how Michael Gregg sees it.
