First up, this study, while it may have been one of the largest ever done at that time concerned SPECIFIC aspects of child abuse. Secondly it was done in 1983. Third..... I do not doubt at all that just about any study done would show that the majority of child sexual abuse was non-violent. In fact I wouldn't question it at all.
