Who is listening and what are they hearing?

For the most part, our most effective listeners are our most entrenched opponents; Absolute Zero, Perverted Justice, and the rest. What are they hearing? Mostly that we cannot seem to form a united front and we do well enough at arguing with ourselves, thank you very much.

So, who is listening? It would seem very few, and what is being heard is not what is being said.

Let's break it to Kelly gently. We understand the RSOL on a much deeper level than the majority of RSOL supporters are even capable of. It has little to do with the fact that we laugh at you all running around like headless chickens or the wild hysterical knock-down drag-out fights you're all famous for. That's just a stress buster much like Static's Auto-abuse analogy. It has everything to do with the ultimate goal of your "organization".

Nigel Oldfield aka Agony Uncle, the supporter of sadistic child pornography left an interesting comment here recently. He said that the Black Panthers were to Civil Rights for African Americans what Nambla was to Sex Offender Advocates. I thought that especially strange considering the way sex offenders react at the mention of pedophiles. If one didn't know better you'd swear they didn't know they were working on behalf of pederasts. Why, just a few short weeks ago Mary Duval said we should get the "non-dangerous" sex offenders off the registry so we could "waste money" watching the truly dangerous ones - the real pedophiles.

Sosen and the RSOL are ONLY interested in the abolition of the registry and sex offender laws. Every single thing they say is directed toward that goal. Whether it's blaming victims or blaming parents for being neglectful or blaming parents for being too protective or blaming the media or simply creating twisted, distorted concoctions of pedocrap while claiming their goal is "No More Victims" and accusing everyone of being ignorant. They failed miserably at grasping this very simple concept: we understand completely the rhetoric and propaganda they're using. Where did they think it came from?

We'll go into the techniques and how they are applied soon but for now I'm going to provide a nice little snapshot of what people see when the Minute Men arrive. From a news story about the death of John Couey everyone basically had the same reaction - his death was a good thing wasn't it? Who could feel sorrow for that man? They left touching words and healing words but they also expressed their anger and rage at what that man did to that little girl and in the midst of this, in rode the Sosenites. I'm sure you could guess which statements belong to them. Here are some of the comments in the immediate hours after the news of Couey's death. They ranged from a call for prevention:

• The best way to honor Jessica is to create laws and ENFORCE them so that these sickos can't get near children. One and Done! You molest, rape, assault a child--you never see the light of day again-PERIOD.
  

To expressions of relief:

• God bless Jessica's family. We will always remember Jessica. Because of your advocacy many children will have the protection that Jessica deserved.
• He's finally dead. That's really all that matters, he can quit sucking the tax payer's money. He needed to die years ago.
• We don't hate him, we are just happy he died.

Anger:

• Hopefully he'll spend every moment of hell being buried alive over and over and over again
• Tell us where he's buried so we can all go piss on his grave.
• Can they cut off his head just to make sure he is really dead? I don't want him making any kind of recovery.
• It's too bad they couldn't have buried him a few days ago so he could see what it feels like
• I hope this is a hoax and they are planning to bury the guy alive.
• Piece of crap should have died hanging from a noose after having his dingy chopped with a rusty axe
• I can only hope that, being a father himself, God kicks John Couey's butt from one end of Heaven to the other, just before he kicks him out to hell.

Celebration:

• No one has claimed the body? Can we have it?? We won't do anything to it. Really!
• We ought to be able to bid on his body and then do whatever we want with it..we could burn him on the SR 60 causeway and charge admission to come see him burn.
• Let's bid on the body and donate the funds to having those laws passed to put the John Couey's away for life.
• If anyone wins an auction to claim his body, post it on here, I will be happy to donate to the cause.

Offensive:

• Good riddance to the piece of crap. The only bad thing is that the media will be all over her attention-hungry "father" again...Perhaps now his fifteen minutes are finally used up.
• Maybe if mark had been home that infamous night, instead of spending the night with a woman elsewhere .. his daughter might be alive ...So Yes, Hell on earth does exist if he has any shame at al
• I don't think there is a single responsible parent on here that would disagree with the fact that he is a weed head who does not look after his children in the responsible manner that is required

Yes Kelly, we're listening but the thing is that you're wrong about it only being us that hears what you're saying. I can guarantee you 100% that "flooding the internet" isn't going to help you especially considering the quality of "flooders" you've got and the contamination of the water you're using. Of course, you're one of them too - the Blame Gamers. How could you possibly have any insight into this behavior? Why just the other day Kelly said:

Or HEY how about the bashing of Ron Book's daughter? See here's the thing, they didn't just bash her. They mocked her abuse. So here's a little hint for Kelly and the gang - it's actually another 100% guarantee: No one will ever see you as anything but an animal if you don't have the common sense and decency to know without being told that this is offensive and objectionable. Not only that, every time you people say these things you identify yourself as a high-risk sex offender. Nobody else could possibly think to say these things. Things like:

Lauren Books appears to be double talking and already starting her career in being yet another annoying politician. Good job making your sad past into 5 minutes of fame.

And

Maybe if daddy wasn't working those long hours in Tallahassee his daughter wouldn't have been getting pooped on by the nanny. Lauren is decent looking so the images of lesbian sex are kinda awesome, especially because it involved Cleveland Steamers and probably a Dirty Sanchez.

it's up to the parents to help their children, not the state....Don't put your career and business ahead of your child and this never would have happened, but they can't accept that and blame the state for not protecting their child...sad:(

Lauren, honey - I'm sorry for what happened to you as a child, but now you're being abused by your father who puts you in the position of being a poster child for his own demented witch hunt/ego trip.

This story should be about the horrific negligence by this young woman's parents, and how her therapy is about her hatred of them. Talk about multilayered and multigenerational sensationalism toward mining for a story.....sheesh. Putting this financially priviledged little twit in charge of anything related to emotional healing without holding her parents accountable is the biggest deceit of all.

And

Lauren, you should hire a lawyer and sue your parents. Ron Book and his wife are the criminals here, and they know it. They neglected you and hired a Nanny that abused you, and they either didn't care or they turned their heads away.

Now I understand what happened here. Lauren is a double victim: is the victim of a non-convicted-then sexual predator who could live anywhere she wanted and do anything she wanted, and Lauren was also victim of her parents totally irresponsible lack of supervision.

All I gained from this article and accompanying video is that Lauren was molested and pooped on, her dad cries and blames himself for what happened, and Lauren says "ummm" a lot and rants without any reason or suggested solution to the problem.

What the Books should've done is focus on creating programs or access to public child care programs so that parents don't have to entrust their child's well-being to an adult behind closed doors.

Ha. A typical 'rich and powerful' family. The parents hire a Nanny since they have so little interest in their children. They didn't even have time to spend with their kids. Soo little that they didn't even recognize FOR SIX YEARS that something might be happening to their daughter. WOW!

Lobbyist are the drug dealers and pushers for big corporations, just like in the drug world, you have your cartel leaders that grow and export and they use their pushers and dealers at the bottom to get the drug to where they want it and make the money for them. Sorry Lauren but your a joke now.

Once upon a time one of the original demented blame gamers did manage to offend even the Sosenites who hadn't yet perfected "the mantras". Let's take a look, see if it seems familiar.

Shirley Lowery is who I speak of. She said Jesus was a pedophile. She said Jessica Lunsford killed herself in a suicide pact with John Couey. She said... well take a look.

I believe that Mark Lunsford killed this child and Couey watched him bury her. Then Lunsford reported her missing, took the time to delete the child porn from his computer and then joined the search.

Did that stop her? Of course not. But that was years ago and this is now. Her response to Couey's death is far and away the most offensive garbage I've ever read. What do you - Kelly Piercy think about what Shirley said?

when did her have sex with her? I don't know but he must have viewed her as an angel. Nobody had ever wanted him. Here was this beautiful young woman that did not appear to be a virgin. She smiled up at him and said she thought she was having her period. According to the coroner he must have been a gentle lover for there was no bruising or spots around her mouth, in her anal area or anywhere else on her body

Representative James Fagan that's what. He opposes Jessica's Law.

This is what he said:

"I'm gonna rip them apart," Fagan said of young victims during his testimony on the bill. "I'm going to make sure that the rest of their life is ruined, that when they’re 8 years old, they throw up; when they’re 12 years old, they won’t sleep; when they’re 19 years old, they’ll have nightmares and they’ll never have a relationship with anybody.”

Fagan said as a defense attorney it would be his duty to do that in order to keep his clients free from a "mandatory sentence of those draconian proportions."

He would say that to someone who looks like this

My question now is, how long the people of Massachusetts are going to allow that FREAK to represent them. Does he? Is he representing the wishes of his constituency?

Time will tell. Most people do not take lightly to behavior such as that. And most people will never forget it come voting season.

So speaks Shirley Lowery, the former CEO of Sosen. Recently shamed and ousted from her position during a gruesome hostile takeover, Shirley became depressed and announced her retirement. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. She's back with a vengeance and plotting her return to activism with her new mission statement, above.

One of her ways of making a come back will be to address America's youth. Not those who were victimized by sexual abusers but rather those she claims were cheated of a normal childhood by parents who were afraid that their child would be abused. She says:

"Adults threw all kinds of things on you to protect you from a fate worse than death.

Were you frightened or were you victimized and cheated out of the best years of your life due to the adults in your life that were scared witless?

It will be interesting to hear what you have to say about families being tossed out and burned out of their homes. People have been mugged and murdered.

These are things that are being done in your name."

Personally I think it will be far more interesting to hear from children who were groomed, manipulated and molested. Those who were sexually assaulted and battered. Those whose mother stood up for them .... and those that didn't. Those who had their abuse dismissed and/or denied, versus those who had validation of their right to be free of sexual abuse by having proper sentences given to their abusers. But that's me.

Shirley lost her American Chronicle articles, along with Jan Kruska and Jan's pseudonym Amanda Rogers. Of course Sosen itself lost their account also, but that's another story. This story is about Shirley's comeback.

Today we have the rare opportunity to observe one of her infamous blasts at society in progress. So far we have two versions she's presenting for group input. Let's look at some of the things she's saying.

She offers some snippets from a CNN transcript of John Walsh talking about his problems with sex addiction and how it hurt people in his life including his wife, children and himself. Shirley says:

"With this information we know that Walsh admitted to a raging sex addiction in 1999. He is well aware of the intensity of this condition and how it can ruin lives. If treatment worked for him it should work for many others with the same or a similar sex disorder. He owes the public an answer."

This is actually nothing new, all the RSO activists are trying to compare a sexual addiction to a sexual offense. This only serves to show their complete desperation and ongoing habit of pointing fingers, blaming others, and refusing to admit that they and they alone are fully responsible for their own actions. A sex addiction has nothing to do with sexually assaulting, raping, or molesting others unless the two are combined.

Next inline for finger pointing and blame-shifting we have Jessica Lunsford. We previously saw how Shirley made the allegation that Jessica had consensual sex with John Couey and then committed suicide by having Couey bury her alive. She's got a new spin on the situation, let's take a look.

"Every year we have young females who are abducted, raped and murdered. Jessica Lunsford was one such case. Her convicted killer, John Couey, did not suddenly turn murderer because of some long ago, non-violent sex crime. He turned killer due to the large amounts of crack cocaine that he ingested just hour's prior to Jessica's disappearance. By pretrial motion that information was withheld so even the juror's deciding his fate were not given this information. This tends to put a damper on the concept of a fair trial by a jury of your peers"

Let's stop there for a moment. Nobody has ever accused John Couey of murdering BECAUSE of his previous sex crime. Furthermore the same laws that allowed his drug use to be withheld in trial are the very same laws that prevent a jury from knowing a child molester on trial has a history of molesting 10 other children. It works both ways. And to make matters even worse for Shirley Lowery, in her haste to look like an idiot, completely fails to address the fact that John Couey kept Jessica for a week, raping her repeatedly before burying her alive. I hardly think he was on crack cocaine that entire time, and no one else thinks that either. That level of drug use would have killed him as no human body could withstand it.

"Jessica's horrific death would not have sparked any undue attention had it not been for old charges that required registration as a sex offender. That is the stage that was set for the American people. It was a power play with sex at the forefront and drugs pushed out of the way."

That's interesting. The way I recall events, Jessica's disappearance created a LOT of attention, BEFORE it was known a registered sex offender had kidnapped, repeatedly raped and killed by live burial little Jessica. THAT is how *I* recall it.

"Because of the way this case was presented everyone from home security people on up profited from this child's death. If John Couey had not fondled and tried to steal a kiss all of those years ago there would be no such thing as Jessica's Law."

Isn't it so terribly unfortunate that these things had to happen to Jessica before we could get our legislature to recognize what we've been telling them for years? But Shirley continues. She claims that the job the jurors did

"has been cheapened by the fact that even they were given partial truth to work with in a trial that was a mere mockery of justice.

This case was presented to a nation in such a manner as to induce public hysteria. It is time for us to remember that this is America where that sort of thing will not be tolerated.

For the health and welfare of this nation we had a right to know that the search was for a junkie rather than a sex fiend. Such careless, political power play has done irreparable harm to our country"

Search for a junkie? It was a search for an unknown person of unknown qualities who was acting for unknown reasons. It wasn't until after he was identified that anyone knew he was a registered sex offender. Furthermore, WHY does Shirley Lowery believe she has a right to know everything about a case yet you don't have a right to know that your next door neighbor molested a 5 year old child. When you have a 5 year old child.

WHY? Why is Shirley Lowery so hell-bent on blaming everyone except John Couey? Why is she so hell-bent on shifting attention AWAY from sex offenders? Could it be that her son, serving 60 years in prison for molesting Shirley's granddaughter, because of pleading guilty AND taking a plea bargain which REDUCED his sentence to SIXTY YEARS has caused her to flip her lid? Or was she always this wacked out?

"A child who has been victimized suffers from low-self esteem. If there is any shred of self-respect left it is quickly ripped away by society's very vocal perception. We are damaged, emotional cripples with diminished capabilities and nobody is willing to waste time on a lost cause. Society "saves" children by jerking them out of a bad situation and ensuring that the abuser is punished to the full extent of the law. There is no individual that notices or cares that only the faces have changed in a child's ongoing nightmare.

The hunger for revenge is what keeps these incidents as front-burner items. There are high-profile individuals who will tell you that a child deserves what he or she gets if they aren't willing to give up a loved one for 25 years. This is typical thinking for someone who has not experienced the situation. Most kids are not going to buy in to a 25-year future of public misery. We bide our time until we can walk away legally. The family is intact and there is no stigma. It is called survival.

The government never does anything right yet there are great expectations that they will fix the sex offender problem. Realistically, we are further away from a solution than we have ever been. Please stop the drama and pretend that your precious child has victimized another of your equally precious children. Dare to feel the pain of being alive with your heart ripped out. Get up close and personal with all aspects of such a situation and then give the world a valid opinion on how we should proceed."

Please pay close attention to this:

You lost any credibility you may have had long ago. You have serious emotional and mental problems. Seek help for it and give this up before you make it any worse than you already have. You cannot be an activist anymore, no matter how much you want to be. We won't allow it.

Lindsay Ashford ~ an Abomination

We've talked a lot about Lindsay Ashford and his Puellula website. The fact that he brazenly posts stolen images of presidential candidates daughters and granddaughters to predict the winner based upon the attractiveness of the little girls. We know Barack Obama successfully got his children removed, and now Chris Dodd has acted also. Let's keep sending emails, they will pay off.

But let's also talk about Lindsays defiant, obnoxious, callous and brazen memorial to missing and murdered little girls. Lot's of people have complained about this. Lots of people have been outraged by this. Even some of his own pedo-brothers have told him how inappropriate it is.

It lacks sensitivity to the girl's remaining relatives, family and friends. For the sake of the memory of those lost, have the decency to remove the pictures. ~Dragonslayer

But Lindsay does what Lindsay wants doesn't he? If you go to his website Taken from our Midst you will also see a page devoted to Jessica Lunsford. Jessica murdered by that creepy pedophile John Couey, and now we see precious little Jessica on a pedophiles website. Why? He even has an offer there to host a memorial for your missing or murdered daughter for free. I'm sure some people may have taken him up on it, because you don't realize it belongs to a child predator if you enter that site through a websearch. Whether Lindsay committed an act against any of these little girls or not is beside the point. This is an outrage, an abomination, a total lack of respect, and a total lack of humanity. He is ignoring boundaries. He is USING and EXPLOITING this little girl to make a political statement.

You may be asking yourself WHY is Lindsay's site so dangerous, he says himself its a support for pedophiles who feel lost or suicidal. And yet we just proved to you what happens on a pedophile forum when one cries out for help. No, what these forums and websites do is encourage each other. They are a plague on society. Does Lindsay molest children? I think this statement posted just yesterday on a pedo forum says it best:

Lindsay says he doesn't break the law. He doesn't say that he doesn't have sex with children -- he says he doesn't break the law. Think about that. Where is he? In Panama? Costa Rica? Boston? Holland? Traveling along through Central America hiding and hunting? Wherever he is, this is a fact, he's an American citizen, if he goes to another country having sex with children, even if legal there, he can just get himself picked up for child molestation should he return to the Evil Empire as he calls America.

Lindsay thinks he can say and write whatever he wants and screams loudly First Amendment Free Speech Rights!!! Interestingly enough he has this disclaimer posted on his Sugar and Spice site whose sole purpose is to GROOM LITTLE GIRLS SO HE CAN HAVE SEX WITH THEM.

This proposed law stems from the February 23rd, 2005 kidnapping and subsequent brutal murder of nine year old Jessica Lunsford of Homosassa, Florida. A "registered sex offender" buried Jessica alive, following her rape, a mere 150 yards from her house.

Your support will be for the proposed Sexual Predator Punishment and Control Act of 2006: Jessica's Law.

This act would:

- Ensure that all child molesters who molest children under the age of 14 are put into a prison with a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years or 25 years to life;

- Electronically monitor convicted sex offenders for life, if they are ever released from prison, through GPS tracking;

- Create a 2,000 foot "predator-free" zone around schools and parks to prevent sex offenders from living near where children learn and play.

Another blow to the Jessica Lunsford case

Jury won't hear about old assault
INVERNESS - (AP) -- Details of a decades-old assault charge involving a 12-year-old girl can't be used against John Couey when he stands trial on charges of kidnapping, raping and killing 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford last year, a judge ruled Thursday.
Prosecutor Ric Ridgway wanted to use the home burglary and attack to show a pattern of behavior against girls.
But Circuit Judge Ric Howard said the earlier case included physical contact but no sexual molestation, so it isn't admissible to show jurors that Couey had behaved similarly in the past. ''We're disappointed any time we lose evidence,'' Ridgway said.
Couey was 19 in 1978 when he was accused of burglarizing a Crystal River home, entering the bedroom of a girl, placing his hand over her mouth and kissing her, according to court records. The state didn't file charges because Couey was sentenced to a 10-year prison term for violating probation.
It was the second loss in a week for prosecutors seeking the death penalty for the 47-year-old Couey. On Friday, Howard ruled that Couey's taped confession was inadmissible at trial because he had repeatedly asked for an attorney while detectives were questioning him.
But prosecutors say they have enough evidence to convict him, with subsequent statements by Couey and other evidence, including the girl's body buried in his backyard and her DNA and fingerprints inside the trailer where he lived.
Couey is charged with first-degree murder, sexual battery, kidnapping and burglary. He has pleaded not guilty.
Jury selection begins Monday in Tavares near Orlando. Howard moved it there after agreeing with attorneys that a fair jury couldn't be picked in Citrus County because of the publicity.
The trial will move back to Inverness after the jury is seated.

Consider Yourself On Alert

I saw my first Amber Alert today on the way to work. There was a message about a child abduction on the electronic sign over the highway. That shook me out of my morning stupor.

While it's fortunate such a rapid response system exists, it's tragic that child abductions are so common as to require such a system in the first place.

Luckily, this morning's abduction ended quicky and peacefully. After all, Florida is the place where Jessica Lunsford, Sarah Lunde and Carlie Brucia met untimely ends after sex offenders abducted, molested and murdered them.

Sex offenders are limited in where they may live; they are not permitted to be near residences with children or near schools, for example. But the Internet opens up the world to them and allows them to anonymously pursue their sick predilections wherever they choose.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The confession of a man charged with kidnapping, raping and killing 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford isn't admissible in court, but the discovery of her body can be used as evidence, a judge ruled Friday.
