Remember our good pal Jack McClellan?

Sadly, a Los Angeles judge has decided that Jack must stay away from certain delineated spots in Southern California. Poor Jack! What's a McClellan to do now?

Oh no! He has decided to leave the Great State of Fornicalia! Zounds!

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A self-described pedophile is leaving California after a judge ordered him to stay away permanently from places where children gather, the man told a TV station for a report that aired Sunday.

"I have to leave the state, really, I can't live here under this Orwellian protocol," Jack McClellan told KABC. "It's nightmarish."

McClellan did not say where he planned to go, and he did not immediately return a message left on his cell phone by The Associated Press.

McClellan has been unemployed and living out of his car since arriving in Southern California this summer from Washington.

McClellan, 45, came to the attention of authorities for a Web site where he posted photos of children in public places and discussed how he liked to stake out parks, public libraries, fast-food restaurants and other areas where little girls congregated. His Internet service provider took down his Web site more than a month ago.

Who knows where poor Jack will go now? And the horrible order handed down by the oppressive judge? It reads like this:

But on Friday, Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig issued a permanent injunction and a three-year restraining order that prohibits McClellan from coming within 30 feet of schools, playgrounds and other places where children congregate.

The judge's ruling narrowed an injunction issued earlier in the month that barred McClellan from coming near anyone under age 18 anywhere in the state. McClellan spent 10 days in jail for violating that injunction when he was arrested earlier this month near a child care center at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Sandvig's new ruling also bars McClellan from contacting, videotaping or photographing children or publishing their photos without written consent from a guardian or parent. McClellan could be arrested if he violates that prohibition.

I really don't think ol' Jack will be able to comply with this order; hence, his decision to leave my state. Poor, poor Jack!

Where will he go? What shall he do?

Two Santa Clarita lawyers plan to do just that. Lawyers Anthony Zinnanti and Richard Patterson have filed a restraining order against McLellan (including aliases Peter John Hyland, Jack Hyland and John Hyland as well as the website names Stegl.org and Stegl.info). Zinnati and Patterson received immediate permission from the LA Superior Court to proceed with the injunction "on behalf of the children of Santa Clarita."

Jack McClellan's Lovely History

I'm honored and delighted to have been invited to post to this blog. Thanks to all the folks who run this place, it's one of the best blogs online. :)

I've posted this on my own blog, but it doesn't get near the amount of traffic AZ gets, so, here goes!

There is a lot of press about this guy again, I've noticed. But one thing that I haven't seen any of them talk about is something that is posted on his wiki, which is what he was doing BEFORE he made his pedosite. If you take a look at it, it's pretty damned scary.


His former sites looked just like his "girl love" websites, only, instead of focusing on little girls, they focused on prostitution. Like the wiki article says, the prostitutes he wrote about, and the areas where he found them were rated, just like the little girls and the places they visit are rated.

The websites were laid out exactly the same, and he also focused on "dark places," drugs, circumcision and radio. Such a fine focus on things like this is called a fetish.

Now, fetishes themselves are not dangerous. However, when a fetishist is focused on a child, that's dangerous. Fetishists' focuses are objects to them, even if they're living things. They're things they can buy, own, use as they sexually please.

If you take a look at these pedosites, that's what they're doing all the time. When you hear sex offenders talk about their prey, you will RARELY hear remorse. You won't hear them say that they're sorry for ruining a life. Yes, they're sorry they got caught, but they felt entitled to do what they did, and the people they harmed are simply debris.

Like the folks over at AZ say, everyone keeps saying that he hasn't done anything illegal, but if you go to the wayback machine (archive.org) and take a look at http://svstreetguide.org, you'll see that 1. he HAS done illegal things he got by with (frequented prostitutes in areas where prostitution is illegal), that 2. he views little girls exactly the same objectivising way he viewed prostitutes and 3. he's got very focused fetishes that he goes on and on about.

But, could the news media just once get it right? Seriously, if I read ONE more time that Jack McClellan has "not broken any laws" I'm going to scream. How do they know he hasn't? I mean, seriously. How do they know? He could be breaking laws right and left... and they wouldn't know until he was caught. That's the key word here. Jack just hasn't been CAUGHT. Doesn't mean he didn't commit a crime... just that no one has CAUGHT him doing it.

I'm very sorry people, but let's face facts- child molestation and rape are UNDER reported.

In most cases, however, child molestation goes unreported. Estimates are that only 35% of sexual abuse is reported. Kids can be frightened or embarrassed and many times do not say anything.

That means, there are more people doing it, than there are people getting charged for doing it.

And, just because Jack says he's never done it, or you've never seen him do it, doesn't make it so. Basically the best way you can describe his is "he's never been charged with". Not that he's never done it, just that we haven't caught him yet.

Should we really sit back and let this ticking time bomb explode at will before we take actions to protect our children?

That's Jack McClellan I'm talking about. I think he has some sort of death wish. He lost his Seattle girl perving website for awhile. His parents gave him an ultimatum....."Open another website like that and you'll get out" Well......how could he pass that up?

Living on disability, with his parents, bringing them into the news and I'm sure making their life a living hell. Why would anyone think this was a man of character and integrity? Oh, he left Washington and headed to L.A. he says to take attention from his parents.......I suppose he's too ashamed to tell the real reason. Wouldn't you be?

So here he is a man who is dependent on somebody for money, and to somebody else for a roof over his head, and never mind the fact that he's practically spitting in his own family's face, yeah never mind that....but he also spits in the face of his pedo-brothers. He's defiant, he's outrageous, and he's out of control.

He says he's homeless, sleeping in his car. Oh BOO HOO. You can afford a website telling people where to find little girls to perv over can't you? Yep, he's going to be the new Lindsay Ashford alright. Obnoxious, arrogant, hated by 99.999% of the population and now begging for hand outs so he can keep his wheels a'movin. Hunting..........now he's in L.A. He can't work but he sure can drive all over the place attending children's events and photographing girls for ulterior motives. What did you say that disability was again, Jack? Hmmm?

Now while begging for scraps from the pedoheads he also lets them know he'll be on the Rick Roberts show in the morning.....again. I'm interested to know what they think about Jack continuously putting them in the spotlight.

Like I said, some people don't know when to stop talking. They won't control themselves and they won't control their own community. We talked about pedophile Jack McClellan and his pedophile website recently HERE and HERE

Jack has his site back up and running, and guess what folks? He's right back to perving on kiddies. Hanging out at local events, taking pictures of other peoples children.....without their knowledge or permission. Ask Sabrina...this is one upset mother. Who can blame her? She has a message for Jack

"Stop, or else!"

Jack, just like Lindsay Ashford claims he's just exercising his first amendment rights. He sees nothing wrong with the contempt he's showing society. He's going to push, push, push the issue. It matters not to him that Sabrina doesn't want her daughter on a stinking pedophile's website. To Sabrina I say You Go Girl and to Jack I say There's more than one way to skin a cat Jack.

You and your cohorts show absolutely no common decency or respect for society in general. Why the hell do you think we should show you any?

Now State Senator Val Stevens is drafting legislation to be introduced in the next session to make this website illegal in Washington....and hopefully to be expanded later to the Federal level. Who knows, before this is over we might get this sort of thing going in far off places, say places like oh maybe Canada or how about the Netherlands? It's amazing what you can accomplish with a little elbow grease and a lot of determination.

Jack McClellan doesn't deserve respect. Lindsay Ashford doesn't deserve respect. These scornful men are manipulative child predators. And we don't take that lightly. Not at all. We've been huffing and puffing so far, but now a harsh wind has begun to blow. Listen guys, can you hear it? It sounds to me like the Anti's are coming.

This is going to take time, and they may win little skirmishes along the way, but in the end we will win the war. And that war will be decisive. Monitor yourselves, control yourselves, understand what is acceptable behavior.....because if you don't, someone will surely do it for you. The Jack Hunt

Having read Stephen of CrimeSceneBlog's posts (first and second) on Jack McCellan both at his site and as CrimeBlog.us, I've come up with a great idea for Seattle residents. Now, bare with me while I refresh you on the Jack situation.

Entitled “Seattle - Tacoma - Everett girl love,” the site offers a listing of events in the Seattle-Tacoma, Washington area where Girl Lovers (referred on the site as GLs) may find large groups of little girls (referred on the site as LGs) to view and photograph.

It would seem that the man who authored the site “Seattle Tacome Everett Girl Love” is not afraid to show his face or give his name in public.

He is Jack McClellan, a 45-year-old male and he appeared on Fox News, along with his name and the title “pedophile.”

Now, in Stephen's post, he goes on to tell readers that this is the man to be on the lookout for. And, he's right. People should be watching for this freak. Especially those with children, since he's not at all hesitant to snap a photo of a child and then display it on his pedophile website.

Now, police have said that this his doing this is perfectly legal. Which makes me wonder just why he is permitted to violate the privacy of uncounted number of children, and then add injury to insult when he publishes them to a website that courts the idea of pedophile- making them a walking target to any half baked nut case that visits his site. Personally, I always thought that inciting a person to commit a crime was illegal. But evidently police in Seattle feel differently.

Which brings me to this point: If Jack McCellan is okay with the idea of strangers snapping photos of strangers and placing them online, then we should return the favor. Parents in Seattle should be actively working to get as many photos of this sick creep as possible out in the public eye- so that we all know what he looks like, and what events he has been attending. Therefore, much like "Where's Waldo", I suggest a "Where's Jack?" contest. Seattle parents are encouraged to look for Jack (pictured above) snap photos of him when he is spotted, and then submit them.

This will not only provide better photos of Jack, but it will assist parents in knowing what events Jack has been at in hopes of spotting their child alone long enough to rub legs with her, or speak to her, or flirt with her. Remember, he likes little girls as young as 3.

Now, in all seriousness, residents of the Seattle area need to be very careful over the next few weekends, as Easter hunts in Seattle will be going on, giving Jack a perfect chance to use these family friendly events in order to prey on children. The Seattle Times has run a list of Easter Egg Hunts in the area, and most likely Jack has already seen this list, and copied it down. So, be extra cautious while attending any of these events with your children.

Seattle-Area Pedophile Has 'How-to' Web Site for Men Seeking Little Girl Activities

SEATTLE — A Web site created by a pedophile is a virtual "how-to" manual, complete with the best places in western Washington state to see little girls, and tips on how to avoid getting caught by the police.

The site, titled "Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love," has been around for a few years. The police know all about it, yet they say they can't shut it down because the site is legal.

"As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there's no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity," said Rebecca Hover of the Snohomish County Sheriff's Department.

The man who runs it, 45-year-old Jack McClellan, has never been convicted of a sex crime, which means he can attend any family-friendly events where children are present, and take all the pictures he wants for his Web site. He also lives close to a school bus stop.

McClellan says his purpose is to promote association, friendship and legal, consensual hugging and cuddling between men and pre-pubescent girls. He admitted to FOX News that his "age of attraction" is between 3 and 11 years old.

Isn't it odd how, once again, the issue is quantified by SPFs (Sick Pedo Fucks) as "love." Not "tool," as is more accurate. A tool towards an orgasm.

But gosh, it only gets better and more detailed:

McClellan wants to bring pedophiles out of the closet and give them a way to get some relief, by going out and being around little girls. He suggests a number of places, such as plays at elementary schools, parks, swimming pools and libraries.

How'd you like the situation if this involved your daughter:

Parents are understandably outraged. FOX News spoke to the mother of an 8-year-old girl whose picture appeared on the Web site. The picture was taken at a dance recital.

"I needed to get those pictures off of there. I didn't want the pedophile community having any visibility to my daughter or her friends or any of the children that were on that site," said parent Ann Cialoa. "Whether it's a physical threat, a perceived threat, whatever threat it is. It's our jobs as parents to protect our kids from threats, and he is a threat, and people like him are a threat."

Gents, all I can say is "keep it up." Besides the law enforcement authorities, you're going to have parents going "Ellie Nessler" on you and, to that, I say "more power to them."

Oh. One more thing. The website magically, mysteriously seems to be "down."
