Orange County, CA Ex-judge Kline gets prison

Six years of legal wrangling ends with former O.C. Superior Court judge sentenced to 27 months for child pornography.

LOS ANGELES – Former Superior Court Judge Ronald C. Kline offered "a lifetime of apologies" and then collapsed Tuesday as he was sentenced to 27 months in federal prison for possession of child pornography.

Kline, 66, had just learned that U.S. District Court Judge Consuelo B. Marshall was rejecting his bid to be placed on probation when his eyes fluttered and his knees buckled.

"I think I'm going to faint," he said as he crumbled into the arms of Paul S. Meyer, his defense attorney...

... Tuesday's sentencing ended nearly six years of legal wrangling that saw Kline charged at one point with possessing child pornography in federal court and child molestation in state courts.

The state case was ultimately dismissed, based on a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that the prosecution was pressed beyond the statute of limitations.

The federal pornography case was also threatened in 2003 when Marshall ruled that the evidence of pornographic images found on his home computer had been illegally seized.

But a federal appeals court disagreed with Marshall in 2004, and the pornography charges were reinstated.

A year later, in December 2005, the ex-judge pleaded guilty and broke down in tears...

...Tuesday, he lost his freedom. He will not be eligible for parole until he serves at least 23 months. He was given until May 21 to report to federal prison.

Marshall said Tuesday that the seriousness of the porn charges demanded that Kline be punished. She ordered that Kline be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life, that he not possess any computer equipment and that he not access the Internet during three years of probation.

Kline admitted he stored more than 100 sexually explicit photos of under-age boys on his computer and on several disks found at his Irvine home in November 2001.

Police caught onto Kline after a Canadian computer whiz hacked into the judge's Irvine home computer and discovered sexually explicit images of young boys and a diary that revealed Kline's fantasies involving young boys. A subsequent search of his court computer revealed more images and more Web sites...

Not about politics....

... it's about kids. However, I'm willing to admit- I lean towards the right more than the left, because I imagine that my political beliefs are bound to be questions, that's okay though.

Eight months ago, I mentioned to you that self admitted pedophile Lindsay Ashford was starting to gear up a little early for the '08 bid for the election. He'd already composed his list of White House hopefuls, and was looking over the qualifications to see just which hopeful he'd be most supportive of. The problem with this was that he was using the daughters, and granddaughters of his list of hopefuls, and his sexual attraction for each child as a measuring stick to determine who he'd be happiest to see win.

At that time, I also shared that because he was displaying actual photos of the children, and because of the context of his post, I had attempted to use it to draw attention to this online predator to our members of congress. I called office after office, explaining in detail the issue, and providing the url of the post.

Most were shocked to hear what I was telling, some didn't even hesitate to load the page, just because it seemed so impossible that someone would actually do this. Security at Capital Hill was contacted.

Now, remember that not even a month later, the John Walsh Child Protection Act was signed into law. It was a big to-do. An entire high profile display of just how important the safety of our children is to Capital Hill. So, with that in mind- what do you think came of the knowledge so many people have of Lindsay Ashford? What do you think was done to protect the innocent children splashed across his website just because he's a sick freak, and because their relatives are political leaders? Nothing.

You'll be voting in '08, for a group of people who want you to believe that by signing their names to laws, by voting in support of them, they are interested in protecting your children... when in truth- they can't even protect their own.

That day I called and complained about this sickening post by a pedophile- I also ran a post explaining to readers that ONE member of Congress had an employee that stated they weren't concerned with this, that they had no comment, and no plans to do anything. His comments were in my first post (linked at the top) but removed, because I actually believed for a moment, that his response did nothing but encourage the pedophiles. However, it wasn't long afterwards that I received this:

Senator ***** daughters are private citizens and our hope is that they will be treated as such, and I must admit it was more than a little disturbing to see them displayed in that fashion. If there are any further updates on this, though, I would greatly appreciate it if you'd pass them along to me. Meanwhile, I can promise you that Senator ***** will continue to work in the U.S. Senate to strengthen laws that put child predators behind bars.

That Senator is running for President, and while I was assured that he was working to make laws stronger to protect our kids... I have to wonder why his children are still featured on a pedophile's website, a site that is directly related to one intended to help pedophiles entrap young girls into illegal sexual relationships.

We got a very helpful email through our website today. Anyone wanting to leave a comment not viewable on the blog, you can contact us HERE. Let's look at this latest email and see what we can figure out about Amazon.....

"I have been following your "Boycott Amazon" campaign. I sent them an email on Thursday night (well, early Friday morning) regarding "the Rake's" book. That evening they had 2 listings for the book, one which had 9 negative reviews. Today the listing with the negative reviews has been made unavailable....... I am trying to find a cached version of the first page, but I thought I would let you know in case you had one and wanted to highlight this effort by Amazon to quash any negative publicity about this so-called "book". Even though I am a Prime Member and spend a significant amount of money on Amazon each year (not any more!), they responded to me with a similar form letter regarding their policies on censorship.

Now we see that while they don't believe in censoring material they offer, they don't have a problem with censoring their reviewers.

None of the comments were offensive (i.e. containing obscene language), they just exposed this book for the trash that it is. I am also planning to write letters to several major newspapers in my area and also try to contact Amazon's investors.

Wow! Amazon Expose at it's finest! Amazon wouldn't remove a child molesters book, claiming they opposed censorship, but they WILL censor your comments about it. Isn't that interesting? Their refusal to remove it wasn't about the protection of free speech AT ALL! It was about harboring child predators. And they are GUILTY as charged!

Look at the link again. The search results for the book. The only one showing available for purchase is the one published by iUniverse in association with Barnes & Noble. They cancelled their contract with Viamund after the first few copies were printed. Viamund then moved on to BookSurge (owned by Amazon) who published his book then distributed it through Amazon! Now that the heat is on them, and after they have claimed to oppose censorship of any kind, this is their response?

How exactly did they respond to this Boycott against them?? By censoring your reviews!!

While at first glance it may look like a victory. They did remove the book they allowed him to self-publish through BookSurge, afterall. Yet they are STILL selling the other copy. Therefore, to me at least, this looks to be a clear case of Amazon doing the very thing they used to rationalize the distribution of a child predators advocation of child molestation. The Boycott Amazon! campaign continues.

We know what a pedophile is. We know what a Boylover claims to be. What is a rake?

a man who is unrestrained by convention or morality

This Rake claims to be attracted to, and have sexual relations with boys who are 14 years old. Interesting that Canada's Age of Consent was 14. You think he may be fibbing a little? Think he might like 'em 13 too? Or 12? How about 11? When Canada recently passed legislation to raise the age of consent from 14 to 16, the Rake had this to say:

I have always courted/dated and engaged in sexual relations with boys as young as 14 years old and I have every intention of continuing to do so. I will not permit this legislation to affect me and am prepared to defend my position at any time.

He entered the new year with a call for pedo-activism and a pledge for more aggressive measures. He says:

Show no mercy. Let your mind be a fortress and your voice and actions be the means to guarantee only the positive aspects of HUMANITY are permitted to proceed forward through the cycle of time. To our evil enemies : Know that the darkness of superstition that you represent will never be permitted to triumph over the light of reason that we represent. Surrender now.

And I repeat the same to him.

Let us talk about his book. Viamund the Boylove Vampyre Says...: Poetry & Haiku's by Octaevius Altair and what it's about.

"The use of raw, un-tempered, often brutal images of word convey the thoughts of the lonely, socially-isolated individuals who are held primarily in contempt; nonetheless existing on the sexual fringe. To provide vision to those who appreciate the differences that are humanity."

It is the story of an 11 year old boy prostitute/vampire and the man he "posing as father and son while traveling and slaying" was master of. Viamund is the man of course.

Not surprising at all is the fact that Viamund had a very difficult time finding a publisher. CafePress, Lulu.com, PABD, iUniverse all refused him. His British contact agreed with Lulu that the material was illegal. The ACLU refused to take his case stating they cannot MAKE someone print your book if they don't wish to. Picture Postage in Canada refused to produce his postage stamps claiming his image was inappropriate on a stamp. Some of the responses he received were:

- marketing products that may promote indecent relationships between adults and
minors is strictly prohibited
- If you do not agree with the rules outlined in the agreement then we suggest you
find another means to publish your book
- the material is ILLEGAL and a threat to the American public

Not only did places like CafePress delete his merchandise, but PoetryAmerica.com and even online dating sites and places like VampireFreaks banned him. To which he replied:

They BLOCKED my IP address but I have a mutable I.P. that changes of its own accord on a constant basis. I can therefore NEVER be blocked from any site.

So not only is he repulsive, evil and dangerous, he's stupid too. He doesn't take no for an answer. He has no regard for law and order either. He has no respect for others. He is self-absorbed. (Sound familiar?) He will have sex with young boys no matter what the law says. He said so himself. He exhibits anti-social behavior. He is a Rake, after all. He will go into websites, forums and game rooms that don't want him and try to force himself upon them. Here's a timely example.

ACME made a call for bloggers to flag and report his blog. Blogger removed parts of his blog. The very same day he reposted the offending material. And says:

This BLOG was improperly deleted by a staff member at BLOGGER who claimed it violated their Terms of Service. Somebody at BLOGGER has decided to take the law into their own hands - typical behavior of vigilantes -. I am still awaiting your official response BLOGGER to discover which of your staff are violating laws. In the meantime I will repost everything that was deleted on a separate ARCHIVE BLOG.

Violating laws?? Viamund the Rake is complaining about someone violating laws? HUH? Blogger is a free service that everyone is fortunate enough to be able to use. In other words, they have guidelines that they use. Their TOS. But they also don't have to abide by them. It is their service after all. They can close Blogger tomorrow if they wish. They also aren't required to explain themselves to you. Don't abuse it and you won't lose it generally works. It's fairly simple.

Now about that book....You will find several smaller online booksellers who have it listed. But it is not in stock and they will not fill your order. Here are some of the people who have responded to our complaints swiftly and are refusing to sell this book:

And this is who hasn't: Alibris and Amazon.

Alibris is selling this book through association with Amazon.com who values free speech.

AbsoluteZero values free speech also. However we do know that the First Amendment was not written with the purpose of anything goes. In fact the Supreme Court has made clear that the First Amendment does not extend to OBSCENITY. Amazon is more than aware of the contents of this book. They don't want to get involved. The only way we will ever make a difference is to adopt a zero tolerance attitude towards child predators and those that advocate it.

I naively assumed that once Amazon was made aware of what they were selling they would refuse to be associated with it. That was before I discovered that the book was published by a subsidiary of Amazon - called BookSurge - a self-publishing / publish-on-demand service.

I suppose with Amazon.com it comes down to the almighty dollar. In my opinion Amazon has SOLD OUT. There are book stores in every city in every state. Choosing not to PUBLISH and DISTRIBUTE garbage does not make them guilty of censorship. Burning books would be censorship. There's a huge difference here. I support the book stores listed above for their integrity and sense of responsibility to the community. And while I have been shopping at Amazon for about 10 years now, I will never spend one more penny in that store as long as they are carrying that book that advocates and promotes the abuse of children. Please let Amazon know how you feel and add this to your webspace.

Amazon.com has a book for sale called "Viamund the Boylove Vampyre Says...: Poetry & Haiku's by Octaevius Altair". This book is written by an admitted pedophile and child molester (Viamund the rake), and contains pictures and writings about an 11 year old boy who has sex is raped by "Viamund" - who is admittedly 37 years old in real life.

This book promotes child sex/rape and pedophilia, and it is written by an admitted child molester.

Amazon.com refuses to remove it from it's web site. The excuse they use? "Amazon.com believes it is censorship not to display certain articles because we believe their message is objectionable."

Written advocacy of child/adult sex is illegal in Canada, Australia and some parts of Europe. Creation, distribution and possession are all federal crimes in these countries. I sure hope Amazon.com doesn't sell this book to any customers in these countries.

Several online book sellers have had this book listed. After being contacted about this book they have all removed it or are refusing to stock the book. These sellers are:

Why does Amazon refuse to remove this book?

When I emailed Amazon and asked to have my account closed, they responded by saying, "Your loyalty to our company for the past is greatly appreciated, and this loyalty is one of the reasons I am attempting to correct an honest misunderstanding. Although I understand that you requested your account be closed, I sincerely hope that my efforts to correct this misunderstanding have been satisfactory. Hmmm, I guess they thought it was a misunderstanding when I told them, "You have refused numerous email requests to remove this book. Your responses disgust me."

And I don't see how they could "misunderstand" me when I wrote, "Not only am I cancelling my membership, but I will also make sure that everyone I know is informed of your inexcusable behavior. So you will be receiving many more requests for cancellations in the near future. I expect a response to this confirming my cancellation.

I won't say thank you, so instead I'll end by saying good riddance."

I made sure that they didn't "misunderstand" me when I had to request my account to be closed a second time. What do you think, is this clear enough? ...

I urge everyone to boycott Amazon.com. If you have a membership, please cancel it. This is not an issue of free speech. It's an issue of child predators going mainstream and publishing child sex/rape stories. We need to send an urgent message that this will NOT be tolerated. EVER.

Amazon.com will never see another dollar from me. There are many other choices out there. I suggest using one of the book stores listed here who actually removed the book. Support their admirable choice to stop selling this book by giving them your business.

What Kind of Mother is This?

We all too often learn of adults engaging in illegal activity with minors but sometimes there is a twist that takes it from simply illegal to just plain strange.

Imagine that you are an adult woman with a 38 year old boyfriend, and you are temporarily unable to function sexually due to an operation you just had and you don't want to lose the boyfriend.

Solution: Give him written permission to have sex with your 15 year old daughter, and reward her with material things and a few more privileges.

This is not technically pedophilia, but statutory rape. However he apparently had sex with even younger girls which is. (In Michigan Child Molestation is under 13 while 13 to 17 is Statutory Rape).

First question: Why would any sane mother do this to her daughter or perhaps allow her to have sex with an adult?

Second question: Why would she want a man who would have sex with her daughter?

Third question: Why would any self-respecting man get involved in such a situation?

An adult man having the desire to have sex with a teen-aged girl is perhaps alot closer to normal than desiring a 6 or 7 year old, but to act on that desire shows a lack of maturity, discipline and principle. It's still illegal, and rightly so (more to protect young women - - and young men - - from exploitation than to prevent perversion.)

Thankfully, we don't drink Maxwell House in THIS house, because I buy the coffee around here. And, although I've always liked Post, I'm sure that I can find another brand of cereal for the kids breakfast. Kraft might be a little more difficult to replace, but if they are willing to pay Amazon to run ads on product pages that encourage the sexual exploitation of children- I'm not willing to feed my family their products.

Now, in all fairness, it could be that Amazon isn't really aware of the subject matter of this book filth. After all, Amazon is a huge online company, offering a huge amount of products, and certainly we can not expect them to inspect each and every one of them.

It could be that they aren't aware... but they are. We know that they are aware of the subject and content, because they were contacted about it. Sadly, it seems that they just don't care.

No Room For British Paedophiles

Derek Williams has been spared prison time after downloading an undisclosed number of child pornography images in England. Presiding Judge John Rogers cited overcrowded prisons in handing down the suspended sentence.

The reaction in Britain should be a clear signal to local and international governments that the overwhelming majority of society would much rather see a burglar walking down the street than a paedophile.

Three People Arrested for Sickening Child Porn

A Pennsylvania man, John Worman, and two women have been charged in a 53-count indictment with producing child pornography after more than one million images were recovered from a Delaware County computer.

"These defendants allegedly manipulated and abused children, even infants, to satisfy unimaginable perversions and they did it again and again and again," said U.S. Attorney Pat Meehan during a news conference on Thursday.

The abuse began as early as 1997 and lasted until 2006 and one of the youngest victims was only three-months-old. According to officials, there were at least 12 victims and over 1 million images of child exploitation found on Worman's computer, including 1,000s of videos Worman produced himself, committing sexual acts against children, like child rape. source

This monster raped and filmed infants. INFANTS.

Nothing could be more horrendous. This is why there should be a death penalty for child rapists and child pornography.

You may think that is too harsh for someone who is caught with child pornography on thier computer. I have witnessed the horror and destruction that monsters like this create. No amount of free speach claims or rationalization will ever justify this evil.

Bigotry Pt 1

The most common allegation made against "antis" in paedophile circles is that we are bigots – most paeds would even go so far as to compare us to Nazis. Surely a group that is begging for acceptance and screaming bigot at everyone who disagrees with them, will be a model of acceptance and tolerance….right? Let's see.

First consider what bigotry means – briefly it means intolerance of other people.

To understand tolerance according to paeds, today we're going to consider some of the empathetic and tolerant things they say about individuals.
