Another One Bites The Dust

After receiving a tip about this monster, I contacted various officials, and an investigation ensued.

“A Lafayette man was jailed Wednesday on a child pornography charge. 20-year-old Nicholas Baudoin was arrested by university police on ten counts of pornography involving a juvenile.” source

Recently I came across some information that led me to a pedophile that was using a children's organization as a hunting ground for victims. He thought it would be cool to sign up with the organization in order to “get a boy back into [his] life”.

This monster wanted to get his hands on little boys.

Little did he know that I was watching…

On horseback, steamboats and jets. The mail always gets through..........or does it?

For those of you who have been keeping up with the attempt by Perverted Justice to shut down Pedo sites you should be familiar with this. Read more HERE and HERE.

The pedofreaks don't seem to want to go quietly into that good night. They believe they can get a court injunction to stop the closing of their pedo sites. They believe somehow, that they can FORCE someone to sell them a service which they don't want to sell them. Go figure.

Well, naturally they need money for the attorneys, and naturally when they begged for donations and got lots of pledges, all those pledges have somehow not appeared....promptly. They're a little bit worried now. They're down to the wire. They need $20,000 pronto.

But ya know, thinking about this it just reminded me so much of something else. Remember the whole Save the Children fiasco? We wrote about it HERE and HERE. Also HERE, HERE and HERE

And thinking of that reminded me of THIS and all the pedo-anxiety they all experienced when they talked about making anonymous donations. They had so many suggestions concerning how to make donations while remaining SAFE, that you couldn't help but chuckle. Some suggestions included:

Only send cash
Mail from another location
Wear surgical gloves
Don't use lickable stamps....but if you do use a sponge and bottled water...
But wait! Can water residue be traced?

And Porcelain seems the most concerned
"Why would I worry about a cash donation via the US postal service... well most letters these days are given a tracking number very close to the mail box the letter is taken from, hence, a route, especially in less populated areas, would allow the all pervasive government to narrow a search down considerably."

If they aren't doing anything illegal, what the hell is wrong with them? Stick a check in the mail and be done with it already! But then that's the Girl Chatters for you. Now we have the Boy Chatters trying desperately to get hold of some money. They don't want their message board to go down, no, it's almost like a lifeline for them. I mean heck, who else is going to tell them how wonderful they are? There's just a weeeee little problem here.

Lot's of eyes are on them.

They must be careful, you see.

One helpful pedofreak posted a a USPS chart with the length of time it takes the mail to arrive and the cost! Wow! How very helpful.

But when he referred those guys to the USPS website, and also instructed them to use a fake return address, perhaps he should have instead directed them to the Postal Inspectors website. You think? I guess in their pedo-hysteria they didn't realize there are laws about such things. And that those laws are Federal. And that their donations just might not ever arrive. Ever.

What's The Big Deal?

The number of registered sex offenders living in Dorset has risen by nearly 40 per cent in three years, says Jane Reader of the Daily Echo.

Statistics released by the government today show there are more than 500 violent and sexual offenders being monitored across the county, 379 of whom are on the sex offenders register.

The numbers were revealed as part of the MAPPA (Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements) annual report.
continued...

It shows the numbers on the register have steadily increased from 273 in 2002/03 to 333 in 2003/04, 352 in 2004/05 and 379 in 2005/06

The police say that this doesn't necessarily mean there are more offenders, just that more are registered and being monitored.

Detective Chief Inspector Ivor Graham of Dorset Police who said only 28 of the 526 offenders under their care are deemed to be so dangerous that they need high-level monitoring and active multi-agency input.

The figures are released just days after a convicted sex offender was warned he would be locked up for life after he was convicted of abducting a six year old girl from her bath and raping her in North Tyneside.

Peter Voisey, 35, who already had a conviction of sexually assaulting a child, dumped his victim naked on the street.

Sounds positive, right? Only 28. Of course, you might think different if your child was a victim of just one of those 28. One child, one life, one soul.

And you must also consider the findings of Dr. Gene Abel:

Pedophiles commit more than 10 times as many sexual acts against children as do non-pedophile molesters. On average, a molester with pedophilia commits 70.8 molestation acts.

If only 3 of those 28 sexual offenders were paedophiles, they could collectively be anticipated to perpetrate more than 200 molestations.

That is a big deal and merely one of the many reasons why the registries and intense monitoring are so important.

America's new addiction: Virtual Porn

Thursday, October 19, 2006

CNN's Glenn Beck started a 4-part series on virtual porn starting October 16. Porn is the #1 moneymaker on the web, and has been touted as America's new addiction. How did I find out about it? In this article, "125 arrested in child porn roundup". About half way down the article, you will find a link to a preview of Glenn's series. It's frightening.

The article doesn't mention the name of the website they raided, nor does it mention the names of any of the 125... but it does mention that one was a Boy Scout leader, one was a middle-school sports coach, and one was a former Christian camp counselor. According to U.S. Attorney Christopher J. Christie, Operation Emissary was based in New Jersey, but the round-up resulted in arrests more than 21 states.

Mr. Christie issued this warning to child pornographers:
"You are not anonymous. We can and we will find you."

Damn straight, Mr. Christie.
I wonder if any of those caught were any of our "frequent visitors", eh? I know, I know... they'll say "I'm not a child pornographer... I'm a Child LOVER". I say... BULL. If you have sexual contact or sexual fantasies involving children, chances are you've indulged in child pornography too.

I also say "Watch Out. We will hunt you down, find you, and turn you lose in an adult prison... Bitch."

Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 , pointless?

Wednesday, October 18, 2006

Yes, you read that title correctly, "Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 , pointless?" Really I should be phrasing that as a statement, but I decided to do it as a question, in order to allow you a chance to ponder it over and come to a conclusion yourself.

If you recall, I recently wrote about Kenneth Hopson, the father of two young girls who was convicted of having 130 images and movies, all child porn depicting sexual abuse of young girls. Some around the same age as his own daughters, some just toddlers. Gloucester Circuit Judge William H. Shaw III sentenced him to .... ONE year. Yep, just one. To make this story even more startling, Gloucester Circuit Judge William H. Shaw III is also handling the divorce in this case, which will most likely effect visitation with his children. I can only begin to fear the way that will turn out- as Shaw clearly doesn't see the danger Hopson poses to children- including his own.

The reason I bring this case up, is because believe it or not we have introduced and accepted into law the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, which in Federal cases requires a minimum sentence. But, what good does it do if the States do not back the law? If you have charges in a state case, then that Law means nothing. It doesn't help ensure that these dangerous people are locked away, it does nothing. NOTHING.

Before you start to think that this case is a lone case, and that situations like this rarely happen, you might want to take a closer look.

An Avon man who had been found with scores of images of child pornography on his computer and videos of children being violently raped has avoided prison time.
Edward J. Burke III, 47, was given a suspended sentence last week after going into a courtroom expecting to spend up to four years behind bars.
Burke, 47, of Avon, was convicted in a plea deal of two counts of first-degree possession of child pornography.
Prosecutor John F. Fahey told Judge Thomas P. Miano that Burke had 141 photo images and two videotapes of known child victims on a home computer. The victims ranged in age from toddlers to prepubescent children.
Fahey and Burke's defense lawyer, John D. Maxwell, had worked out a deal that called for Burke to receive up to four years in prison, five years' probation, and mandatory sex offender registration for 10 years.
But the agreement gave Maxwell the right to argue for a completely suspended prison sentence, which was granted by Superior Court Judge Thomas J. Miano.

Different case, different judge, even worse outcome.

Burke will spend NO time in jail. Again, the courts deemed him a low risk and deemed the protection of children from this scum bag "just not worth it". I'm amazed they even had the willingness to take it to trial, or even arrest him for that matter. What a complete waste of time, and how dare the rest of us sit here shocked that yet another sexual predator has been handed a lollipop and sent on his merry way.

For more interesting tid bits on this case, see Steve Huff's post on it... he's picked up a few interesting facts on Miano.

And I pose the question, is the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act pointless? Seeing as how individual States have decided to reward child porn criminals rather than punish them? Can we rely on these laws to protect us when they only apply to Federal cases?

Tolerance is not an option

Tuesday, October 17, 2006

Jessica's Law, Proposition 83, Megan's Law, Dylan's Law, Adam Walsh Child Protection & Safety Act all of these enacted and/or proposed laws came about due to a heinous act and the death of a child.

We all feel revulsion when we learn of these acts of atrocity. It sickens us, we feel pain in our hearts for what the child went through and we empathize with the victims survivors.

But imagine for a moment that it were your child.......difficult isn't it? And while we would never wish any of these things on anyone....we're still glad that it's not our own when we hear of it.

We look at them, our children, with wonder. They, whom we love like no other, are our treasures. We know that no one will ever hurt our children. No, not ours. Why?

Because it would be too much to bear. It would be beyond our comprehension to even imagine it. And yet, those things do happen, have happened and will continue to happen until we put a stop to it. Until we say:

NO MORE!
ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE!
ONE STRIKE AND YOU'RE OUT!
NO EXCUSES!

You who would harm a child, you who would even think of it, you who steal children's underwear and photos from family albums, you who produce child pornography, distribute it, or possess it, you who fantasize about toddlers and babies, you who molest children and call it love, you who spread your filth around the internet and encourage your 'brothers'....your time is up. You can either get back into that toybox you crawled out of or pay the consequences. Tolerance is not an option.

Amber Alert Saves a Boy and His Mother

Sunday, October 15, 2006

The Amber Alert system really does work. Here's the proof:

(CBS) LOS ANGELES A 7-year-old boy allegedly abducted by his father was found safe after a driver saw an Amber Alert and called police with a matching vehicle description and license plate.

Jacinto Alejandro Jiron was abducted around 5:50 p.m. Saturday in Sun Valley. Police was searcing for the father's teal green Toyota Corolla. A driver in Ontario spotted the vehicle and called police, according to Los Angeles police Sgt. M. Patton of the North Hollywood Station.

The boy's mother was also abducted, Patton said, adding that both mother and son are safe. Jacinto Cuerro, the boy's father, is suspected in the abductions. The father has not been arrested, however the California Highway Patrol reported that they had the mother and son.

What's Love Got To Do With It?

Have you ever watched a boy try and eat a lobster for the first time?

So begins the story of Vespucci, a frequent pedofreak poster on BoyChat. He tells about his young (12 year old) friend trying to handle the lobster, how he assisted him and how it made him feel.
the way he dipped the meat in the butter and brought it to his mouth was completely unpostable.
And naturally some of his other pals have to get in on the pervchat jonasBark says
Lots of tail pluckin' and head suckin'
These outrageous comments made by obvious imbiciles intrigued me. What else might Vespucci say?

He talks a lot about wanting a foster child.
I was walking and talking with S when I mentioned I was bored in my life and was considering getting a foster child. He looked at my with his most serious boy look and informed me that I really should and told me what a great idea it was. He even later recommended I get a 10yo boy
I think the poor kid is trying to save himself, makes sense especially since Vespucci has talked about the boy being jealous when he was around other boys. But then he reassures us that he probably never will apply because
it gets taxing being that responsible for that long. At least as a AF only there is no real responsibility.

To be honest I will probably never go through with all of the paper work to be a foster parent. It is probably easier to marry a single mother and off her
(THAT WAS A JOKE) He proclaims.
And the anatomical deadspace quips back with
Isn't that what foster kids are for...To spicen up life when your bored, and to discard when you have something else better to do?
Then he comes up with a way to perv on kids without having to do anything He says: I feel so guilty! I know how many of you like to look at state sex offender registries looking at all of the pictures and seeing if you know anyone well today I did something slightly different. Appearently my state has an adoption web site were you can view pictures and biographies of adoptable children.
Yes Vespucci is really mouthy. When his pals have trouble finding jobs he advises them that most places don't do background checks and the best bet is to "Flat out lie!"

He tells us about sniffing his friends underwear to see what it's like. He didn't like it and ended up calling his pedopals who do "PERVERTS!"

He tells us about a time he exposed himself to a young boy in the men's room while at the movies to see "CARS".

He tells us about hanging out at the swimming pool and spying a striking 8 year old boy.
there were no pesky lifegaurds and the pool was nearly empty
Tomorrow I think I will bring some toys with me when I go to swim laps. Riding his bike he can't carry any with him and a football or a tennis ball will work wonders.

BTW, I am not going to go on about his lithe tight wet body that glistened in the sun as he climbed out of the side of the pool nor will I mention the way he fit his swimsuit ever so perfectly because, as we know, that would violate the rules.
In another post he tells us about being unemployed and living in a low-rent apartment complex witih "a great abundance of single mothers and unfathered boys. I took an immediate liking to 1 in particular". Unfortunately it didn't last long, as Vespucci says
Although she never confronted me she accussed me of doing things to C
To defend himself he accuses the Mom of things he deems to be unsatisfactory, such as
an alcoholic who likes to sleep around with black men with records
Over time the woman became jealous of the time I spent with C and his younger brother.
And even turtle (you will remember him from GirlChat) gets in on this one, he says:
if someone is overprotective of their kids i always choose to assume that its either because something sexual is going on or its because the parents are into illegal activities.
OH! Is that what it is?
it tears me up when i see the slow damage done by parents like this. a kid starts out early in life as a sweet funloving kid, with no clue how fucked up the situation is.
but kids grow and learn. as they get a little older, you can see fear and a question in their eyes. this is usually when they reach out for attention by being clingy or acting out. as they get a little older, they smile and laugh even less. you can now see the beginnings of anger and despair. they can still be saved at this point, but it usually doesnt happen. they are beginning to figure out that noone cares, and they are virtually on their own. a little more time goes by and they are almost completely changed. very little is left of that once beautiful child,so full of love and wonder. they have given up. they are broken. they are cynical. their seldom laughter is evil and full of contempt for others. they become cruel at this point, and often violent. by 12 or 14,they have become their parents,or worse.

yet this is better than a loving embrace from a sick pedophile, right? i hate society...
Sounded like the effects of child sex abuse to me, hmmmm.
But then, ah the camping trip. Vespucci asks:
How to convince a boy he wants to go camping? Really, Im asking. I have taken S(12) camping before and he loved it yet he adamantly refuses to go again
Some of the suggestions he receives are
  • Buy him a camera
  • take him rock climbing
  • sweeten the pot with archery
  • or shooting, fishing, or hunting
  • Remove the thing that keeps him from wanting to go
Then we have a piece of advice from lookin who tells Vespucci
Well...I remember your story about the last camping trip. Maybe you ought to read your own post to see why he might not want to be out in the woods with you again, hmm?
But of all Vespucci's stories the one that stuck with me the most was his car wreck he had with S the 12 year old. Yeah, it really shook Vespucci up pretty bad. You might say his life flashed before his eyes. And in so doing he had an epiphany....
At times I am S's dad and he is my son. We don't mention it but that is the relationship. And then at other times we are just best friends and we treat each other as age peers. Really I am in new territory here.
I have never loved a boy before
only lusted after ones
I could not have.
So there you have it. The story of Vespucci. The boylover who had never loved a boy before.

The Roots of Ashford

***UPDATE- Pedo freak responds http://webwarper.net/ww/~av/lindsay.puellula.com/2006-10-18.html.

Long time readers will most likely recall the name Lindsay Ashford. For those of you who don't know of about the infamous and self declared pedophile... I'll give you a little background.
*All blockquoted items come from straight from the sicko's mouth keyboard. Directly following blockquoted items, you'll find my "perv to nonperv" translation.
Ridiculous laws restricting the sexual freedom of young people need to be abolished so that they can pursue their sexuality without fear, even if it involves an adult.

Read that to say "laws should be thrown out if they prevent me from sexually abusing your children for my own sick pleasure".
Everything is turning black again. Once again, swallowed by the pool of tears. Is there a way out of this labyrinthe of sadness?

Read to say, "I'm depressed" this particular quote is a good one to keep in mind, for later in this post I'll be discussing it.
This quote comes from an article about a new law in the state of Ohio. In essence, the law allows judges to condemn people without the benefit of due process and to subject them to public humiliation and discrimination. Considering that people whose name is on a registry are now limited in where they can live by an increasing number of states and municipalities and that their information is now available freely on the Internet, this flies in the face of the Constitution. Not only does it suspend due process but it is cruel and unusual punishment.

He's talking about a new law in Ohio which is quite nice if you ask me. The translation should read "oh, shit... now victims have a voice despite our attempts to keep them silent past the statue of limitations. That's so not fair, as if sexually abusing a child should even be a crime to begin with"
I had a look at the petition and discovered that its creator is thirty-two year old Traeci Hogan, who describes herself as a "parent of a survivor, and a survivor myself". She has found my site to be "absolutely appalling, and unfathomable".

Speaking of a petition started with the intent to remove the pedophilia sites ran by Linsday Ashford from the Internet. Translation "How dare someone try to point out that I not only support the pedophile lifestyle, but I want to legalize it."
I am not the enemy. The enemy is the one who wants to hurt your little girl. I am the one who would never do anything to cause harm to come to her.

Translate "I hope you are buying into this line of shit. Cause, I really want people to think that sex with little kids is okay. And that I'm not wrong for wanting to engage in this with their children. Damn, I just know they won't let me if the know the truth".
Ashford has long plead his case of being "misunderstood". He has went as far as to attempt to convince children that pedophilia is normal, and okay- by creating websites that reach out to young girls, filled with comments about how "special" an adult/child relationship can be.
I've been reading enough of his demented thoughts that he openly posts in hopes of persuading others that his heinous behavior is okay and acceptable- to say that there's more to Ashford than just the lonely sick pedophile he wants us to see.
So, I had to laugh a little when I read this the other night- The Roots of Pedophilia. There is was... staring me in the face, a perfect description of "the one" that so many online pervs turn to as if he is some sort of hero.
Pedophiles seem to have narcissistic and antisocial (psychopathic) traits. They lack empathy for their victims and express no remorse for their actions. They are in denial and, being pathological confabulators, they rationalize their transgressions, claiming that the children were merely being educated for their own good and, anyhow, derived great pleasure from it.

The pedophile's ego-syntony rests on his alloplastic defenses. He generally tends to blame others (or the world or the "system") for his misfortunes, failures, and deficiencies. Pedophiles frequently accuse their victims of acting promiscuously, of "coming on to them", of actively tempting, provoking, and luring (or even trapping) them.

The pedophile misinterprets the child's body language and inter-personal cues. His social communication skills are impaired and he fails to adjust information gained to the surrounding circumstances (for instance, to the kid's age and maturity).
[...]
It is likely - though hitherto unsubstantiated by research - that the typical pedophile is depressive and with a borderline personality (low organization and fuzzy personal boundaries). Pedophiles are reckless and emotionally labile. The pedophile's sense of self-worth is volatile and dysregulated. He is likely to suffer from abandonment anxiety and be a codependent or counterdependent.
[...]
Narcissistic pedophiles claim to be infallible, superior, talented, skillful, omnipotent, and omniscient. They often lie and confabulate to support these unfounded claims and to justify their actions. Most pedophiles suffer from cognitive deficits and reinterpret reality to fit their fantasies.

In extreme cases, the pedophile feels above the law – any kind of law. This grandiose and haughty conviction leads to criminal acts, incestuous or polygamous relationships, and recurrent friction with the authorities.

Okay, I know it's not nice to point fingers... but those of you who are widely aware of Ashfords behavior, his "they are out to get me" line of thinking, and of course the way that he so openly pouts when he fails to get his way, or is proven wrong... you know how I could just read this and sit back thinking that the author must know our deviant little pedophile rather well.

Truthfully, it's not just him. A day of reading through the chat logs over at the sickening Girl Chat forums, and you're likely to find a large group of people that seem to fit the description extremely well.

Anyway, the article is worth reading, although I must admit that I have personal discrepancies with just a few of the writers comments, such as the estimated ratio of pedophile to non sickos. But, I'm willing to overlook it- just to be able to read over and over again how someone seemed to so easily peg Ashford for the sad, depressing little rat he is.
