That Daniel is a stupid pedophile. Yes that's right....Daniel Lievre who owns that website that teaches fellow pedophiles how to go forth and multiply their cognitive distortions and is the author of Pedo Logic for Dummies. The same Daniel who says he's sexually attracted to children but he's not a pedophile....because he'll have sex with anybody. Daniel is a child predator, that's what Daniel is.

I've had run-ins with danyboy on other blogs. I've witnessed first hand his attempts to terrorize. I've witnessed first hand his attempt to use psychology -- in his slimey pedo grooming voice....on a child sexual abuse survivor. His attempt to denigrate their suffering, his attempt to rationalize the abuse itself, and his attempt to place the blame for it elsewhere. danyboy doesn't know that his pedo tactics are transparent. How could he? He's a pedophile, and pedophiles are stupid that way.

When danyboy attempted to comment here on AZ, I was enraged. I recognize him for what he is. He's more than just an online pedophile activist. He's more than just another nodding pedo head saying cognitively distorted things. He's a real man.......and he's determined. Just like his pedo-brethren he recognizes no boundaries. He won't take NO for an answer. Sound familiar? Would you trust a child in this mans presence?

Daniel recently decided to embark upon a campaign of harassment here on AZ. There was a bit of 'back and forth' and Daniel started to get angry. He can't quite figure out what's going on around him .... and yet he thinks he's the voice of intelligence. Speaking of intelligence....he had this to say:

You see, there's been a bit of intelligence going around regarding both of you, dreamer / stitches. Then you both pull all the archives from your almost identical your blogs at the same time! Wouldn't it be nice if someone was to even bother leaking that intelligence?

Many paedophiles have preached of the value of their forums and blogs etc as a means of support for each other….support to a) refrain from torturing and molesting children (ala ILGO) and b) deal with real-life situations and prevent suicide(ala Ashford). Recently, this theory has been put to the test.


The opening messages were posted to the BoyChat forum over the course of several hours by user 'here'. 'Here' is obviously seeking support and guidance and perceives that he is in danger. He described his situation this way:

long story short... things went too far with y/f sister listened in on the phone tonite... i dont know what else to say she hasnt said anything yet that i know of... im scared to death

He goes on to add that he has "files" that must be removed from his computer before the cops arrive and received a great number of responses. Incidentally, not one of them addressed the fact that 'here' expressed suicidal thoughts.

The vast majority of the commentors attempted to walk 'here' through complex processes to wipe the hard drive. Many even relished the opportunity to brag about their own ability to hide child porn. Arion Neos explains:

What you're seeing here is the result of a hell of a lot of practice.

Keep in mind at this point these commentors have already expressed awareness of the fact that 'here' has consumed alcohol and drugs. JD420 decides to join in this "campaign of support" although it is unclear whether he is simply amused by these posts or if he is hoping to actually drive 'here' to murder and/or suicide:

...well, personally, I'd just view it as a chance to kill a few cops before engaging in recruitment-by-force for an army behind the walls.

He says that wiping the hard drive will work but just in case it doesn't says:

If not, there's always benzodiazapenes or alcohol as an anti-anxiety... or, propanolol. Try not to overdo it. If you do overdo it, try not to talk to, umm, anybody.

Notice how nobody questions whether a child has actually been hurt or not. In fact, later when a discussion arose regarding psychological help, Cale Tucker advises:

If you march into a shrink's office and proclaim "I did xxx to yyy and his mother is upset" he will be legally obligated to inform the police if xxx is illegal (because yyy is under age)".

Now you have never said as much and you shouldn't even if it's true

'Here' went to the forum a desperate, scared, suicidal person. He gets told to smash the hard drive with a hammer, shoot it with a high calibre weapon, to use complex processes he did not understand, to kill himself by popping more pills, to kill police if they get in his way, not to ever admit to abusing a child even if it's the truth

If this is the type of "support" on offer from these forums, I am confident asserting that the paedophiles are better off alone.

Obama says 'NO' to Lindsay Ashford

We all know about Lindsay Ashford's pedophile website. We all know some of the outrageous things he says. Who is he? He's a pedophile activist. He's a man who has a mission.... that mission is to bring about public tolerance and acceptance of pedophilia as a 'sexual orientation' with the ultimate goal being abolishment of age-of-consent laws. In other words HE WANTS TO HAVE SEX WITH LITTLE GIRLS.

We find his website to be not only offensive but dangerous. He encourages fellow pedophiles through lies and deception. He makes grand statements as fact while pointing to legitimate scientific research, that don't say what he claims. He twists words, he twists reality. Let's face it, he's just twisted.

We first posted about Lindsay using the 'cuteness' of little girls to predict the 2008 presidential election last year The Pedophile Voting System Since that time, multiple phone calls have been made, hundreds of emails sent, petitions signed and a whole-lotta-fussing going on...went on. We decided to focus on getting one, just one politician to step up to the plate and be a stand up guy. And we got that man with Barack Obama.

What we need now is to see the other politicians who have beautiful little daughters and granddaughters step up to the plate and show us that they can be a stand up guy the same way Obama was. This isn't going to go away just because they don't want to know about it. If they can't stop a pervert from posting their own little girls image on a pedophile website, then what can I possibly expect them to do for me?

These are the other people who need to act. Not only to protect their own kids but to make a stand to show us....the voters that you mean business. We won't take no for an answer and we expect the same from you the politician. Absolute Zero Tolerance for men who prey on children.

The Nature of Evil

Some days occasionally render me in a contemplative recognition; such is no different at this moment, for I am wont to consider what I call the "nature of evil" which, for me, begs four master questions:

-- Is there true Evil?
-- Can persons actually be Evil?
-- Can one, then, attempt to reason with Evil?
-- Can Evil even recognize Reason?

I would care for your thoughts. This has a great deal to do with our current world and worldview philosophies, on many fronts and many levels, national and political.

And here on our AZ blog.

I myself wholly believe in the existence and prosperance of Evil. I have viewed it, seen its wastes, smelled its stench in the night, known people who canonized its name, seen its carrion-strewn carcasses, looked it directly in the eye and understood when it wished to kill me.

A smattering of the innumerable Homicide cases I handled:

- A mother smothered her child by putting her head in a Ziploc bag; she left the child in her crib, called to schedule a nail appointment. The child, sick, kept her from a bowling appointment and a prior nail appointment. We found her stirring soup on a stove with a dead baby in the other room.

- A high schooler, angry at having been fired from a pizza job, returned with a gun and robbed the store, shooting his once-best friend because "he should have quit after I was fired, if he was my friend." In the interview, he was not to blame because "the doctors should have done a better job saving him."

- A couple had decided to split up; in the process of determining who received what, an argument ensued over who owned the batteries in the TV remote. One spouse shot the other in the neck and then removed the batteries from her dead hand. The pulsing arterial spray hit the white apartment wall from a distance of 5 feet away.

- As he had lost face and was losing control of the relationship because his wife was suddenly making more money than he, a former star collegiate football player from an incredibly successful and heavily-monied family (and an obsessive-compulsive neat/control freak) peaked one night when his son would not be quiet. He struck his 5-year-old on the head, caving in his skull and killing him. His pregnant wife walked in seconds later and observed the scene. She too was killed as was the fetus. To obviate his guilt he doused all the bodies with gasoline and lighted them all on fire, blaming an unknown and unseen assailant.

I pointedly refuse to summarize the child abuse cases I handled; they know who they are and all dust needs to settle and can, to a degree, with time.

I ask you again:

-- Is there true Evil?
-- Can a person actually be Evil?
-- Can one, then, attempt to reason with Evil?
-- Can Evil even recognize reason?

How can the molestation of our children be anything less than the exuberance and thrill of sheer Evil?

ACLU-backed demonic child pornster will serve his 200 years

Don Surber reports: Supreme court OKs 200 years for child porn
Proving not everyone in Washington has lost his mind, justices denied an appeal of a 200-year sentence for a high school teacher who downloaded child porn from 1996 until he was caught in 2002, Reuters reported.

Without any comment, the high court declined to hear the constitutional challenge to the sentence given to Morton Berger, who at the time of his arrest in 2002 was a married, 52-year-old high school teacher with no prior criminal record.

Berger's lawyers said his lengthy punishment was grossly disproportionate to his crime and exceeded the sentences regularly imposed in Arizona for violent crimes that result in serious injury to the victim.

But child porn is a violent crime. A person rapes a child and photographs it. By downloading child porn, a man becomes an accessory to the crime after the fact.

Said Reuters:
Evidence at trial established that Berger possessed numerous videos and photo images of different children, some younger than 10 years old, being subjected to sexual acts with adults and other children.The jury heard testimony that Berger had downloaded child pornography on his computer from 1996 to 2002. He was convicted on 20 separate counts.

The ACLU of Arizona had helped with this appeal. Its press release said:
Cruel & Unusual Punishment (State v. Berger):
ACLU cooperating attorney Don Peters assisted in filing a brief asking the U.S. Supreme Court to consider overturning a 200-year sentence that was given to a man who was found to be in possession of child pornography. Morton Berger was charged with 20 separate counts of sexual exploitation of a minor under the age of 15 and sentenced to 20 consecutive 10-year sentences for possession of child pornography.

The Arizona Supreme Court upheld the conviction and rejected the ACLU's argument that the sentence was excessive and violated the Eighth Amendment's ban on cruel and unusual punishment.

The federal Supreme Court rejection of this case comes on the heels of the arrest on Friday of Charles Rust-Tierney, a former president of the ACLU in Virginia, on child porn charges.

Dang! 200 years? I hope he packed some clean underwear and a lunch.

Let me state this up front: I am a convert, from agnostic to a believer. I believe in God, in Good and Evil. But I feel I have to write about this turn of events from an unsympathetic viewpoint.

SAN DIEGO - The Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego said Tuesday that it planned to file for bankruptcy protection to put off going to trial in more than 140 lawsuits alleging sexual abuse by priests.

When I worked Child Abuse for a major California law enforcement agency I had the prime suspect in one of my cases "disappeared" and moved from the local diocese. I was not at all pleased. Additionally, at the time, I was told to drop the case and move on with others.

Wrong is wrong, and Evil is Evil, no matter the robe or uniform or inclination. I am fresh out of sympathy when I read of this turn of events.

Poor Wittle Ashford Gots His Feelings Hurted

It seems that I may have recently started something, and that in doing so I've offended the high pedophile whack job Lindsay Ashord. Don't worry, I'm not about to be upset that the little wiener is complaining and making a fuse just because someone is a little tired of him abusing the world wide web by publishing his tripe accounts of how horrible the rest of the world is for not letting him legally rape little girls.

Months ago I mentioned at my place that Ashford had decided to play political pundit by using his sexual arousal as a means of picking the man whose children he'd most like to see growing up in the White House.

I was rather disappointed with the slow reaction time to this matter on behalf of a great many political leaders, and had recently mentioned it again. The matter really heated up when *someone* decided to point out on the Obama blogs that Ashford was up to his tricks again.

Seems that suddenly, people were worried, and worried enough that they sent this letter to Ashford.

The only thing I can say is: "Good for you Obama. I may hate your politics, and I may swear on my life that you'll never have my vote... but on this subject alone, and on this particular action, you have my respect. As long as you follow through that is."

Of course, Ashford in his usual whining ranting isn't as happy about this little development, and is pleading his rights to freedom of speech:

You may also remember that my nemesis, the lovely Lilo, as well as some other bloggers got very upset about the post and wrote all sorts of humourous things as a result. In fact, intrepid Lilo even went so far as to telephone the offices of several of the politicians mentioned to tell them of the blog post. Much to her surprise, none of them did anything! Undeterred, Lilo has brought up the whole thing again. It appears that this time around, somebody, somewhere, listened. Yesterday, this website received a letter from Robert Bauer of the law Perkins Coie, who represent Obama for America demanding that the pictures be taken down. Not only that, Bauer demanded that I remove any mention of Obama or his family from the website, as well as any links to Obama's website.

First off, despite the fact that I really am rather lovely- I'd think I was a little out of Ashfords league, seeing how I can defend myself against sexual predators such as himself, and I've already surpassed his level (or lack of) intelligence. But that's beside the point.

More importantly, Ashford is forgetting a very important little detail- as much as he likes to throw around the right to freedom of speech as granted by the US Constitution, he should be looking at other laws we have here, that aren't so favorable to "his kind". Such as the Child Protection act of 2003 (also known as the PROTECT ACT:

The Child Protect Act passed in 2003 gives U.S. law enforcement greater authority to pursue sexual predators across borders. It authorizes a penalty of up to 30 years in prison for U.S. citizens engaged in an act of child sexual exploitation, even if it occurs in another country.

Ashford states that I'm "undeterred", and he's right. I'll continue to be here, continue to insist that our leaders protect our children from the likes of scum like him.

A Must-Sign Petition

A prominent children's rights activist has alerted me to a very timely, relevant petition.

The petition seeks to ban all websites which promote paedophilia; the petition specifically names the NAMBLA website and the revolting sites of sleeze bag Lindsay Ashford.

Sign the petition today if you believe in a safer world for your children. These websites rationalize predatory behaviour and encourage potential abusers in their psychotic delusions. Lindsay Ashford goes so far as to prey on our children on the face of his website.

It is time for responsible, caring adults to unite in saying NO to child exploitation and abuse.

ACLU Pres, Youth Sports Coach, Predatory Paedophile

Charles Rust-Tierney was President of the ACLU in Virginia from 2002-2005. A youth sports coach who yesterday appeared in court on charges of downloading child pornography from the net. Perhaps this explains why the ACLU always appears more concerned with the rights of child molesters than children. Little has been reported in the case except that Rust-Tierney admitted to downloading numerous images and videos after they were seized from his home.

As a sidenote, it is important to recall the findings of Malesky & Ennis through their analysis of the BoyChat forum (2004) that:

there is evidence suggesting that individuals who have been convicted of Internet-related, non-contact sexual offenses are likely to have committed undetected 'hands on' offenses as well.

Free Speech, Ignorance or Wickedness? You Decide

What is up with Amazon you may be asking yourself. I'd like to take a moment to explain. Amazon apparently doesn't like being told what they should and shouldn't sell. They are being quite stubborn as a matter of fact. But what's interesting here is that while they claim FREE SPEECH as the reason for harboring and selling the words of an admitted child molester, they are censoring their customers comments.

And as if that weren't enough, their own publishing company BookSurge has removed this book from distribution. Wonder why? And yet Amazon, continues to sell the iUniverse copy of Viamund's book. This is quite telling isn't it? iUniverse cancelled their contract with Viamund after realizing what it was that had been printed.....BookSurge is with the program enough to know they need to get rid of that book quickly. Only Amazon is stupid? wicked? thoughtless? enough to continue selling it. Well....attempting to sell it. Interesting that they will turn their back on their own responsibility in order to offer a book for sale that has dropped in ranking from 384,000 to almost 2 millionth in the space of two weeks. Thank you everyone who has helped with this!

How interesting! Amazon is also offering the book in defiance of the publisher. I believe it will be gone completely within a couple of weeks at the most. Does that make what Amazon did 'ok' to you? The way I see it.....Amazon thumbed their noses at children, then they proceeded to censor our comments claiming they opposed censorship, then they wisely withdrew the edition that their own publisher printed while offering the edition of their competitor for sale. Hmm.

Nah, I think I can live without them. What it has come down to is that Amazon cannot reform itself. When the book disappears from Amazon it won't be because of them, it will be because iUniverse was successful in retrieving all copies. By the way iUniverse is owned by Barnes & Noble the first book seller to respond to our request. They have my current and future support.
