Thanks to a tip from corporatesexoffenders.com Remsen was investigated and charged with possession of child pornography last summer.

As for me, I wonder what else he's been doing that hasn't yet been discovered. Remsen had previously stated that he meets his 'young friends' through scouting and frequently discusses how attracted he is to different boys on the school bus he drives.

"A Novato school bus driver fighting child pornography charges in Marin was arrested at the county courthouse Wednesday on a federal warrant in a related case, authorities said.

Remsen McGinnis Benedict, 52, was arrested by the FBI outside the courtroom where he was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing. Benedict was booked into Marin County Jail pending a federal court hearing Thursday in U.S. District Court in San Francisco.

Authorities said any federal indictments in the case would not be unsealed until Benedict appears in court on Thursday. Downloading or distributing child pornography over the Internet is a federal crime."

Benedict later admitted to police that he had downloaded more than 6,000 child porn photos and videos to his home computer, viewing the images during lunch breaks from work or while his wife was sleeping at night, according to court documents.

County prosecutors charged Benedict with 25 felony counts of possessing child pornography. He faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted of all the charges, the district attorney's office said.

Remsen is your typical pedophile. He claims to just love children, why he'd never hurt children.

You are not alone. I am attracted to 3-9 lg's. You have my exact aoa! Although I am different as I have been married and had a family. I agree with you that as soon as any breasts appear (or hair down there) I completely lose interest. Lowering the age limit to 12 would help, assuming me, a 47 year old overweight git, could pull a 12 year old, but even then as I lay with her I would be fantasizing about her being younger...that is why, since my marriage fell apart in 1999 when I was outed as a gl, I have become celibate, not out of choice, but if I was to pursue a girl I was attracted to, I would be locked up.

"Experts have often wondered what proportion of men who download explicit sexual images of children also molest them. A new government study of convicted Internet offenders suggests that the number may be startlingly high: 85 percent of the offenders said they had committed acts of sexual abuse against minors, from inappropriate touching to rape."

Traffic in online child pornography has exploded in recent years, and the new study, some experts say, should be made public as soon as possible, to identify men who claim to be “just looking at pictures” but could, in fact, be predators.

Let's look at a few of these men.

First up we have actor Chris Langham

Sentenced to a mere 10 months in prison for downloading child pornography.

"Once the 43 days he has spent in jail since his conviction are taken into account, the actor will serve just over three and a half months."

Outrageous? You bet it is.

What was Chris looking at?

"One video found at his home featured a girl of eight who was being abused by her father and has since been rescued by police.

She had been subjected to what is known as 'level 5 abuse' - the most extreme level and which can include sadism and bestiality.

In the film she was bound, naked and blindfolded, and tied to a ceiling."

Next we have Charles Rust-Tierney, former president of the the Virginia ACLU, youth sports coach and an advocate for unrestricted use of the Internet in public libraries was sentenced to seven years in federal prison for sadistic child pornography.

Charles Rust-Tierney, 51, pleaded guilty in June to downloading hundreds of pornographic images of children as young as 4. Authorities said Rust-Tierney used a computer in his 11-year-old son's bedroom to view the files, which included a six-minute video that depicted sexual torture of children, set to a song by the rock band Nine Inch Nails

And what have we here?

David Arthur Joy

A pedophile who campaigned for sex with children as young as four to be legal, now sentenced to an indeterminate jail term after he pleaded guilty to 11 counts of making or possessing indecent images of children.

David, a member of the notorious Pedophile Information Exchange or P.I.E. "also had a string of previous convictions for child sex offenses dating back to the 1970s and 1980s, including the attempted rape of a young girl and indecent assault."

Now, before you get all excited, no albertRoss wasn't busted in this raid. It's just that...well, his house looks just like David's.

"As part of coordinated raids on the remaining leading members of PIE, officers from Scotland Yard's Paedophile Unit swooped on recluse Joy's one-bedroom flat.

The property was so untidy that officers had to climb around rotting piles of newspapers, rubbish and clutter to find what they were looking for, the court heard.

They eventually unearthed some 1,129 indecent images involving children as young as one in innocent-looking files by his bed, between the pages of books, in magazines and on two home computers.

Several were in the very worst "level 5" category, which includes sadism"

And now meet David's friends

61-year-old Thomas Victor O'Carroll, an out of work journalist and 67-year-old Michael John De Clare Studdert , a retired Anglican minister, were arrested in January 2006 after the Met's Paedophile Unit conducted a series of co-ordinated searches and arrests.

O'Carroll is a high-profile activist who has campaigned to legitimise certain aspects of paedophilia and was the chairman of the now defunct Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) in the UK. He has latterly been a member of the International Paedophile Child Emancipation forum (IPCE).

During the arrest phase of the operation, a search of Studdert's extensive country home, and some 17 acres of grounds, uncovered two highly sophisticated hidden compartments within his bathroom One was hidden behind a false wall by the bath and the other was hidden in the eves of the house and accessed by a secret door opposite the toilet. The 'hides' contained a massive hoard of indecent images of children, believed to be his lifetime's collection, with images from the 1950's to modern day in a variety of formats.

The formats included videos, photographic slides, cine films, photographs, magazines and photographic negatives. In terms of formats it was the widest ranging personal collection of abusive material known to the Metropolitan Police Service ever attributed to one person.

Well what was the harm in that? They were only lookin' weren't they? That shouldn't be a crime should it? Why just last year after 125 men were arrested for possession of child pornography including infants so young they had pacifiers in their mouths *d* of boychat had this to say

Or how about Bill Evans and his exploitation of an indigenous population of people....all for his sexual desires.

We could talk about their pedo distortions and how they claim they would never no never harm a child. "It was consensual!" Or another favorite they use "That child was only harmed because society told him he was!" We could go on and on and on and on but there's one question that begs to be answered.

What do these men have in common with the Lindsay Ashfords and the Rust-Tierney's of this world. Why, it's very simple.

They are all real men!

These men and others like them loudly and boldly proclaim that they are pedophiles. They inflict themselves upon society, upon our children! They demand to be accepted! They make all kinds of foolish demands actually, but one thing is for sure, they are out there with one purpose in mind......sexual gratification through the use of children.

So if you ever have cause to doubt, just remember that they LIE as a matter of course. They have reason to. Who are these men?

They are child predators and they are real. They are not just words on a computer screen, a nickname or a sigpic. They are child predators, whether they call themselves a Girl Lover, a Boy Lover, a Child Lover, a Pedophile, Pedosexual or MAA. These things they do are happening everyday and we need everyone working together, united, to deny them that ability There can be Absolute Zero Tolerance for those who prey on children and use them for selfish, sexual motives.

Forty percent (40%) of those estimated arrestees were “dual offenders,” who sexually victimized children and possessed child pornography, with both crimes discovered in the same investigation. An additional 15% were dual offenders who attempted to sexually victimize children by soliciting undercover investigators who posed online as minors.

According to the Crimes Against Children Research Center

We found 40% of the cases involving CP possession in the N-JOV Study involved dual offenses of CP possession and child sexual victimization detected in the course of the same investigation. All of these offenders had identified child victims. An additional 15% both possessed CP and attempted to sexually victimize children by soliciting undercover investigators posing online as minors. When these cases of attempted child sexual victimization are counted, 55% of the CP possessors were dual offenders

Here are some other quick stats:

• 39% of arrested offenders who met victims online possessed child pornography
• 43% of offenders who solicited undercover investigators posing onine as minors possessed child pornography
• 27% of dual offenders had shown or given child pornography to identified victims
• Approximately 1 in 5 arrested CP possessors (21%) had images depicting sexual violence to children such as bondage, rape, and torture.
• Most had images of prepubescent children (83%) and images graphically depicting sexual penetration (80%)
• One in six investigations beginning with allegations or investigations of CP possession discovered dual offenders.
• 39% of arrested offenders who met victims online and 43% of offenders who solicited undercover investigators were dual offenders
• Almost all arrested CP possessors (96%) were convicted or plead guilty, and 59% were incarcerated.

And should you wonder what motivates these possessors of child pornography, Taylor & Quayle has this to say:

• Sexually interested in prepubescent children (pedophiles) or young adolescents (hebephiles), who use child-pornography images for sexual fantasy and gratification
• Sexually “indiscriminant,” meaning they are constantly looking for new and different sexual stimuli
• Sexually curious, downloading a few images to satisfy that curiosity
• Interested in profiting financially by selling images or setting up web sites requiring payment for access

Dr Seto said:

people are likely to choose the kind of pornography that corresponds to their sexual interests, so relatively few nonpedophilic men would choose illegal child pornography given the abundance of legal pornography that depicts adults.

What were the images?

• 83% had images of children between the ages of 6 and 12
• 39% had images of 3 to 5 year old children
• 19% had images of toddlers or infants younger than 3
• 92% had images of minors focusing on genitals or showing explicit sexual activity
• 80% had pictures showing the sexual penetration of a child, including oral sex
• 21% had child pornography depicting violence such as bondage, rape, or torture. Most of these involved images of children who were gagged, bound, blindfolded, or otherwise enduring sadistic sex

What happened to these men? Does anyone think it's easy to get out of something like this? Well I believe that they get a slap on the wrist compared to what they should get, but they don't get off that easy. It does indeed effect their lives and in some cases you might say it destroys them. Their reputation, their marriages, their jobs even. Basically they lose the respect of anyone who has known them. Who could respect someone who does such a thing? How many get away with it completely? Look at the following chart

Pueblo man facing seven years for child porn

DENVER - A 24-year-old Pueblo man who pleaded guilty last week to having child pornography is facing more than seven years in prison.
Steven M. Dominguez admitted he had 2,515 images of child pornography on his computer, including sex acts between young children and between young children and adults.
He and federal law enforcement authorities agreed in a court filing that the images came from the Internet where they were “exchanged . . . by individuals interested in child pornography.”
“Did you do these things?,” U.S. District Judge Robert Blackburn asked Dominguez.
“Yes, your honor,” he responded.
Dominguez and the prosecutor, Assistant U.S. Attorney Habib Nasrullah, agreed in a plea bargain that the judge should sentence Dominguez to 87 months in prison. The range in sentencing guidelines is between 78 and 97 months in prison.
Federal customs agents, who specialize nationwide in child pornography investigations, built the case against him through a task force that included Pueblo County sheriff's officers.
Agents received a tip about Dominguez's pornography activities from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The center had been contacted by a Web site on which members store and share photos.

Isn't that interesting? Lindsay Ashford might want to disagree with this story, considering that he has THIS to say:

Their exagerrated statistics and lies about the extent of child pornography on the internet has been the trojan horse to suspend privacy rights and the freedom of speech for everyone.
Sexually sick moral crusaders and totalitarian authorities have defined children's bodies as obscene. They aren't! At least until filtered through their own pathological psychosexuality. They do an immense amount of harm to the healthy sexual development of children, who now must deal with their bodies-defined-as-obscene, not to mention the widespread fear of non-sexual but pleasurable touching generated by the hysteria they have created.
Less than an average of ten new series per year have been circulated on the internet since 1984. Only 14 of these series include children engaged in sexual intercourse, 32 in non-penetrative genital contact and 39 in fellatio. Most of these series include genital display only.
It is estimated that $100,000, 000 per year are spent by police forces and moral crusaders to combat this practically non-existent child pornography industry. On an annual basis that is approximately $10,000,000 per victim and $75,000,000 per act of sexual intercourse.

And then we have his pal Taf-Kat, John Hodgson, from GirlChat. Poor Taf-Kat has had his share of problems, lost his wife for one thing when he was arrested for possession of child pornography. It was such a horrible experience for him, he's even made an online diary, and swears he'll never use child porn again. Filling his diary with the story of what happened and Lollicon images. Oh well some folks never learn:

He brought up some of the hc pictures up on the screen. It was very odd seeing those pictures, with three other men in the room. They were my private pictures, they were never meant to be seen by anyone who didn't want to see them. It seemed like a violation of my sexuality.

I haven't harmed anyone in my life and if I go to jail the only people who will suffer will be Penny and my children. And he claims he is working for child protection!

The interview went on for several hours. He is a vindictive person with a wild imagination and I don't know how he sleeps at night.

In the corner is a pile of boxes and books. I recognise my scrap-books filled with cut'n'paste pictures of little girls, modified by me to give the impression that the little minxes were "getting it on", oh how I'd love to have one more session with those books. I had turned their pages so often, week after week, year after year. Every page was burned in my memory, they were almost works of art, the skill I had developed with scissors and Pritt, I was a fucking genius!

Next to them, piled high, were the many CD's filled to bursting with my precious pictures, tens of thousands of them, all kinds, from innocent, fully clothed girls, through posed nudity, to the hardest cp you can imagine. Like the books, I was so familiar with every single image, they had been sorted and re-sorted, into age order, into filename order, all the series sorted, my favourite folder, my pigtails folder, my blow-job folder...if there was a different way to sort them, I had done it.

The police were misleading in their estimate of how many pictures there were on the disks, sure, there were 70,000+ images, but many of them were duplicates, and many were legal, maybe there was 15,000+ that were hc or featured nudity.

Oh right, Lindsay. There's no child pornography out there. It's all a great big lie drummed up by mean old bad parents who don't want your nasty hands on their little girls. I guess we should've asked you first if we had wanted the truth, eh?
