Chase Suspect Stabs Self In Hospital Parking Lot

FREMONT, Neb. -- A law enforcement pursuit which started in Washington County ended in a hospital parking lot Thursday afternoon.

The subject of the chase, Kevin T. Morrissey, 55, was wanted on an outstanding warrant for possession of obscene material out of Washington State, the Nebraska State Patrol said.

Morrissey was stopped on suspicion of speeding in Blair around 1:30 p.m. Thursday. After a check of Morrissey's license information, the trooper approached the vehicle again, but Morrissey took off, authorities said.

During the subsequent chase, spike strips were used to deflate the tires on Morrissey's car. He eventually struck a semitrailer before crashing into a car in the parking lot of the Fremont Area Medical Center in Dodge County.

Authorities said Morrissey then started cutting his neck and stabbed his leg as officers approached. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Washington and Dodge County authorities, as well as the Nebraska State Patrol, were involved in the pursuit.

As of mid-afternoon, a section of the parking lot at the Fremont Area Medical Center remained roped off with police tape.

And what a surprise that he was wanted for possession of obscene material, when he was saying things like this on BoyMoment and CJAT:

Dr. Bill Glaser a forensic psychiatrist in the area of sex offenders said:

If we had some sort of plague or epidemic which affected one in four girls, one in eight boys, there would be a national outcry about it and we would be setting up national coordinated efforts to deal with the problem as we have with modern day epidemics such as HIV.

There are some who say that we are becoming unnecessarily panicky about child sexual abuse. The evidence is that we have not panicked enough.

We first wrote about Benjamin Radford here after he appeared on a podcast with a sex offender and a sex offender defender to commiserate about sex offender laws and what he refers to as a "predator panic".

I tried to clarify some of his errors, but that's a lot of information for such a small space and I suppose I failed to enlighten him. Still, I was rather disappointed recently on another podcast when I gave him the opportunity to explain his position and he once again did not want to be "confused with the facts". Only this time it was worse. In the intervening years he has forgotten his material and he confused the sex offender registry with community notification laws then argued against them both using residency restriction arguments. My head was spinning as Radford - puffed up and full of himself with delusions of superior intelligence and thinking skills - wove a web of lies, myths, half-truths and utter nonsense.

"People say there's no cure and that's simply not true"

Benjamin Radford said.

There's a cure? Even the most rabid pedophile apologists like Fred Berlin don't make that claim. Benjamin Radford must know something that experts who study sex offenders don't know because Benjamin Radford said the facts were there. He said they were clear. He said they were crystal clear. In fact, he said it at least 5 times in less than 5 minutes. I don't know if he was just trying to convince himself or not but he's surely convinced me. Now I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that he's a lying cockroach. Most importantly, he's intellectually dishonest.

Benjamin Radford has made his faulty conclusions based upon the DOJ recidivism report which showed a small percentage of recidivism after a three year period. At first I thought I would explain to Benjamin Radford why the DOJ report doesn't prove anything. I thought I might ask him why he believes it's proof when 80% of sex crimes go unreported. I thought I might ask him why he believes it's proof when almost 30% of those men in that report were ALREADY repeat offenders - sometimes multiple times. I thought I might ask him why he believed it was proof when almost half the men couldn't have committed another sex crime anyway considering that they were back in prison for another crime or a parole violation before the three year mark. I thought of asking him these things which he clearly failed to consider but he wouldn't be able to answer. He couldn't answer because he lied. He was intellectually dishonest. He read a report - not a study - and failed to question what the data actually meant.

Benjamin Radford says that to analyze information in his "investigations"

"critical thinking, critical reading and comprehension are essential"

He claimed to "thoroughly research" his topic. He claimed to "investigate" the issue. He claimed to analyze the information he found. But Benjamin Radford didn't actually analyze anything. He read it, didn't comprehend it, didn't question it and stopped looking. Why? Because it was what he wanted to hear. That is intellectual dishonesty.

Benjamin Radford has referred to the DOJ report on recidivism and a faulty Megan's Law report each time he has spoken of this issue. But that's it, that's all he got from his "investigation". If he had "thoroughly researched" and analyzed and comprehended he would know the report he references didn't even study the topic it claimed to have studied. He would know that it was rejected for inclusion in a meta analysis for its inferior methodology. He would know that the report he references said that sexual recidivism was lower in the time frame they studied but they didn't think it could be due to Megan's Law which may be effective but cost too much, they said they didn't know why recidivism was lower they just didn't think it was Megan's Law. So while Benjamin Radford claims "Megan's Law doesn't work" and that it is "crystal clear" - based on that study - he's either lying or ignorant. In either case - to attempt to persuade people on a topic such as this - or indeed any topic - while either lying or being ignorant is intellectual dishonesty.

The truth is, of course, that the answer is not crystal clear. Consensus has not been reached and the only conclusion most experts can agree upon is the fact the registry and community notification has been around for a relatively short period - not long enough to determine its effectiveness. He has written about this, spoken about this, written letters to lawmakers and journalists informing them that they have "inaccurate information". "It's a MYTH!", he says. He's tried to influence people with information he knows nothing about, information he failed to properly research, failed to analyze and failed to comprehend. For a self-hailed "critical thinker" I'm almost embarrassed for him.

I could explain to him that the registry is not important because it tells you where a sex offender "gets his mail" but because it tells you who he is. The vast majority of sexually abused children know their offender in some way. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles, neighbors, coaches, family friends, etc. The registry doesn't give parents a false sense of security when they should be looking at Uncle Joe and the soccer coach. No, it empowers the parents to know not to let Uncle Joe around the kids, or not to let Susie sleep over at Mary's house. It keeps known risks from coaching soccer or luring kids in the neighborhood to their home. It helps young single mothers know not to become involved with that terribly nice guy at church who just happens to be a child molester of 5 year old girls when she has a five year old girl. It brings them out of the shadows and adds one more tool to try to help keep our children safe.

This study offers evidence that suggests broad community notification has a deterrent effect on sex offense recidivism, thus providing support for rational choice theory as a framework within which to explain, predict, and control sexual offending.

Why does broad community notification appear to have a deterrent effect on sexual recidivism? Sexual offending and, more narrowly, sexual recidivism frequently involve offenders who know their victims. To a large extent, then, sexual reoffending is about social relationships. Existing research reveals that when sex offender recidivists victimize someone they know, it is often a collateral contact victim whom they met through a friend, acquaintance, or loved one.

Examples include an offender who victimizes his girlfriends son or daughter, an offender who molests the daughter of a friend or acquaintance, or an offender who baby-sits the children of an acquaintance or co-worker. In all of these examples, the offender is able to gain access to the victim by first establishing a relationship with the victims parent, guardian, or family member.

Sex offenders often operate under a veil of secrecy, which enables them to obtain access, either directly or indirectly, to unwitting victims. By lifting this veil, community notification may severely limit their opportunities to form the types of relationships that facilitate sexual offending.

Radford didn't read that report. There are a lot of reports he didn't read. He only read the ones that appeared to prove the position he set out to prove. So why does he care anyway? Radford said that the "sex offender panic" was important to him because

"if you don't understand a social problem you can't fix it"

But he didn't try to understand the problem, he merely tried to prove there wasn't a problem at all and that none of our tools were helpful to combat it.......if there were a problem. He was intellectually dishonest.

I believe Benjamin Radford ran out of mythical monsters to disprove and decided to try and disprove real ones. He was ill equipped to do so and fundamentally misguided. Not only is this a complex issue beyond his mediocre "critical thinking" skills which he didn't even attempt to apply but only skimmed the surface and declared it was "crystal clear". He had already made up his mind. He's not a skeptic. Not really. A skeptic would have delved deeper, a skeptic would have eventually realized that the answer is not in that DOJ report. The answer is not so simple as all that.

Benjamin Radford is only "skeptical" about certain things. Things that will get him attention mostly. He doesn't believe in God, ghosts, psychics or Big foot. He doesn't believe in monsters who damage our children's hearts and their souls. I suppose he doesn't believe they even have one.

I issue a challenge to Benjamin Radford to actually do some real research in earnest on this topic otherwise he should apologize for being intellectually dishonest and retract the uninformed statements he's made. This is not Bigfoot. This is very real. You see, unlike Big Foot there are living, breathing witnesses to the monsters that do exist in this world. Benjamin Radford has become a victim-denier.

Personally I don't think he has the ability or the integrity to do either, so my expectations are low. I believe Benjamin Radford should stick with what he knows best: taste-testing gourmet monster dung

Why are Johns Hopkins and Fred Berlin trying to save face?

On August the 17th, B4U-Act staged a symposium on the topic: "Pedophilia, Minor-Attracted Persons, and the DSM: Issues and Controversies", with the "featured speaker" being Fred Berlin of Johns Hopkins’ Sexual Behavior Consultation Unit.

The symposium yielded widespread condemnation from around the world. The criticism was so intense that Johns Hopkins' went into damage control, publishing the following statement on their website; in an attempt to distance themselves from Berlins involvement and to glue back together what's left of his waning reputation:

"Statement regarding Johns Hopkins faculty member’s participation in Aug. 17 B4U-ACT conference

There has been significant misinformation circulating about Fred Berlin, M.D., Ph.D., director of Johns Hopkins’ Sexual Behavior Consultation Unit, and his recent participation at a conference in Baltimore.

As an international expert in sexual disorders, Dr. Berlin speaks routinely at conferences in his role as an individual and as an expert in these matters. In this role, Dr. Berlin speaks for himself, and not as a representative of Johns Hopkins. Dr. Berlin is unequivocally opposed to any sexual actions between adults and children. In no way does he advocate pedophilia, but rather he believes in getting appropriate help for people attracted to minors in order to prevent them from acting on their impulses. He argues that a distinction should and must be made between individuals with pedophilia who act on their attractions and those who are attracted to minors but refrain from acting on their predilections.

Dr. Berlin believes much of the information reported about the conference has been significantly distorted. Statements made by others in attendance should not be construed as representing the views of Dr. Berlin or Johns Hopkins. He was very clear in his remarks to all who were in attendance how important it is to make every possible effort to prevent the sexual abuse of children."

"B4U-Act:" the name suggests the organizations intention is to prevent pedophiles from sexually molesting children. However Michael Melsheimer, one of the groups founders, had this to say on BoyChat about B4U-Act's actual intentions:

"Be assured you will find no current reference to prevention of offending. You can take that to the bank."

Among the company of fellow pedophiles, B4U-Acts goals are nakedly stated by Melsheimer:

"I think that you are right. We do have to go slow and not take on a radical agenda. We could all learn well by what happened to NAMBLA.

As it relates to building bridges, you are right again. There is nothing more important for our community to do. It is the only way we are ever going to be able to get any possible acceptance in the larger community for who we are as human being and what we feel is right for children"

"We have to be very careful at first as to what we say and do, so we can say do and say more down the road. We need to build bridges and coalitions. This means that we might have to cool it for the moment. Please note that I said for the moment."

More can be read about B4U-Act and their public agenda versus their private agenda, here. Some people might be surprised to discover that Melsheimer also happens to be friends with Fred Berlin:

"I have known Fred Berlin for more than 20 years. Do you know that he spoke against the reporting law in the state legislature of Maryland when it was first proposed in the late 80's? This was not a popular thing to do. I was with him when he did this.

Berlin says a lot of things publicly, so do people like ourselves. We never say everything."

Before we go any further, I would like to go back a step and look at John Money, a junk scientist and a man that Fred Berlin regarded as one of his most important mentors. In 1991, Money conducted an interview with the Dutch pro-pedophilia magazine "Paidika," below are some of the views he expressed during that interview:

"Imagine if you were a young boy with a paedophile lover. You would have to keep it secret for sure. It would be extremely difficult to integrate it into your total life without its being out in the open, especially with your family."

"I would say though that if I were to see the case of a boy aged ten or eleven who's intensely erotically attracted toward a man in his twenties or thirties, if the relationship is totally mutual, and the bonding is genuinely totally mutual, then I would not call it pathological in any way."

"I prefer not to use the words abuse and molestation, certainly not to use them loosely to mean anything having to do with sex, which is the way they are used nowadays."

"I also decided regarding paedophilia that I would never report anybody, so I simply would not even try to treat a paedophile, because the very fact that they come and ask for treatment makes them reportable."

..bizarre, but if this someone who Berlin regards so highly, it perhaps explains his current disposition. And as Berlin continues his campaign for the pedophiles, clouds of suspicion and doubt begin to form over just how much truth there is to statements like this: "Dr. Berlin is unequivocally opposed to any sexual actions between adults and children."

Little does Michael Gregg aka Zman aka SexOffenderIssues know - he doesn't need a costume. No, he and others like him are scary enough as it is.

They are scary not because parents are "hysterical or "over-protective" as he claims but because there really are monsters out there. Michael should know better than to mock this serious issue. He should know because he's one of the monsters.

See that graphic above? That's what Michael Gregg is trying to sell in his "advertise you're a demented sex offender defender" store.

What goes on in the mind of someone like Michael Gregg? If we didn't already know from reading his prolific blathering histrionics - that graphic says it all. At the moment this proven liar and convicted child molester is bemoaning the fact that parents can know someone is a child molester on Halloween rather than allowing their children to blindly knock on a monster's door. Even more importantly he doesn't understand limiting convicted child molesters from participating in this children's holiday. After all, why shouldn't known pedophiles be allowed to lure children with candy and decorations?

His logic seems to be

"Over the last 100 or more years, there has not been a single case of a child being sexually abused on Halloween by a known or unknown sex offender"

and

"There has not been one case of where a child was sexually abused by a known or unknown sex offender on Halloween, not one!"

He has repeated that over and over again. Frankly, I don't understand why he would believe that Halloween is immune. Why would registered sex offenders reoffend 364 days a year but not on Halloween? It makes no sense. Especially when we consider the study he links to by the sex offender apologist who has devoted her career to making life easier for baby rapers - Jill Levenson. Jill says that there are no more sex crimes committed on Halloween than any other day of the year - no fewer either for that matter.

I suppose he just missed some things. Arpana Jinaga for example who not only raped but killed his victim - at a Halloween party. How about Matthew Trakas who exposed himself to young girls while putting up Halloween decorations. How about Howard Ault - who lured two young sisters aged 11 and 7 with a promise of Halloween candy then raped and murdered the two? How about Victor Oustigoff who molested a 3 year old in his neighbors bathroom on Halloween night while her grandmother was in the other room. How about these guys? All repeat offenders. I have more, lots more. But Michael Gregg doesn't apparently - and we all know how sex offender dementia works - if he doesn't know about it - well then, it just didn't happen.

Michael Gregg's denial and rationalizations are only surpassed on the offensive scale by his tongue-lashing of victims and their families - a trait that belittles him as a man and gives him the appearance of an extremely dangerous person suffering a total disconnect with reality.

There's nothing we can do about that I suppose, although there IS help out there if Michael would seek it. As far as the offensive shirt design I can outdo him trying to scare you.........

The sex offender defender which Michael Gregg knows and loves - Sarah Tofte - says that 25% of all sex offenders reoffend within 15 years. She also says that registered sex offenders make up one-fifth of one percent of the U.S. population and yet this tiny group is responsible for 13% of all NEW sex crimes.

Derek Logue is a master of it. And apparently it is the ONLY thing he's mastered aside from blame gaming. Now he presumes to lecture "media hounds" on the proper use of the word pedophile and claims there can be no such thing as a "convicted pedophile". Why? Well a couple of reasons, one is that pedophiles CAN control themselves according to Derek Logue, the convicted child molester. Also according to this wacked-out-victim-blaming-piece-of-shit-cockroach one can't be a convicted pedophile because pedophilia is a medical diagnosis.

Pedophilia is also a common word. It has a common meaning which is "sexual perversion in which children are the preferred sexual object". It's in Websters. Look it up.

A part of semantics is also the study of how words evolve. My contention is that words mean what society decides they mean. "Gay" for example. This is really unimportant though because we all know that "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet" and "A pedo by any other name would smell as foul". The name doesn't change what it is.

I recognize that it is important to someone like Derek Logue however because he doesn't want that word associated with himself, despite the fact that he admitted he was attracted to a child. And despite the fact that he molested that child, and then spent years online blaming her and everyone else for his crime while associating with and defending known and admitted pedophiles - he doesn't want anyone to think that about him. He prefers to minimize:

"Very few Registrants are clinically diagnosed with pedophilia"

When we consider the sex offender defender mantra has been that sex offenders are not routinely assessed to determine if they are or are not pedophiles. No registry is going to say "he was a pedophile" and therefore Derek has absolutely no knowledge whatsoever regarding how many offenders are pedophiles and even if he did - that knowledge would be wasted on a fool like Derek.

I generally just shake my head in disbelief at this pathetic and despicable excuse for a man but then he always manages to outdo himself with attempts to lecture people with convoluted statements like this

Monroe man arrested on child sex charges

The Amherst County Sheriff’s Office on Friday arrested a Monroe man on charges involving a 7-year-old in the county.

Michael Wayne McCormick, 37, of Center Cove Lane, was charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15, and two counts of aggravated sexual battery, the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

A search warrant was executed at McCormick’s residence and a computer and media storage devices were seized, among other items.

McCormick is being held without bond pending a preliminary hearing in Amherst Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Eventually justice catches up to every one of them.

"An infant may not be able to debate topics such as this due to a lack of experience and knowledge, however once a child has learned the basic faculty of language, they CAN make decisions about what feels wrong and what feels right. For that matter a child's decisions about this will tend to be much more 'correct' when you get right down to it than an adults, because their decisions are not biased by years of being told what is right and wrong and told how to feel by society and the media. This is the point that I've been trying to make in my posts... that children KNOW what they want and KNOW what feels right."

I suppose Brandon probably doesn't have to worry about hiding anything, at least not financially; You see, the online web-based company that employs him is none other than Amazon.com, as in pedophile-books-for-sale-amazon.com.

We last highlighted Amazon's sale of books promoting pedophilia back in February 2007; Where Amazon was (and still does) sell the book of pedophile activist, Viamund the Rake, next to other pro-pedophile books such as "Understanding Loved Boys and Boylovers" or "Daddy's Little Boy," titles that you'd expect to find advertised in a NAMBLA Bulletin, rather than on a website which also markets books for children.

We weren't the first to pick up on Amazons sale of books promoting child abuse, you can read more about that here. And more recently Concerned Women for America has caused a stir regarding Amazons planned sale of the DVD "Hounddog," a movie which features scenes where a child is raped.

What's also interesting to note, is the case of Michael Williams, who was convicted in a Florida federal court for promoting child pornography on the Internet.

As part of a 2004 sting operation, an undercover Secret Service agent (using the screen name "Lisa--n--Miami") communicated with Williams in an Internet chat room. Williams allegedly wrote, "Dad of toddler has 'good' pics of her an (sic) me for swap of your toddler pics, or live cam." He posted nonpornographic photos of a young girl and claimed he had "hc," or hard-core, kiddie pictures, prosecutors contend.

A coalition of free speech and commercial interests were supporting Williams' constitutional claims, including the Free Speech Coalition, online media retailer Amazon.com and National Coalition Against Censorship.

Frighteningly, in Amazon.com's zeal to support Williams, they went so far as to ask the court "to overturn the law, saying it would restrict protected speech and allow for prosecution even if actual child pornography did not exist."

But Scalia methodically dismissed each of the hypotheticals raised by challengers and the appeals court, including whether movies that purported to show underage sex -- or even advertisements for such movies -- would violate the law. "We think it implausible that a reputable distributor of Hollywood movies, such as Amazon.com, believes that one of these films contains actual children engaging in actual or simulated sex on camera; and even more implausible that Amazon.com would intend to make its customers believe such a thing," he wrote.

What exactly is Amazon.com's vested interest in child pornography? Why are they so concerned about their right to distribute it?

Allow me to introduce you to Kevin Morrissey or as he's known to his fellow perverts, "Boimatt." Kevin is a very prolific member of the online pedophile community, having held a position as a moderator on the notorious "BoyMoments" website and worked as an administrator on another forum for the sexually disordered, known as "Church of Jesus Among the Teachers."

Kevin has some interesting opinions, here's what he thinks of age of consent laws:

"i find it hard to understand that we accept that two 14 year old boys can intelligently explore their sexuality, yet those same two 14 year olds cannot explore their sexuality with a loving caring adult. It makes no sense whatsoever that the same two boys cannot engage an adult in their decision, and even turn to them for activity."

It actually makes a lot of sense when you consider that any "loving caring adult" wouldn't take advantage of children to satisfy their disgusting sexual urges. Children don't turn to adults for sex and we've already seen Kevins handicap when it comes to interpreting childrens behavior.

This next one will come as surprise to you all:

"I know there are strong opinions on this board both ways about CP. I am sure there are members who are avid collectors."

Kevin has a lot of questions about child pornography, he continues...

So does having CP, viewing, or enjoying it make you a bad person? How? Does it make the producer of it bad? How?

York University researcher charged in child porn network commits suicide

TORONTO - A York University research fellow who killed himself after being charged with child pornography offences likely couldn't live with his tarnished image, a colleague says.

Police said Richard Dyde committed suicide Thursday at age 47 — one day after his arrest was made public.

Police announced on Wednesday that Dyde was among 57 men charged in connection with an international child pornography network.

York University spokesman Alex Bilyk said Dyde had been on leave from his job at the Toronto-based university since his arrest.

Police have said hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of child pornography images were traded by the network in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Police said 25 children victimized by the network were rescued, including a dozen in Canada, during the year-long investigation known as Project Sanctuary.

Those arrested included 25 Canadians, 26 Americans and six Europeans. Together, the 57 men faced 218 charges.

Boycott Amazon Blows up!

I would have loved to have seen the expression on Jeffrey Bezos' (pictured right - Amazon.coms owner) face when he saw the news.

As you've all probably noticed by now, Amazon.com is finally taking the heat it deserves in the media, as a firestorm of outrage spreads about Amazon.com selling books promoting child molestation. Others are calling for a boycott of Amazon.com, while the Amazon.com public relations team realizes that their woefully inadequate form letter only makes a bad situation become an incendiary one.

Events have spiraled into what can now only be described as a complete and total disaster for Amazon.com, with their failure to put ethics over personal greed...

It appears that Amazon.com has since removed the book in question. Shamefully the only motivating factor behind its removal would be the significant amount of financial damage it's done to the company and it's reputation overnight.

What I would like to see in the media, would be more of an emphasis on the other pro-pedophile publications for sale on Amazon.com, books like those by pedophile activist Thomas O'Carroll, Viamund the Rake, NAMBLA and Geoffrey Leonard. But I'm not complaining. :)

Update - Based on information provided by Wikisposure, Jerry Ray was arrested on child pornography charges; he was found to have horrific videos that included very young children being raped and forced to perform sexual acts. Ray subsequently committed suicide while out on bail, rather than face the legal consequences of his choice to prey on children.

We would like to thank the Stone County Sheriff's Office for their concern and dedication. Children in the SCSO's jurisdiction are fortunate to have such fantastic law enforcement watching out for them.

Other "childlovers" should look to Jerry Douglas Ray AKA Childdriver as an example and do the right thing. And hey: why wait for law enforcement to find you first?

Randy English, the new COO of Sosen has decided to make a splash and draw attention to himself.

Since I'm relatively positive that it is virtually impossible for him to actually believe the demented things he's written, I'm left with the opinion that he's saying them with the sole purpose of deflecting attention away from the CEO - Mary Duval and the demented things that she says.

I believe Randy must be jealous of Mary being "at the top". She says she's "at the top". She says we rocketed her "to the top".

I'm not quite sure yet what she's "on the top" OF, but I think Randy must be jealous of it. Why else would he say these things?

Randy English has joined the long historical line of those who have enabled child sexual abuse. From the notorious Catholic Church pedophile cover-up to the Boy Scouts of America: Sosen wants to silence victims of sexual crimes.

"...we also know that it is not healthy for a family who has been devastated by a loss such as this to be cast into the spotlight, rather than having time to deal with the pain and anger in order to recover mentally and emotionally. Their pain and anger begins to rule their lives. It becomes who they are and only they know the true toll it is taking on them."

This is a continuing theme among the radical extremists of Sosen - to point the finger at victims and tell them they aren't doing it right. They aren't recovering correctly or well enough or soon enough or in a way that they deem appropriate. That victims who aren't interested in rationalizing on behalf of an offender are "haters", not "true survivors", not "true victims" or "not moving on".

Instead of focusing endlessly on bashing, blaming, distracting, rationalizing, justifying and harvesting any and all comments that they believe is favorable to "their side" as Kevin Meier refers to it - they should be focusing on identifying what is wrong with THEM and their own movement - what are they doing wrong? What behaviors and attributes do they encourage, foster and nourish within Sosen.....ways of thinking that not only led those offenders to offend in the first place but also which may lead to re-offense if maintained. Distortions which also damage the very points they are trying to make.

The mission statement of Sosen says:

"At SOSEN, we do not condone what former offenders have done. In many cases the harm done by former offenders is horrendous. No one can take that away. However, we feel that with proper treatment the victims can move on with their lives and put the pain and anger behind them. We know that this is the best thing for them as many members of SOSEN are former victims who have reached out for healing and now live normal productive lives."

The truth is, of course, that the only victims associated with Sosen are those who are now offenders themselves or are associated with - and advocating for an offender. Don Sweeney (a sex offender therapist turned activist) who Mary claims is an "expert" told her how amazing it was to him how many offenders went on to marry victims of child sexual abuse. But that's not amazing at all. It is a fact that offenders have a talent for targeting those most vulnerable to their manipulations. They find victims who ARE the most vulnerable and they marry them and begin another co-dependent relationship. The victims who are the strongest of all are those who don't fall prey again to this garbage, who speak up and tell their story without making excuses for their offender, who do support strict management of people who have committed these horrible crimes and in return for their strength and commitment are faced with a daily barrage of victim-bashing, mockery, badgering, and blatant victim-blaming. And yet they carry on. They ARE the "true survivors" to use Mary's term.

Common sense tells us that this issue must be victim-centered. The experts agree. And yet Randy English says this:

"It is time to bring in the experts and remove the decision making process from grieving families and politicians that have a political bias. Though we sympathize with their cause and feel angry that this has happened to their children, they are ill-equipped to make good choices when it comes to managing issues that are exceedingly diverse."

Does Randy believe, that as an offender himself, he is better equipped to make decisions on these issues? Randy, along with all the Sosenites keep referring to "the experts" and yet experts all agree that everything we do regarding the management of sex offenders MUST be victim-centered.

Not sex offender-centered.

Randy English once wrote:

"I would like to thank the ACLU for standing up for the truly weak, the RSO’s"

I was reminded of the infamous statement from Zman:

"Why can't we let the police do their job, and let PJ geeks get real jobs? They could be protecting the country with their hacking skills or something, yet they want to go after defenseless child predators instead of OSAMA, terrorists or other hackers!"

Victims of sexual abuse are "haters" and the offenders who created the victims are the weak and defenseless. That is the attitude of the extremists of Sosen.

When we consider that the mission statement of Sosen says:

"The mission of SOSEN is to educate the public, media, law-enforcement, and legislators regarding the facts, based on current research, of sexual abuse."

Then I am quite sure that Randy English would be interested in fixing some of the errors he has made when quoting "facts".

Error #1

Treatment has been proven to reduce recidivism to 1%

Treatment has not been proven to reduce recidivism AT ALL. Some studies show a reduction, some studies show no reduction. None of them show a reduction to ONE PERCENT

Error #2

Pedophilia is the sexual desire for a prepubescent child, and rare among offenders. Less than 1%.

This is an invented statistic pulled from someone's backside. There is no such statistic. There cannot BE such a statistic in existence considering the fact that most sex offenders haven't been "assessed" - according to Mary Duval. One-third of all sex crimes are committed against prepubescent children. While we can all agree that not everyone who molests a child would fit a psychiatric diagnosis of pedophilia, why would anyone believe that only 1% of them were? Randy English has no reference for that statistic, just as Tom Madison and Mary Duval didn't when they repeated it. In fact, the offenders in the infamous DOJ recidivism report they all rely on states quite clearly that 60% of the offenders had victims under the age of 13.

Error #3

Re-offense rate averages, for auto theft -78.8%, possession/sale of stolen property -77.4%, burglary -74%, robbery -70.2%, larcenist -74.6%, sex offenders - 3.5%.

That is from the Department of Justice and on it's face that's a true statement regarding what was in the report. What Randy English didn't tell you is that the report ALSO said that 78% of the released sex offenders in that report had ANOTHER previous conviction before the crime they were released for. In other words, they were already recidivists. And 28% of them had 2 or more previous convictions for sex crimes. How do you incorporate the information that at least one-fourth of them had already re-offended with another sex crime before this release - into the recidivism data? How do you use the statistic from the DOJ that only 5% of those offenders re-offended with a new sex crime within 3 years of release when 25% of them already had a history of sexual recidivism? Which leads to the next error Randy has made

Error #4

A study from the department of Justice found that about 94.7% of former offenders will not commit ANY other crime.

That study from the Department of Justice found that within 3 years 43% of sex offenders had committed another crime though not necessarily a sex crime. One-fourth of those were for property crimes and one-fourth were for violent crimes. THAT is what the Department of Justice said.

Staying in the closet enabled child sexual abuse to flourish and continue. The most important voice of all in this issue is the voice of those who have been victimized. Victims will no longer be badgered and shamed into silence. It is time for the culture of silence to end.

Yesterday I went over to see Mary's mom, Ann, and immediately Mary jumped into my arms and mentioned something about swimming. I had told Ann the day before that I wanted to take her swimming, as it may be the last time this summer we got to go. Ann can't keep a secret either, so Mary was already excited about the idea when I arrived. So we went to the pool for a couple of hours, and again for a large part of the time we were there we had it all to ourselves. Mary has this habit of clinging to me while she's in the pool, which can be charming sometimes and annoying at other times. But I didn't mind it yesterday; I was in a good mood all day.

Later we went back to my house, and I set Mary up on my computer playing games. She loves the pinball game that comes with Windows, as well as Minesweeper, although she still hasn't completely grasped the concept of the latter. I made some pizza rolls and we had a great time just hanging out. Later, after I took her home, I stayed for awhile to visit with Ann and her friend. We watched TV for a bit, with Mary in my lap the whole time. She still hadn't changed out of her swimsuit, so her behind was a bit damp in my lap, but I didn't care. I spent the whole time rubbing and scratching her back, she directing me where to scratch; she was relaxed and limber in no time. Eventually I had to slip out from under her and go home because I was getting a little too relaxed myself.

So went another girliscious day with Mary. I can't wait till I get to do it all over again. :)

As you can see the process of molesting this child has already begun, and with her mothers blind stupidity "Mary" will become another child victim for this sick piece of pedophile shit!

How sad that the mother doesn't use common sense as to why this weirdo wants to be with her daughter.

And what kind of a mother would let her child lay around on a guys lap and not change out of her swimsuit?

Remember this guy? The one with the little white face? In case you've forgotten that's Jim Freeman, former executive director of SoHopeful. He's the guy who claimed he wasn't a pedophile. He's the guy who claimed he was low risk. He's the guy who claimed he didn't pose any danger -- after all he was the perfect example of "non-dangerous" sex offender wasn't he?

When Jim tumbled down the mountainside earning himself multiple life sentences it went virtually ignored by Sosen. Well, except for their attempts to hide their association with him. And of course Cheryl Griffiths subsequent attempt to cover-up her cover-up attempt.

Sosen never stopped to consider that there could possibly be another Jim Freeman hiding in their forums pretending to only care about "No More Victims" while having children sexually assaulted and filmed to order and on demand. Little children. Toddlers. Infants.

"How could we have missed this?" or "Was there anything we missed?" or "How can we prevent this from occurring again?" were not questions they asked as they scurried about pretending they weren't involved with him. Perhaps they paid him no attention because he had a little white face?

To imply Sosen must be racists and not care about his crimes because he had a little white face and that's the reason they ignored the possibility of other Jim Freemans hiding among them and implementing changes which may help prevent them from harboring another recidivist sex offender sounds pretty offensive to me. But that must be why, mustn't it? What else could it possibly be! Certainly they wouldn't miss an opportunity to "prevent and educate" would they? Which idea is more offensive? That they really blame the victims rather than the offender, that they rationalize on behalf of the offender, that they fail to recognize the serious crimes that have been committed and the possibility of them being repeated and instead try to insult those who have been victimized because they really deep down hate victims - OR- the idea that they treat victims this way because they're racists? Which is it? Does it have to be either/or? Can it be both? Could it be something else altogether? Something perhaps deeply rooted in blame-gaming philosophy? Try to think like a Sosenite for a moment and figure this out because Sosen has sunk to an all time low - even for their standards as Richard Schalich attempts a new technique. According to Richard, people who try to make the world a little safer for children are no longer simply "the haters" they are now racists too. And he has proof.......

Megan's Law, the Jacob Wetterling Act, the Adam Walsh Act and Jessica's law were all named in honor of children who were white.

A child named Lunsford or Kanka or Walsh with a little white face attached to it will attract more voters and PAC money. You probably will not see a "Christopher’s" law. His last name is Barrios. He has a brown face and looks too much like the dirty illegal’s the politicians and their pundits love to rant about.

Wow! Not only do they compare their struggle to escape the consequences of their own actions to the historically widespread mistreatment of other minority groups - those minority groups who weren't labeled because they had harmed someone else but merely because they were born with it. Richard Schalich has taken it to a whole new level.

Richard doesn't understand that these laws were enacted due to the hard work of the families of those abducted and murdered children. It was due to their determination to do something to help other children, to turn their never-ending loss and pain into triumph and to assure that their own child had not died in vain.

There wasn't a new law proposed in honor of Christopher Barrios because he was Black/Hispanic, but rather because his family didn't lobby for one. The case of Christopher Barrios wasn't hidden and "not talked about" because he was Black/Hispanic - it did in fact receive widespread attention. Google "Christopher Barrios" and your results will be in excess of a half million. It faded from the forefront however, because his family allowed it to. They could have stayed in the spotlight and kept the case on everyone's lips if they had chosen to. The media would have flocked to them. Why is Richard Schalich trying to put the focus on something else which had nothing to do with this case? David Edenfield received the death penalty. He said that killing Christopher "felt good". George was a registered sex offender and is being evaluated for competency. Peggy won't face the death penalty in exchange for testifying against her husband and son. In case Richard Schalich has forgotten, these baby-raping killers - the Edenfield's all had little white faces.
Parents of murdered children are actually encouraged by law enforcement to do such things - to focus their energy - to volunteer - to lobby - to keep busy doing something to help with their grieving process. But of course Richard Schalich wouldn't be aware of that. Like the other Sosenites he's too busy trying to find someone else to blame.

But perhaps we should look at some other faces.

How about Jesse Timmendequas it looks to me as though he has a little white face. He had already re-offended multiple times before he raped and murdered little Megan Kanka in 1994. In 1979 he had sexually assaulted a 5 year old girl for which justice meant a suspended sentence. In 1981 he sexually assaulted a 7 year old girl. He got 6 years for that one. A therapist stated that she thought he would re-offend one day. Of course, no one expected he would go that far.

What have we here? Another little white face it appears. John Couey's sex crimes went back over 20 years before he abducted, raped and murdered Jessica Lunsford then buried her alive. Of course, he'd never exhibited such horrific violence before, he wasn't considered especially dangerous. Who could have predicted what he'd go on to do? Even experts now agree that it's practically impossible to accurately predict who will or will not re-offend. Which reminds me........

This is Michael Jacques, a twice-convicted sex offender, in fact a violent rapist - who was allowed off probation early because Richard Kearney of the Department of Corrections called him a rehabilitation success. In fact Richard told the court "When I make comments about successes in sex offender treatment, I have three names of which Michael Jacques is one." Of course the court didn't know that Jacques also had other convictions........a sexual assault he'd managed to have expunged from his record. And of course Richard Kearney didn't know that at the time he told the court these things - Michael Jacques was molesting a little girl and had been since she was nine years old and continued to for the next 5 years. And of course they didn't know that he would go on to rape and kill his own niece. He had groomed everyone it appears, not only his family members but the DOC as well. He was a model sex offender alright. He also had a little white face.

This is Jon Savarino Schillaci aka Dylan Thomas. An unremorseful pedophile - in fact an activist for pedophiles and one time webmaster of BoyChat. Jon served 10 years in prison for the sexual assault of two boys - twins - when he was a teenager. While in prison he earned two Master's degrees. He spoke several languages fluently, was an accomplished pianist and disturbingly articulate - for a filthy pedophile. After capturing the attention of a woman who was taken by his poetry that was printed in a prison publication he managed to convince her that he was reformed, regretted his mistakes and wanted to make a new life. She agreed to help him. She allowed him to move in with her family, he registered as a sex offender, enrolled in a doctoral program at a nearby university and gave her 5 year old son piano lessons. He also downloaded child pornography and repaid her kindness and willingness to give him a chance by molesting her son. He had a little white face.

Shall I continue? Here is John Gardner. A registered sex offender in fact a child rapist who was considered low risk to re-offend. He's confessed to raping and murdering 17 year old Chelsea King and 14 year old Amber Dubois and attempting to rape a woman. He has a little white face.

This is Joseph Duncan. His first recorded sex crime occurred when he was 15 years old. In that incident he raped a 9-year-old boy at gunpoint. He was sentenced as a juvenile and sent to Dyslin's Boys' ranch in Tacoma, where he told a therapist that he had bound and sexually assaulted six boys. He also told the therapist that he estimated that he had raped 13 younger boys by the time he was 16. He went on to murder an entire family, kidnapping 9 year old Dylan and 8 year old Shasta Groene. He tortured Dylan, raped him - made Shasta watch, and of course raped her too. No one anticipated his actions. He had a little white face as well.

Here's a little white face for you. Thomas J. Leggs, a registered sex offender charged with the murder of Sarah Foxwell - his girlfriends niece. He's facing the death penalty.

I could go on like this all day. Instead, why don't you go here and see a wall of little white faces staring back at you. Little white repeat sex offender faces. It must be racism and discrimination! It simply must be, the lack of someone else to blame might be too hard for some people to bear.

Sex offenders vary widely in their risk to re-offend. Estimates suggest that 40%-45% of untreated sexual offenders will sexually re-offend in their lifetime. These rates are considerably lower than rates of re-offense for other types of violent offenders.

Kevin Meier says he is there to talk about the TRUTH not the MYTHS and he wants people to listen to "the experts". I don't think it particularly matters to Kevin what kind of expert the person is and whether or not they are speaking regarding their own area of expertise as long as they say what he likes....after all, an expert is an expert, eh?

But the problem goes much deeper than that. Kevin has made the accusation that people like us would refer to the California Sex Offender Management Board as "pedo enablers" because they are trying to "make sense of the laws". Here are two things Kevin has failed to consider. One: a person speaking about the issues is not representing the Board itself, they are speaking in an activist role and stating their own personal opinion and their words are not a reflection of the policies of the Board. Two: When a so-called expert agrees with ONE thing Mary Duval says that does not mean they agree with everything Mary Duval says and yet Mary Duval takes the agreement with the one thing she said to mean validation for ALL of her beliefs.

The California Sex Offender Management Board has made recommendations however. Most of which conflict directly with what Mary Duval is advocating. They in fact do recommend things such as GPS monitoring, use of polygraphs, residency restrictions for high risk offenders, child safety zones and civil commitment if only two professionals agree. They don't recommend abolishing the use of every single form of monitoring and restricting of sex offenders as Mary Duval does - the truth is that they don't recommend abolishing ANY of them. They recommend strengthening them and making them better.

The most important thing California can do to reduce sexual recidivism is to implement the full Containment Model, requiring communication between an approved treatment provider, a supervising parole or probation officer, and a polygraph examiner. This approach would be victim-centered, guided by policy that protects victims and prevents future victimization.

Regarding community notification the California Sex Offender Management Board says:

Alerting the community of the presence and the address of a sex offender acts as a containment tool of supervision. Effective containment strategies help to limit an offender’s contact with potential victims.

And:

Each registering agency should make compliance with the state’s registration laws a priority, regardless of budgetary concerns.

Mary Duval says that sex offender treatment helps over 95% of offenders who receive it. I wonder which expert she got that statistic from. Perhaps she would be so kind as to "educate our ignorance" and tell us where she learned this because I've not seen anything like that in any of the publications I read. But - the California Sex Offender Management Board did publish a nice summary of the different studies done on the effectiveness in reducing the rates of sex offender recidivism. Some of them showed a slight reduction, Karl Hanson's showed a 5% reduction, some showed no reduction at all - but the highest reduction that ANY of them showed was 40%. Which one of these should we believe, if any? Does the methodology and reliability of a study have any bearing or should that only relate to whether or not the researcher was an "expert"? The California Sex Offender Management Board said:

One of the few studies known for a superior experimental design was California’s Sex Offender Treatment and Evaluation Project. Final results of the relapse prevention program over an 8-year follow up period found no results for the treatment group in reduced recidivism rates.

But what about recidivism? It seems we always come back to this as those people intent on proving something which is not true stubbornly and stupidly hold on to a DOJ recidivism statistic which does not accurately reflect recidivism and they KNOW IT. Admitting the truth of the matter however would disturb their agenda. So, let's again go to "the experts" - you know, the ones Kevin says we should listen to and see what they have to say. The California Sex Offender Management Board spoke of a study by Meithei, Olson, and Mitchell (2006) that followed 38,000 released prisoners in 1994 and found that sex offenders recidivated with a new sex crime less than other criminals. In fact that study said that 56% of property offenders committed another property offense while only 26% of sex offenders were rearrested for another sex crime. The California Sex Offender Management Board says:

Nevertheless it remains true that sex crimes can have such a devastating impact on their victims that even “comparatively low” recidivism rates are still unacceptably high and efforts to reduce them even further are deserving of considerable investment of efforts, resources and funding.

What do you think about that? Do you think 26% recidivism with a new sex crime is a low number? Well, sure compared to thieves I suppose it is - lower, but does that make it low? Do you think that one in four sex offenders re-offending with a new sex crime is acceptable? Do you think that's a low number?

One of "the experts" that Kevin and Mary Duval were recently impressed by was Kate Thompson from John Hopkins, who went on a radio show and told a politician that he had misinterpreted Karl Hanson's recidivism study. In fact she said that Karl Hanson's study actually showed the rates were very low "especially for child molesters". Does that strike you as odd? Listen to Karl Hanson speaking on the subject:

"On average most sex offenders are never caught again for a new sex offense, after five years, between 10 and 15 percent of sex offenders are detected, often convicted, of committing a new sex offense. If you follow them for ten years the rates go up somewhat, if you follow them as long as we’ve been able to follow them, which is about 20 years, the rates go up to somewhere between 30 to 40 percent of the total sample will eventually be caught for a new sex offense."

And take a look at his chart:

Does that look like reoffense rates for child molesters are "especially low"? Those with boy victims - 23% recidivism after only 5 years, and 35% after 15 years. And consider these are the KNOWN reoffenses. Does that look "especially low"? Why would a seemingly educated woman have made such a statement?

The California Sex Offender Management Board says:

WHAT IS THE “TRUE” RATE OF SEX OFFENDER RECIDIVISM?

Underreporting of sex offenses is another factor that influences the accuracy and reliability of recidivism rates of sex offenses. Theoretically speaking, the true rate of recidivism may have been and will always be unknown since a significant number of sex crimes are never reported by victims or are undetected by the criminal justice system. The recidivism rate is normally only estimated from officially recorded crime statistics. Therefore, all recidivism rates, including those for sex offenders will be underestimated for one reason or another.

ATSA - (Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers) says:

Because not all sex offenses are reported, it is difficult to accurately measure the true rate of repeat offenses. However, based on convictions for sex offenses, Hanson (2006) estimated the following rates of recidivism:

Regarding recidivism in California, the Board says:

There is no good source of statewide data tracking rates of reports, arrests, charges, prosecutions, outcomes and dispositions related to sex offenses. It is, therefore, nearly impossible to ask and answer such questions as whether increased sanctions in California decrease offending, decrease reporting, decrease satisfactory plea bargains or have other unintended consequence.

No information is available at this time regarding sexual recidivism for sex offenders on probation in California.

So then how do you explain Mary's reliance on a "report out of California" that shows a low 3% number? They've said clearly they have trouble tracking, and no data at all regarding offenders on probation. Well, perhaps this is the answer:

It has come to the attention of CASOMB that there has been some controversy about the dissemination, use and possible misuse of some draft papers about recidivism which had been distributed and discussed at Board meetings and which had been posted on the CASOMB website for a time. This statement is an attempt to clarify the matter and preclude any misuse of these two papers.

CASOMB wishes to state clearly that the papers in question have never been officially approved, sanctioned or published as finished statements by the Board. In fact, precisely because they are regarded by the Board as being misleading and easily subject to misinterpretation, they should not be seen as anything but provisional drafts reflecting the Board’s work process – a process which is not now and which may never be completed - due largely to the elusiveness of the data which would allow the Board to produce a complete and acceptable statement.

Of course none of this explains why Sosen - attempting to back up their claim - would quote Anderson Cooper saying sex offenders had lower rates of recidivism than other criminals - as though that had any bearing on how many sex offenders DO reoffend. But seriously... Anderson Cooper? I didn't realize he was a recidivism expert. They sure got one on me there! Blind-sided me! On the other hand, anyone can clearly see that I must be one of those "uneducated ignorant sheeple" turned rogue vigilante out here flapping my lips trying to educate people about the misinformation Mary Duval is trying to educate them with. For God's sake, beware.

Mary Duval refers to us as "Vigilantes" who will "bring the registry down" so I strongly suggest she continues reporting these evil acts of disagreement. I implore Mary Duval to print this one out too and mark it VIGILANTE and send it on in with everything else she printed....and I do mean EVERYthing. May I suggest using bright red ink for that extra little attention-grabbing Zing! Perhaps Zman will lend his yellow highlighter. Have no worries, I'll have more to print shortly. Let's ask Mary Duval and see what she has to say on the subject - of saving one child.

Whatever we do it could help our sons. And, you know, it's a huge fight, I mean - It's us against the people and the government and so we must start with education and hopefully educate America

In the end I'm sure Cathy and Lisa agree you know, as long as we save one child it does give me a little peace in my heart. My heart breaks every day but I know if I can save one child - a boy or girl - then you know, at least I've done something good for this country.

She wasn't talking about saving victims of sexual abuse though. And of course, on later shows she mocked the idea of "saving one child" - when referring to victims.

Still. Derek has a complaint about "saving one child". So does Walter Howard for that matter. Check this out. Even if he did believe it deep down in his heart of hearts they need every one they can get. If it saves one pervert that is.

A Major Distinction

Mary Duval believes no one should be on a public registry. (Except for people who criticize her views of course) She believes the "truly dangerous" offenders should never be released from prison. She says this even though she has listed a "fact" on one of her propaganda brochures that long prison sentences make the community less safe.

I'm not sure which she actually believes - if either - but I'm going to go with the assumption that what she really thinks is that "dangerous sex offenders" should be incarcerated and never released again to the public. This would fit with her statements such as"He should never get out of prison" or "He should just be shot".

So if that's true which sex offenders does she think poses a danger to the community? She defined it:

Repeat Sex Offenders
Those whose victims are strangers
Someone who uses violence

Mary Duval has further defined a repeat sex offender as someone who has been convicted of a sex crime. So according to her statements a man who is caught for the first time and who has multiple victims and was molesting children for years and years and years before being detected would be a first time offender and the "repeat offender" factor wouldn't apply to him and he would therefore not be dangerous.

If he groomed children over a long period of time, if he plied them with gifts and attention then maintained their compliance with the abuse through the use of psychological manipulation, that would also not be a dangerous person since he didn't use a gun or knife or fists to secure their cooperation. A man like that would not be considered dangerous according to Mary Duval.

If the person obtained his victims by dating or marrying a woman with children, or by playing ball with kids in the neighborhood, or volunteering as a Little League coach or being a Boy Scout leader, a Big Brother, a Church volunteer - or Church leader for that matter - that person wouldn't be a perpetrator against strangers and therefore would not be dangerous according to Mary Duval. Someone like Harold Spurling for example.

Mary Duval repeats that we need to start distinguishing between the "violent" and the "non-violent". What would she consider Harold Spurling? He didn't meet any of her criteria.

Harold Spurling who along with his partner molested a three month old baby and multiple children in their community. Some of their victims were abused for years. Harold Spurling who had the baby in his apartment that day because he had volunteered to babysit her. Harold Spurling who was known to play ball with the neighborhood kids. Harold Spurling who had one of the largest collections of child pornography in the history of Connecticut - much of it produced by himself. Harold Spurling who put my pedo-predator-detector into overdrive with his poem:

Harold Spurling does not fit Mary Duval's definition of "truly dangerous".

Harold Spurling was not a repeat offender as Mary Duval defines it. Harold Spurling did not use physical violence to rape children, he groomed them. Harold Spurling did not sexually assault strangers. And like most people who groom and molest children, one day he will get out of prison. I repeat: One day he will get out of prison. Mary Duval wants to insure that Harold Spurling's "right" to live across from that elementary school is protected. Mary Duval wants to insure that Harold Spurling's "right" to loiter around the playground is protected. Mary Duval wants to deny you the right to know that someone like Harold Spurling has moved into your neighborhood or invited you over for tea. What do you think about that?

On the flip-side of all this I wonder what Mary Duval thinks of Donna Kistler? As a Sosen activist Donna's primary argument was that most children are sexually abused by someone they know and .... it's always the parents fault. She says stranger crimes are rare. This was her basic argument for why the registry should be abolished. Take a look:

"The problem is, MOST child sex crimes or child abuse is caused by someone the child knows and trusts such as a family member. It is also mostly due to parental neglect. IF a child is NOT left alone or unattended, such as walking to and from school or the park then they could not and would not be abducted."

We know that most young children do know their abuser in some way but I fail to see how that fits into Donna's philosophy. I found it quite interesting that while Donna was screaming "there's no stranger crimes" as her Pillar Number One she forgot about her own husband.

You see Peter broke into a woman's home in the middle of the night and raped her in her bed. She was a stranger. On two other occasions he broke into the homes of other women and attempted to rape them. They were strangers as well. Peter went to prison for 15 years, but like all violent rapists he got out one day.

Less than one year after his release he was caught trying to lure a 9 year old child into his car outside an elementary school. She was also a stranger.

So what do we have? Peter Kistler, a repeat sex offender, a violent sex offender and someone who had at least four stranger victims that we're aware of. What do you believe Mary Duval thinks of Peter Kistler? I wonder if Mary Duval would tell Donna that she believes Peter is dangerous and should never get out of prison.

A politician once said:

We're after violent sex offenders who rape, commit sexual battery, murder, aggravated murder, kidnapping with a sexual motivation and prey on our children. Those are the kind of offenders we're after.

What we have to understand is that the major distinction between the sexual victimization of adults and the sexual victimization of children is one simple word: consent.

With adults in order for it to be a sex crime you have to have lack of consent and violence. You can have sexual criminals, sexual assault of children, without there being any violence.

And because an offender happens to groom and manipulate and seduce a child who cooperates in their victimization, those individuals, in my opinion, can be very dangerous. They are the most persistent and prolific of all known child molesters.

And to simply exclude individuals who happen to groom and seduce adolescent children doesn't make any sense to me.

Respecting Victims

On her most recent podcast Mary Duval AKA Tikibug states that her only goal is to protect children and society:

"We're all in this to protect children and this is not protecting children and we had some people in this conference who were from the other side, but in the end we were all joined in one unity... because we truly want to protect children and society, but current system of laws is failing to do that, the research and evidence prove it..."

So according to Mary, "the current system and laws" are failing to protect children, laws like this...

"Well I think that sometimes they're taking away the girls rights, you know? I... At 13, 14, I mean, I remember, I knew what I wanted, you know? And mom and dad wasn't going to tell me what to do and I think they're taking away these girls rights, the right to choose, and you know? to their own decision about their own body.
I mean, Angela's right you know? We no longer have the right to raise our children, I mean, if we sat here today and said 'well, my 13-year-old daughter can have sex with John Doe, whose her boyfriend, whose 16' - nope, afraid not parents - the government tells you when your child can have sex, the government tells you, you know? what school your child has to go to, because of the school zones, they have to go to a certain school and... the government has too much power"

Now the question which I can't help but ask is: What kind of a person would be complaining about age of consent laws that make it illegal for bad-parents to allow whoever they want to have sex with their 13 year old child?

While you're pondering that one, here's another comment from Marys latest show:

"But you do have those who have completely been traumatized by the events that happened to them and they're not able to move forward and if they do move forward, they, they still have a lot of anger and who can blame them? You know? Especially when it's something very violent like a rape, so, eh, you know? There's always going to be a few who're so traumatized that it's always going to affect their lives and any sex crime will always affect your life, I mean obviously, I'm always very cautious around, um, strangers, you know? Even as an adult, I'm obviously, you know? Very cautious, but we each deal with it very differently and so, yea, we must always respect the victim, um, no matter what, we must, you know? Protect them, but the registry is not protecting them under its current system"

We must always respect the victim... then I wonder whether this is how Mary shows her respect:

Mary Duval: "Well, I recently had a friend who spoke to a politician in Louisiana and he, you know? the politician said, 'well, we can't look soft on sex offenders because the victim never has a, you know, has a, a, eh, chance, you know? the victim suffers for life."

Walter Howard: "That's not true!"

Mary Duval: "That ludicrous, that's right, that's ludicrous. Ok, you know? I, I'm.. you know? Abusing a child is wrong. It's dead wrong, but you know? Victims, you know? They, they get treatment, they get help, they can move on. You know? We all have to move on, at some point we all suffer a tragedy in our life, are we saying that we're going to, you know? Sit around and always be a victim? Or are we going to take our life back and move forward. You know? and it, just blows me away that this politician said that, but that goes to show the hate in this country and that is a politician who is actually making laws in Louisiana"

In complete agreement with a convicted child rapist and member of the pro-pedophilia forum "Boylover.net" (Walter Howard AKA TMaximus95), Mary says it's "ludicrous" that a victim would be affected for life after being sexually abused and then goes on to say that she's "blown away" by the "hate" that a politician has for understanding this.

At Your Expense

Kelly Piercy writes:

Kelly is always trying to give sexual criminal defenders tips and techniques for deception. "use this argument" or "use that argument" he'll say. It never gets them very far of course because Kelly Piercy is a convicted sexual criminal himself - and it appears to me he's still thinking like one. How could he possibly know or understand what will resonate with people?

I don't know about you, but the "cost factor" of the registry doesn't faze me. You can't put a price on the well-being of children. Tell people they'll have a fee added to their income tax every year to cover the cost of the registry and they'll say "Sure, how much?", as they pull out their checkbooks. Once again Kelly Piercy is giving people faulty information. Telling people the registry is too expensive just won't help him especially when the person saying it distributed child pornography on his own website and has a nasty little habit of saying things like:

"Do not show how it hurts a person on the registry who is not a risk, show how it raped and murdered Chelsea King."

What is the personal code of ethics for a man such as Kelly Piercy - or does he even have one? Kelly Piercy blamed the rape of 13 year old Samantha Geimer on her mother. He blamed the death of Adam Walsh on his mother. Now he blames sex offender laws for the death of Chelsea King. As I've said before, even blame-gaming has limits which should not be crossed. Perhaps someone needs to educate his ignorance, as Mary Duval always says.

In addition to his continued thinking errors I am reminded of other conduct of his. Once while working with Walter Howard they were trying to figure out ways to lure people into helping them pay for their propaganda dissemination. They wanted to convince people who had OTHER concerns like education reform, Veteran's issues, healthcare - to join their fight - without telling them that the primary ultimate goal was to abolish sex offender laws. Walter determined the cost would be $60,000 just to get started printing their brochures. But Kelly Piercy says he's already started printing his.

And yet now while teaching sexual criminal defenders how to frame an argument - he wants them to use the "it's too expensive" complaint?

It sounds to me like Kelly Piercy is a thief. He didn't commit armed robbery against the American People by pointing a gun at their heads and saying "give me your printing materials or I'll shoot". No, he took advantage of the situation with premeditation and total disregard for "rightness" or "wrongness" and apparently believed he could just slide under the radar and go undetected. That's how the criminally minded operate.

Would you trust that man around your children? Would you trust him in your home? I wonder what he might steal next, a child's innocence? A credit card? Perhaps something inexpensive but sentimental? It does not matter. THINGS are not there for the taking to people who have no right to them. Images of adults abusing little children is one of those things. American tax dollars is another.

But let us not forget that Kelly Piercy has his own proposal for increasing public safety. He wants sex offenders removed from the registry and their information expunged from the system. He wants judges to order them to treatment without incarceration. He does not want anyone to know that someone has raped a woman, or molested children, or ran websites distributing child pornography for that matter.

I have a better plan, I'd like to amend Mr. Piercy's proposal to affect a positive change and reduce recidivism.

All defendants convicted of sexually abusing a child must be remanded to prison for life.

All registries should be abolished IMMEDIATELY and the funds allocated to said registries should be redirected to state prisons.

Any convicted sex offender in prison who is released before his 90th birthday should be held in a civil commitment center.

It actually serves as a good example of how there's no accountability for people which have committed sex offenses on her show and how much Mary really knows about "prevention and education" (if anyone ever had any doubts). The Limits of Blame-Gaming

Remember Remsen Benedict? He was sentenced yesterday to six and a half years for possession of child pornography.

Just like Robert Hochulski's family, Remsen's wrote letters bragging on his community service, his dedication to the Boy Scouts and Big Brother as though that should somehow absolve him and earn him a lighter sentence. I find it fascinating actually and shows the families are still in denial.

The fact that Remsen was a Scout leader and drove a school bus has to do with the fact that he's a pedophile who sought ways to be around little boys. It's even more reason to make sure he's never around little children again.

And he won't be. Legally anyway.

After Wikisposure notified the school district and Boy Scouts of America regarding Remsen's internet pedophile activity, such as membership at sites like Boylandonline, Bliss, BoysMagicWorld, Boys Scout Camp, Boylover.net and BoyMoment - his computer was seized and forensic analysis revealed

hundreds of videos and thousands of child abuse images - the equivalent of 22,275 images under the sentencing guidelines. The images and videos showed prepubescent and pubescent children being sexually assaulted and molested by adults, as well as children engaging in sexual acts with other children under the direction of adults.

When Remsen is released he'll have to register as a sex offender. His internet activity will be restricted and he'll be required to stay away from anyone under the age of 18. It is a part of his sentence and is absolutely imperative so that no parent who is aware of just exactly what Remsen is will ever trust their child around him.

Another thing I found especially interesting regarding the case of Remsen Benedict is how much something Mary Duval has talked about reminded me of him.

You see, Mary has a friend who won't allow her daughter to ride the Church bus unless there is someone else on the bus. Mary claimed her friend was hysterical and had "a hate-on for men"

Mary claimed the bus driver was a fine upstanding member of the community, an elderly gentleman without a criminal record, a father, a grandfather and that her friend was hysterical. Mary repeated this story at least 4 times that I know of. Lenore Skenazy agreed with Mary.

But ya know? I didn't think it was hysterical at all. No, I thought about Remsen. He was a "fine upstanding member of the community" as well. He had no criminal record. He was a father, a grandfather - he drove a school bus.

I wondered what Mary might know about the church bus driver that other people don't? Since she's so sure of how safe he is that she mocks her "friend" to multiple guests on her show she must have some sort of inside and all-knowing information regarding him.

But there's one guest Mary had that she didn't tell the story to and that's Margie Slagle. You see Margie as an attorney works tirelessly to get sex offenders off the registry and other sex offender related activity. Margie is on their "side". But Margie said

Now I know that 93% of all sex offenses occur because we as parents have trusted the offender with our child so I'm far more worried about who I trust my children with than I'm worried about a list.

When my son took guitar lessons at first I'd just drop him off because I thought, well this is a nice guy he gives guitar lessons at church it must be safe and then I realized what the heck are you doing take a book and sit for half an hour you moron. Why would you trust a stranger with your child?

So I have become smarter as a parent and that's the only way to prevent sex offenses against your children is to just be aware of who you trust your children with. I don't want my kids riding home alone in a car with one of their coaches, are you kidding me? You don't set them up that way.

But the registry doesn't do that for you as a parent that's the problem. Parents are not educated enough to protect their kids and if they're relying on a registry they're leaving their kids vulnerable.

I wonder if Mary called Margie hysterical? I wonder if Mary asked Margie what she thought about Lenore Skenazy letting her 9 year old child ride the subway alone in New York City? I wonder if she asked Margie if she thought it was appropriate for convicted sex offenders to mock parents for protecting their children then blaming them if they don't protect them enough? I wonder what a discussion like that would look like. I wonder if it's possible for Mary to take a stand and stick with it and stop changing her story depending upon the guest? So far all we've seen is flip-flopping. Time will tell. The fact is however, that if you support UNDER protecting children you cannot be taken seriously as someone whose goal is to "educate and prevent" sexual abuse. And you certainly can't be taken seriously when one day you say children shouldn't walk home from school and the next day you mock parents who won't let their child walk home from school. You can't have it both ways. Even blame-gaming has it's limits.

"True Victims" according to sex offenders

Should I cut myself, freak out, get on drugs, learn to shut up, drown my sorrows with alcohol? Or go on youtube and cry?

The therapy that I received taught me that I had a voice and to use it.
I am not ashamed of doing so. Possibly... if "miss Mary" had proper therapy she wouldn't be advocating for registry reform and hanging out with pedophiles and sex offenders.

Earlier this week we talked about how Cheryl Griffiths, the mother a sex offender, was bitter because a parent whose daughter had been abducted and murdered was keeping the public's attention on the case in the hopes of finding her daughters murderer. Attacks on the parents of children who have been murdered and sexually abused certainly aren't anything new from sex offender activists.

As sick as it seems, men like John Walsh, Mark Lunsford and Ron Book are considered "fair game" amongst sex offender activists for tasteless-jokes and attacks like this:

Tikibug AKA Mary Duval claims that John Walsh should be "on a registry for child neglect" and that his "ignorance shows through like a rainbow."

Then here we have convicted child sex offender Kevin Meier and Mary talking about how "hurtful words" can be for mothers whose children have grown up to be sex offenders:

Duval will probably never understand how or where she contradicts herself, but let's take this as an opportunity to help "educate her ignorance" a little and break this down to a level which the likes of Duval may be able to understand (I did say may):

Mary and other sex offender activists think it's acceptable to attack and make jokes about people like John Walsh and Mark Lunsford whose children have been murdered and sexually abused and who consequently got laws passed in the hopes of preventing other cases like their own.

Mary and other sex offender activists consider anyone a vigilante who criticizes comments made by sex offender activists trying to get laws changed, claiming that their criticism is "harassment and stalking."

If the sex offender activists consider what we say about them an act of vigilantism, then what is it when they attack survivors and victims - their hypocrisy shines through... like a rainbow.

Important Aspects

We first talked about "Hutch" Robert Hochulski here. Now his defense attorney is trying to claim that one reason he should be given a lighter sentence is because he has support from his wife. My goodness I thought, I wonder if he knows what sort of "support" she offers?

Support like coming here to AZU and denying his crimes while calling us every name in the book for harming an "innocent man's reputation" perhaps?

Well of course we weren't trying to "harm an innocent man" and of course he wasn't innocent. He was sentenced yesterday to almost 6 years. He had over 2000 images on his computer but confessed to less than 600 of them. And of course the images included prepubescent children and sadistic acts. That's a "childlover" for you.

But what I found especially interesting was Bob's letter to the judge. Not only was Bob a moderator on a pedophile board, not only did he continue to log into his account AFTER his arrest but he put himself in a position to - as he called it - "mentor" boys for years. That's what filthy pedophiles do. Now he wants to use the fact that he did "good works for boys"? And HEY! not only Bob, but all his family and friends used the same reasons to the court. "Bob is a GOOD man" and "Bob has done so much work for children" and "I was shocked when I heard and I know that he's sorry and would never do it again"

Funny, that's what Joseph Duncan's friends said about him as well.

He did this from multiple computers and from multiple places - including from his job at the after school program he ran. NOW Bob says he's sorry, not for the children he harmed but for his family. Funny how they always find God when they want to be saved from prison. But if we've learned anything from all the pedophiles who love to blabber off their mouths it is this: pedophiles cannot and will not change. Bob will spend his 5 years and 8 months in prison and return to the loving enabling arms of his wife. When he does: he'll still be a pedophile. Mark your calenders, I have a feeling we'll be seeing Bob again one day.

A Red Flag

Jarred Harrell was arrested today for the murder of Somer Thompson.....among other things.

You may recall little Somer was abducted while walking home from school with friends last October. Somer was 7 years old. Her body was found in a landfill a few days later.

On a related note, I argued with Cheryl Griffiths on a news article about it when Cheryl started attacking Somer's mother for appearing on TV to talk about the case. Cheryl - with her typical venomous hatred for victims of sex crimes said it was "over" and Somer was dead and her mother was just trying to get attention and exploit her own dead child. And I wonder, why would Cheryl care if Somer's mother wanted to keep attention on the case.... the perpetrator had not even been caught. Why?

Jarred Harrell was also arrested for possession of child pornography. If he had not been charged with Somer's murder these self-absorbed apologists for baby-rapers would be saying "It was ONLY pictures, it's not like he abducted and killed a child".

We must remember that almost all child molesters are also found to be in possession of child pornography. And in a recent study 85% of those convicted for possession of child pornography also had committed hands-on offenses against children that had gone undetected.

Jerome Miller of Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign RSOL claims those offenders in that study only said they molested children because they would get special privileges. Interesting that he knows so much about what ALL the men in that study did or didn't do. So I ask you....would you confess to being a filthy child molester if you really weren't? Child molesters are the bottom of the barrel, a scourge, a blight - the most sickening the thing a person can be and something nobody would want to be identified as.

In this particular study 26% of the offenders were known to have molested children at the time of their conviction but during the study they revealed that 85% of them had. Most of them with multiple victims. In fact, as a group they had 75 child victims amongst them - known at the time of their original sentencing for possession of child pornography. After their confessions that number jumped to 1,777. This study was conducted on 155 men by the way. And yet those people who are interested in removing all penalties for possession of child pornography dismiss this study and instead promote the recent one that came out of Switzerland. You know..... the one who used a BoyChat member as his resource for information?

Is Jarred Harrell unusual in some way? Yes, in that he actually killed his victim. No, in that he didn't JUST get caught with child pornography - he progressed before being captured. People who look at images of children being sexually assaulted are not "the real victims of society" the way the Nambla people at RSOL would have you believe. They are people with a sexual interest in children and as Mary Duval always says "That should be a red flag"

Even though the chances of a child being abducted by a stranger are less than the same child being struck by lightening, or bitten by a shark, children today are preoccupied with that fear. Fear is the beginning of isolation, confusion and hate. All governments know that the biggest threat to their power over the people is unity amongst the people. Governments throughout history have sought ways to disrupt that unity. Our government is the master of this technique. It is routine and even expected for our children to turn in their parents if they even suspect they are not conforming. Our children are taught in schools, "Do not talk to strangers, they are dangerous and want to hurt you." "If any adult makes you feel uncomfortable, run away and report them immediately." "The police are your friends."

What a great way to keep our children from learning new things and thinking for themselves. The last thing the government wants you to do is think, the first is to feel...Fear!

Spurling and Brisson Sentenced

When we last checked in on the GirlChat/BoyChat baby-raping-duo, Harold Spurling AKA Aztram had entered a guilty plea to "risk of injury to a minor, illegal sexual contact and four counts of first-degree sexual assault," and was in the process of negotiating his prison sentence with the Assistant State’s Attorney.

Now it's official, Spurling has been sentenced to 40-years in prison and upon his release he will serve the following 20-years on a "special parole."

His partner in crime, Jeffrey Brisson AKA Night Raven will serve a 45-year prison sentence.

We've talked about how Donald Shepherd AKA Emovocals a member of GirlChat, was arrested for molesting a child in Vermont. As the police investigation continues more details are emerging about Shepherds crimes against children:

"A forensic exam of Shepherd's digital devices revealed a significant amount of child pornography, police said, including more than 650 digital images and 50 videos suspected to be child pornography. Shepherd, who is already in jail on previous charges, faces 18 counts of use of a child in a sexual performance and six counts of possession of child pornography. He is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 25 in Grande Isle court.

Police said they believe Shepherd produced some of the pornography himself.

The criminal case against the former nanny accused of sexually assaulting a young boy he was caring for was last in court in late August.

In August, Shepherd, 23, faced seven counts of aggravated sexual assault for alleged contact police said he had with a boy he was caring for. He was also charged with making child pornography."

"Not long after Shepherd's arrest, Vermont State Police said their case against him was growing to a national scale, encompassing various cities across the country where he worked watching people's children."

Donald's father is cooperating with law enforcement:

"Detectives also told WPTZ.com they have been in touch with Shepherd's father, who worked as a clown at children's parties in Florida, and said he is cooperating with the investigation. Police, who will not name Shepherd's father due to his cooperation with the investigation, said Shepherd's father denied claims by Shepherd that his father took him to children's events, where Shepherd photographed children."

A man who repeatedly raped his young stepdaughter over a three-year period was sentenced to prison Wednesday by a judge who unleashed scathing criticism of the man's actions.
The Logan man, 26, was sentenced to two consecutive terms of 25 years to life in prison for one count of rape of a child and another of sodomy on a child, both first-degree felonies.

As part of a plea bargain, 23 other felony charges were dismissed.

Prosecutors said the man told the girl he would kill her if she ever told anyone.

The man's wife told the judge she knew her husband needed to be punished and to repent but went on to speak at length of how hard this situation has been for her, how she has suffered from depression and how her neighbors don't understand that she still loves her husband. She asked that she be allowed numerous visits with the man while he is in prison and expressed a desire to reunite with him when he is released and eventually be sealed to him in an LDS temple.

Allen rebuked her as well, noting that in two letters to the court and her comments in court Wednesday, the woman never once mentioned her daughter.

The girl had told her mother of the abuse early on, but the mother did not believe the child. The judge questioned why this did not put her on "high alert" for any signs of something wrong.

"Didn't you notice the bruises on your daughter's wrists and ankles?" he asked. "What kind of a mother would do that?"

Allen suggested she turn her focus from her husband and pay attention to the abused child, telling the woman, who still has custody of the child and four others, that he was "begging" her to get therapy for the girl.

It's the all too familiar mantra often heard echoing from SOSEN's camp. The mantra of prideless women who care more about a man which exploited their trust to terrorize their children, than for their own children.

These women are an enigma to me. And for their children they're unfortunately often all they have; It's unfair they should have to suffer as a result of their mothers lack of integrity. These children deserve much better than to be stuck with garbage parents like that.

Something about Mary

Mary Duval - "The Bug" once said that she "educated her ignorance" and we could have almost felt sorry for her if we hadn't been laughing so hard.

But it's only funny in a "laugh-at-the-idiot" sort of way. She's really not funny at all. No. She's dangerous. It appears I'm going to have to "educate her ignorance". I simply must because there's just something about Mary that makes me want to vomit.

I'm not quite sure if it is just her victim bashing language, her pedo apologetics, her blame-gaming, her encouragement of pro-offending attitudes or merely her enabling behavior that always leaves me with the feeling that I found a cockroach in the bottom of my soup bowl...after I ate the whole thing.

But whatever the reason for the feeling of horror I have regarding her, I have no intention of being "more politer" as Mary has requested her opponents to be. I think she's an uneducated blithering idiot who displays unjustified arrogance and contempt for people who have been sexually victimized or who speak on their behalf.

We won't talk so much about her more obvious errors such as telling Kennedy and Suits that Megan's Law didn't prevent Jesse Timmendequas from killing Megan Kanka. We won't even talk about her belief that if they can get the registry ruled as punitive rather than regulatory on appeal that the "registry will fall" unaware apparently that the argument itself is in regards to ex post facto cases only.

No we won't talk about those because they're really only good for ridicule material, at least for now. Instead what we'll talk about is something else... something about Mary that perhaps no one knew before and that is this: Mary speaks the language of predators. They "educated her ignorance", taught her sounds-good catch-phrases and used her vulnerabilities against her.... Mainly her lack of education and purpose in life. They found a woman with bully-bitch tendencies and turned her into a bully-bitch for pedophiles and perverts. And while I believe Mary herself is hopeless in regards to actually learning anything if it conflicts with her agenda and what she wants to be true - people need to know the truth about her deceptions (even if unintentional or due to ignorance and manipulation) - deceptions which are dangerous to instill in the minds of other needy enablers and especially of an offender.

In part one we're going to talk about living arrangements for sex offenders - specifically Shared Living Arrangements (SLA). You see Mary believes that the study Colorado did on SLA equates to clustering. Now she is attempting to educate the public that clustering of sex offenders is a good thing not only for the offender but for the safety of the community..... and of course she knows this idea of hers is fact because she "educated her ignorance"

Clustering is an unintended consequence of strict residency restrictions but no one would agree that having certain areas inhabited by more than their fair share of criminals is "good". So what is the difference between random clustering and a Shared Living Arrangement?

"The general SLA philosophy is an extension of the Therapeutic Community treatment modality in which offenders’ living environments can be seen as an extension of both treatment and monitoring. Offenders hold each other accountable for their actions and responsibilities and notify the appropriate authorities when a roommate commits certain behaviors, such as returning home late or having contact with children.

This type of accountability and support is different in an SLA than in other types of living arrangements in that the treatment provider makes holding each other accountable for their actions a requirement of living in the SLA. Typically, in other living arrangements, the probation officers or treatment providers do not have any jurisdiction over the other members of the household that the offender lives therefore there are no consequences if a roommate in a different type of living arrangement does not report a violation committed by the sex offender."

From the Colorado study which the bug believes indicates sex offenders are better off clustered together

"Since convicted sex offenders in Colorado are managed with a combination of supervision, treatment and incarceration, does this population still pose an undue risk to the public? Studies show that persons who are convicted of offenses involving unlawful sexual behavior demonstrate a high likelihood of recidivism, thereby representing a risk to the public.

A meta-analysis of 61 research studies conducted by Hanson and Bussiere in 1998 indicated that sexual recidivism was 18.9% for rapists and 12.7% for child molesters over a four to five year period."

Colorado studied Shared Living Arrangements and compared them to offenders who lived in other places. What they found was that high risk offenders living in SLA's had the lowest rates of recidivism and probation violations of any other group. Offenders living with their family had the highest rates. But how could that be? The Bug says "support" is the most important thing for an offender to have. The problem is of course that she doesn't understand the difference in good support and bad.

These findings suggest that although a high-risk sex offender may be living with a family member or friends, it does not necessarily mean that he or she is living in a supportive or healthy environment.

Recommendation: Efforts should be made to ensure that the sex offender’s support in the home is positive in order to aid in his or her treatment.

Preliminary research suggests that sex offenders with positive, informed support had significantly lower criminal and technical violations than sex offenders who had negative or no support (i.e., friends, family, or roommates who negatively influence the sex offender or refuse to cooperate with the containment team, etc.)

Positive does not mean minimizing on behalf of, rationalizing on behalf of or denying on behalf of. To illustrate this point lets look at the criteria for Shared Living Arrangements.

Ideally, containment teams should require that offenders reside with individuals who provide positive, informed support.

Someone who provides positive, informed support demonstrates:

Accurate knowledge of the offender’s instant offense (crime of conviction), history of prior criminal convictions, sexual offense history, and sexual deviancy behaviors.
Accurate knowledge of the offender’s historic methods of deception and manipulation, particularly as they apply to the informed supporter
Accurate knowledge of rules and expectations
Awareness of the offender’s potential victims.
Awareness of the cycle, offense patterns and early abuse signs.
Familiarity with the offender’s schedule and whereabouts.
The ability to enhance and encourage application of the offender’s treatment tools outside of the therapy setting.
A working relationship with the treatment provider and criminal justice supervisor.
The ability to acknowledge the seriousness of the offending behavior.
The ability, skills and tools to hold the offender accountable early in the onset of risky behaviors
Willingness to report non-compliance to the containment team

A distinct feature of sexual offending behavior is based in maintaining secret lifestyles. For this population, SLAs provide an opportunity to deconstruct that secret lifestyle and hold themselves and others accountable.

UNLESS MONITORING AND SURVEILLANCE EXISTS FOR EACH SEX OFFENDER IN THE HOUSEHOLD, A LIVING ARRANGEMENT SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AN SLA

Does that sound anything like Mary's conclusion that sex offenders clustered together by circumstance recidivate less? Now if Mary Duval doesn't understand the very simple difference between clustering and Shared Living Arrangements how is she EVER going to "educate the ignorant sheeple" like us - who actually comprehend what we read?

That was a rhetorical question Mary.

The ability, skills and tools to hold the offender accountable early in the onset of risky behaviors
Willingness to report non-compliance to the containment team

Let's look closer at those requirements. Mary gave us a perfect example of this when her friend Ms. Cannon appeared on her show complaining constantly about her sons wicked probation officer and the chaperone class she had to take which would allow her son to be around children....with her acting as chaperone. Cathy completely misunderstood the information presented regarding behaviors to be aware of and things an offender might do. She claimed "They told us when you bathe your children you're grooming them for sex!!!" And of course Mary and friends all called them "ignorant". The truth is of course that is not what Cathy was taught at all and Mary was too ignorant to see it. Not to mention of course this:

Does that sound like positive support? No, this a person that would set off red flags - a signal of danger for the offender at the very least. Is it any wonder, when you consider the people he had in his life "giving him support" that he wound up back in prison?

"Corish faces 920 counts each of possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility and 14 counts of dissemination of child pornography, police said.

Police said he faces additional charges in Highspire, where he is accused of repeatedly molesting a young girl over a period of three years. He was free on unsecured bail on that set of charges.

Corish is now in the Cumberland County Prison on $300,000 bail.

"One of the considerations of bail is the protection of society and obviously that amount of bail will keep him behind bars where he can't do anymore harm," Freed said.

Investigators said they do not suspect the images were homemade, although Freed said that doesn't make the charges any less serious.

"The victims are the children who are exploited and exploited and exploited again by anybody who views these images," Freed said."

"No one can touch me", Paul Shanley, a founding member of Nambla (North American Man/Boy Love Association) once said.

But today this fallen priest lost his appeal to the Massachusetts Supreme Court. I imagine his good friend Paul Shannon, Richard Pillard and the Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign will go into deep mourning and further lashing out at victims of child sexual abuse.

Regardless of the fact that there were documented accusations of abuse against Shanley in his file going back to 1967, and another documented complaint from as early as 1961 - and the Catholic Church subsequent cover-up at the hands of Bernard Law - the same Cardinal Bernard Law who first referred to the attempt to stop baby-raping pedophile priests as

"This is the closest thing I've seen to a lynch mob since my days in Mississippi."

Of course that was before it was revealed that Law had covered up for those same baby-raping pedophile priests for years and years. And years. Paul Shannon and RSOL/Nambla associates still refer to it as a witch hunt. In denial of things like this:

"The documents released by court order revealed both the horrifying details of abuse and the church's cavalier response to victims and others concerned about the ongoing abuse. The revelations were dramatically at odds with years of protestations by church leaders, including Law, blaming the media for exaggerating the scandal's extent."

Shanley's defense was that the victim should not be believed because of the "junk science'' of "repressed memory".

The prosecution maintained that "the emotional trauma [the victim] suffered created a 'disassociative amnesia,' which is recognized by the mental health profession as a legitimate psychiatric disorder."

Paul Shanley's own 'expert' witness whose purpose was to prove that Shanley's victim could not have repressed a memory of abuse and later remembered it (Abuse that occured over a 7 year period) also admitted during testimony:

"Oh yeah, people can forget traumatic experiences that happened to them, and they can later remember them."

"And if something happens to you over and over again, you remember it even better."

Especially interesting to me that Shanley would have the nerve to appeal his sentence when you consider the notes of his own psychiatrist in which Shanley admitted to molesting children.....TEN years before he ever made it into a courtroom. Raped and molested children that Paul Shannon of the RSOL refers to as "LIARS".

Paul Shanley was just one of the reasons for the existence of the Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign as we've discussed before. But let us keep a few comments in mind as the discussion of Paul Shanley, Paul Shannon, Nambla, RSOL and other pedophile supporters continue:

Dr. Richard Pillard and Tom Reeves - Nambla Steering Committee member, were both original founding members of Nambla along with Father Paul Shanley. Years later when Shanley was under investigation for multiple child rapes, the RSOL was formed by Dr. Richard Pillard and Tom Reeves. Along with other Nambla members like Bill Andriette. Recently when sex offender activists have questioned the RSOL about their affiliation with Nambla "Alex Marbury" stated that they should not let "Petty Differences" interfere with their attempt to abolish sex offender laws. In other words - their drive to make the world a safer place for predators.

The good news is however, that today the world is a safer place from THAT child predator: Paul Shanley. May he serve every second of his sentence and die of old age in prison.

In a combined effort of 29 law enforcement agencies, earlier this week 44 people from the state of Georgia have been arrested in connection with sharing child pornography over "Peer to Peer" networks.

The crack-down called "Operation Restore Hope," is intended to make a dent in the amount of child pornography being exchanged.

To give you some idea about the types of people being arrested:

"Whitaker said one of the more disturbing cases was in DeKalb County, where authorities found a child who said she had been sexually abused for the last eight years."

"For example, there are some in which infants are being molested and one in which “the images involve the rape of a 4-year-old male child," the director said.

“[In] previous experiences, some of the offenders have children in the home and they have been manufacturing their own child pornography,” Keenan said. “The child pornography that they are pursuing is known child pornography -- certain files or certain images.”

In another case, Keenan said agents entered a house to find that the same child seen in the pornographic images was actually in the home."

I'm watching to see who'll be missing from BoyChat and GirlChat - these people are dirt with absolutely no regard for children.

The facts present themselves, from Massachusetts:

PLYMOUTH - A man arraigned yesterday on charges that he sexually assaulted a 3-year-old girl in Kingston on Friday had been charged this summer with raping another child but was free on bail.

Joseph H. Gardner, 26, of Kingston, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Plymouth District Court to a charge that he raped the daughter of a woman he was dating.

In the earlier alleged rape, the self-described construction worker was freed on $10,000 cash bail - far less than Plymouth prosecutors sought - on Sept. 15. He had been charged with breaking into the Kingston house of a distant relative and raping a 6-year-old girl.

I can only hope that both Judges -- first, Plymouth District Court Judge Thomas F. Brownell -- who set the original bail at $10,000 instead of the $200,000 prosecutors originally sought -- and then Superior Court Judge Joseph M. Walker III, who kept bail at $10,000 (where prosecutors again requested high bail - $150,000) might find their families hamstrung by another court's judges in a similar fashion where allegations were made of their very own children or relatives.

Because.

As we all know.

When your children are anally attacked, vaginally attacked, it really doesn't mean much.

After all, they're just statistics. Right?

Child Abuser Aztram Pleads Guilty

Longtime BoyChat poster, Aztram A.K.A. Harold Spurling pleads guilty:

"With little fanfare, Harold Spurling, 40, ended a nearly two-year prosecution of one of the largest child pornography cases in the state by pleading guilty to four counts of first-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Spurling is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 28.

He faced dozens of sexual assault charges along with his roommate Jeffrey Brisson, 32, after investigators uncovered dozens of videos of their sexual exploits with children on their home computers.

“The agreement is that we are asking for 40 years to serve with a total 60 years including special parole,” said Assistant State’s Attorney Paul Rotiroti who prosecuted the cases against both men. “He has a right to argue for 25 years, but the remainder of the 60 years will be on special parole.”"

For those of you who aren't familiar with Aztram: he and his roommate, The Night Ravem AKA Jeffrey Brisson were members of BoyChat and GirlChat:

Spurling and Brisson were arrested in January 2008 after officers serving warrants for their longtime molestation of a teenage boy uncovered a child pornography stash that included videos of nearly a dozen area children.

The pair was found in their apartment with a 3-month-old girl who had been sexually assaulted by Brisson. Police also found a computer encrypting a video tape of Brisson molesting the child.

Brisson admitted during his sentencing in May he was a pedophile with a compulsion that can’t be stopped. He also likened society’s fear of pedophiles to long ago fears of African Americans or gays and lesbians and said all adults have thoughts of having sex with children.

Spurling stood quietly before New Britain Superior Court Judge Hillary Strackbein Friday in orange prison overalls and only spoke when asked a question. Spurling turned down a plea deal offered earlier in the case and was scheduled to go to trial.

Strackbein explained that he could have faced a maximum of 140 years in prison on just the handful of charges he pleaded guilty to Friday. “If you add up the maximum, it’s 140 years on these charges alone, and 30 of those years are mandatory due to the age of the victims,” Strackbein said. “The age of the victims became important when calculating the mandatory minimum. And it’s not a defense that they consented due to their age.”

The charges that Spurling admitted Friday involved videotaped sex acts with boys as young as 6 and 10, Rotiroti explained to the court as he read the allegations. Many of the parents of the children molested by the pair were friendly with Brisson and Spurling who offered free baby-sitting in their Washington Street apartment.

Like Brisson, the conditions of Spurling’s special parole will include lifetime registration on the state’s Sex Offender Registry and tight monitoring including stipulations on where he can live and work and random searches, Strackbein said.

With long prison sentences, we're hopeful that they will never walk free in society again.

Kids will occasionally touch themselves as they develop into an adult and explore their bodies, there could be nothing abnormal about it or it could be a sign of something else - in either case you're probably thinking: the best thing to do in a situation like this is to quietly tell the child's parents what's going on so they can have that conversation with their daughter... right?

"After spending nine years on the FBI's most wanted list, a New Hampshire man pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 5-year-old boy in Deerfield, N.H.

Police said Jon Schillaci fled when the investigation into the assault started and was on the run until they caught up with him in June 2008. Schillaci was arrested in Mexico after spending nearly a decade on the run.

Schillaci was sentenced to 20 to 50 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of felonious sexual assault and 23 counts of possession of child pornography.

The investigation began October 1999 when a 5-year-old told his parents that Schillaci had improperly touched him. Police later found child pornography on his computer.

Schillaci had been invited to Deerfield by the boy's parents after his release from prison in Texas, where he was convicted of sexually assaulting two 11-year-old boys. While in prison, Schillaci exchanged letters with the Deerfield family, who wanted to give him a second chance.
In a letter read in court by the prosecutor, the boy's mother said that everyone deserves a second chance, but Schillaci spit on the chance they gave him.

But why a plea agreement? Why not just take it to trial and get the biggest sentence possible? A couple of reasons:

Prosecutors said one reason they agreed to the plea agreement was to spare the boy, now 15, from testifying. Schillaci also cooperated with federal authorities, and officials said that led to more than one child being rescued from an abusive situation.

And Dylan? Well, that big talking, fat-mouthed, filthy pedophile doesn't have to beg for food anymore. I guess he's quite comfy now. He's starting to look like Ghostwriter as a matter of fact. 'Cept he won't be going to Mexico anytime soon.

The point of the book...

Earlier during the week more details surfaced about the case which has dominated internet pedophile message boards for the past few weeks: Dale Hodges A.K.A. Jagdawg and Daryl Demke, had allegedly admitted to committing child sex crimes while they were being arrested:

"Demke allegedly admitted he molested a 9-year-old boy from Dahlonega."

"When Hodges' townhome was searched, he allegedly admitted to giving his neighbor Demke child pornography."

I don't think anyone was surprised to find out they were probably guilty. That is, anyone except for David Riegel, who was already in the process of writing a book about it:

"This proposed book is to be based upon what is seen as an overstepping of both legal limits and common sense by law enforcement operatives in Atlanta and elsewhere, a matter that is still being researched, and which is in need of contributions from those affected. It is a work in progress, and the chapters, which are in some cases only a beginning, and which are available only in MSWord format for downloading, may change on a daily or even hourly basis."

Here's an update on the progress of Riegels book anyway - in light of the alleged admissions of guilt:

David Riegel A.K.A. Bridgebuilder:

"After civil discussion over on BLISS, it seemed as though the title previously used for the book on the BLN debacle, The Atlanta Witch Hunt, was inappropriate and unsatisfactory because "witches" had actually been caught."

So, he's scraped the title of the book and acknowledged the fact that those raided probably admitted they're guilty, but he's contining to write his book. Now the book is about:

"The point of the book is that the "crimes" committed by three of the people in Atlanta (the fourth had nothing to do with porn or boys) were only connected to boylover.net by the obvious and outright lies (e.g., upgrading to full membership required submitting ten pieces of child pornography, etc.)"

But from what we here at AZ have seen of Riegels 'book project,' it's degenerated even further to being much more like the other books he written: books about David Riegels own pedo-philosophy. These books have in the past earned him the scorn, of even other pedophile activists - and that was reading what he'd written before he was aware that the Boylover.net members had allegedly confessed.

The actual topic of Riegels book has little to do with the raids on Boylover.net - the actual goal is to appeal to other pedophiles activists, to adopt Riegels own bizarre ideas about pedophilia:

"It is commonly assumed that sexually expressed relationships between boys and older males are intrinsically "wrong" and harmful, and that all scientific evidence and research supports these assumptions. But any such empirical evidence is actually rare, and there is much evidence that, on the contrary, such relationships, so long as they are consensual, are more likely to be positive and beneficial."

But I've got a better idea for Riegels book: maybe he could write about how pro-pedophile comments help incite pedophiles to commit sexual crimes against children - he could even use the arrests of Boylover.net members as examples.

The Future of "Boylove"

In Atlanta, while the anti-pedophile raids on Dale Hodges AKA Jagdawg and Joseph Gittings AKA Joecool were going down, a third member of Boylover.net was also being taken into custody: Daryl Demke. Who lived next door to Hodges, as his neighbor.

"In a Roswell police report, a detective said Demke allegedly admitted he molested a 9-year-old boy from Dahlonega. According to the incident report, Demkey told the detective that he had "befriended [the 9-year-old] and attempted to be a mature male figure" in the boy's life.

Demke went on to say that in October the boy had stayed over at his home, a frequent occurrence, and the abuse began. Demke apparently confessed to taking pictures of the acts and saved them to his computer.

"After that he confessed to all this stuff," said McGee."

More about Dale Hodges and Daryl Demke:

"In November, the source also met with Hodges at his townhome. There, he reported seeing pornographic images of children allegedly stored on Hodges' computer.

When Hodges' townhome was searched, he allegedly admitted to giving his neighbor Demke child pornography. In the Roswell police report, ICE agents confirmed there was alleged child pornography on Demke's computer, which was seized."

In the days following the collapse of Boylover.net and BoyZoom, we've seen comments by pedophiles complaining about how they're no longer able to get "support" from these groups. However, the only "support" these groups offer is support for pedophilia, and support in rationalizing child abuse. Just look at their leadership - that's the future "Boylove" has to offer.

Boylover.net Members Denied Bond

According to one news article:

"Dale Hodges (pictured far left), 27, of 114 Old Ferry Way in Roswell, was also arrested Nov. 25 and charged with receiving and possessing child pornography.
Walker denied his bond Monday."

In regards to Joseph Gittings (pictured immediate left):

"Joseph Gittings, 24, of 1930 Chadwick Drive, has been charged with distribution of child pornography.

He was expected to appear Wednesday afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Linda T. Walker.

U.S. Attorney Jill Steinberg said she planned to ask that bond not be set for Gittings."

Things aren't looking good at all for the Boylover.net perverts, who were arrested along with others around the globe last week:

"Immigration and Customs Enforcement Special Agent David Westall testified that a confidential source told authorities that in October, Gittings burned images of child pornography onto a DVD.

“During the time the source was in the house, he saw a file on Gittings’ computer labeled ‘Jagdawg,’ which is an online moniker for Dale Hodges,” Steinberg said. “Gittings conveyed to the source that those images were given to Gittings by Dale Hodges.”

Despite the evidence mounting up against them, hope still echos from the pedo-refugee camps. You see, David Riegel AKA Bridgebuilder has got a plan: he's is going to write book in which all will be revealed!

Bridgebuilder:

"Glad you posted - please convey my best wishes to the other directors and staff. I am trying to assemble the "facts" of the raid on BLN for a "rebuttal" project I have begun to develop, and would be very pleased to hear privately from you or others."

He may not have facts.

Boylover.net Members Raided Around the World

While the raids were being carried out in Atlanta by ICE Agents, elsewhere in the world other Boylover.net members were getting similar surprises of their own; Like the three men you see to the left (from left to right: Ivo Cespedes Cabrales, Reinoso Manuel Aguilera and Christian Halabi Aguirre), who were arrested in Chile by local authorities along with another man, Gonzalo Hernandez.

The prosecutor working the case of the Chilean's commented:

"The important thing is that this network is disrupted, the page in which they made contact with the network is down, which is a major blow to prevent further linking these subjects, sharing information,"

In our previous post about the raids, the pedos were unsure whether "Lostboy," the founder of Boylover.net, who resides in the Netherlands had been raided. It seems that this question has now also been answered:

"Agents in several other countries raided locations and made arrests Wednesday. The alleged leader of the boylover.net Web site was arrested in the Netherlands."

And the Boylover.net server? Hopefully in the hands of Law Enforcement who are waiting to pick up their next batch of Boylover.net members. The message is clear: if you have an interest sexually exploiting children, wherever in the world you are, justice will find you too.

Bitter Issues

Sosen is finally admitting they were affiliating with Nambla and yet they still can't even name them. Why is that? Is it because this is merely a desperate attempt to change their bad reputation and they know they must say SOMETHING but can't bring themselves to say that the RSOL - Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign is the modern Nambla and WARN other sex offenders who may be taken in by them?

They seem to have a policy regarding covering up criminal activity and child endangerment. But we'll get to that in a moment.

First, someone - to use the famous words of Mary Duval - finally "educated their ignorance" as to the difference between age-of-consent laws and Romeo and Juliet laws, however when they say "We also oppose the prosecution of juvenile offenders as adults and their placement on the sex offender registry" and group that statement in with their explanation of their position on age of consent and Romeo crimes, I have to ask - is this ALL juvenile offenders or only those who had "consensual" sex with their similar aged girlfriends? Does it include people like David P. Hoffman who molested 46 boys ages 2 to 16, and 10 girls ages 4 to 16 from the time Hoffman was 10 to 18 years old? Does it include people like Anthony Cantu who molested a 7 year old boy when he was 15, treated as a juvenile he went on to molest a 3 year old boy when he was 17. STILL treated as a juvenile he couldn't be held could he? And now at the age of 21 there's a store security video of him trying to lead a 4 year old child out of a store. Does it include the original sex offender activist Joseph Duncan whose first recorded sex crime occurred when he was 15 years old? In that incident he raped a 9-year-old boy at gunpoint. He was sentenced as a juvenile and sent to Dyslin's Boys' ranch in Tacoma, where he told a therapist who was assigned to his case that he had bound and sexually assaulted six boys. He also told the therapist that he estimated that he had raped 13 younger boys by the time he was 16. But of course he had been tried as a juvenile so....there you have it.

Then we have this statement:

We are well aware that over 90% of the time sexual abuse occurs in the home in the form of intrafamilial sexual relationships.

This is absolutely a false and dangerously misleading statement. The pedo groups themselves tell us how they find their victims:

My neighbor's kid
My co-worker's kid
My friend's kid
My kid's friend

Etc.

Very few sex crimes against children are committed by strangers, of the remaining it is almost evenly divided between family and acquaintances. They have taken the statement than 90% of victims know their offender and extrapolated it on out into a blatant LIE. Furthermore the sexual exploitation of children is NOT "sexual relationships". It is abuse. There is an offender and there is a victim. So when they say:

We must educate the parents or those responsible for their care as to the real dangers.

I have to ask the question: Is this how they propose to "educate"? I won't even go into their recidivism tactics. Like Tom Madison said "It's Pillar Number One". They are very aware that the DOJ report they rely on does not give an accurate reflection. They are very aware that sexual recidivism is higher 3.5%. This is just another example of minimization on their part. They cannot be upfront and honest or their "Pillar Number One" would crumble. Their mission is based on lies and misinformation. When they can step up and admit that there are sex offenders who are dangerous, who need to be monitored, who should never be allowed out of prison, that parents deserve to have the knowledge that someone they know has molested children in order to make an informed decision about affiliating with that person - and when they recognize the devastating effect of sexual abuse, then and only then can they in any way be considered legitimate.

Now - it's what comes next that's the real problem:

We must find a balance by which the psychiatric community has a degree of freedom in deciding to bring law enforcement into a matter.

They are trying to (among other things) rename child molesters. Now they are simply "people who need help".

Would you prefer that a child continues to be abused because a person desiring help is too fearful of prosecution to ask for such help?

They don't ask for help. They don't WANT help. Here's the part they don't understand:

THEY LIKE IT.

They say they need help after they've been caught. I actually saw some weirdo in Prison Talk claiming to be a therapist and saying that according to mandatory reporting laws if the client didn't tell her the victims name then she didn't have to report them. I don't think I need to explain to you why that's incorrect. Furthermore The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers - ATSA has made it clear, Therapists are not investigators. That is not their role nor should they attempt to function as such. It is not up to them to decide who should or should not be prosecuted. Who are they accountable to?

What I would like to know is why Sosen believes that people who commit crimes against children should not be punished. I would like to know why they think the victim shouldn't be recognized and be able to get the help that THEY need as well. Why do child victims not deserve justice?

Now, let's think about this carefully. Sosen, Fred Berlin, Stop It Now! and people like them say that if we abolish mandatory reporting laws people will come forward and "get help" so they don't HAVE to rape babies any more. They also say that if victims know their offender won't be punished that THEY will come forward as well. Now how in the world would something like that work you might ask? Well if their theory was correct you'd have to have broad education wouldn't you? Wouldn't people have to KNOW that they wouldn't be prosecuted? Would it be sort of like giving free reign to child molesters? Would it sound something like this?

Are you molesting your daughter? Are you a Boy Scout leader molesting little boys? Are you preying on your children's friends when they come for sleepovers? Never fear, you can tell us and you will NOT be prosecuted!

I imagine the campaign to "educate" would look something like this:

Children are NOT going to tell if they know the person raping them - the person in AUTHORITY over them is going to be allowed to stay in their home with them. They don't feel safe to begin with! They have been abused by someone they should be able to trust! They have been manipulated, threatened and deceived. They are CHILDREN. They are not adults in little bodies.

And again:

We must find a balance by which the psychiatric community has a degree of freedom in deciding to bring law enforcement into a matter.

Would that be someone like the guy whose letter was posted on RSOL?

Letter to the Editor of the RSOL Digest (March 2009)

I want to commend Kelly Piercy for pointing out the importance of words and expressing oneself clearly.

I must however take issue with some points in the discussion of
pedophilia.

Piercy also makes good points in distinguishing clinical pedophilia,
i.e, the sexual attraction to prepubescent children, from violent
predatory non-consensual sexual activity, and advocating for treatment. He then undoes a lot of that good by placing in the middle of his essay
"Pedophile = active dangerous person."
Someone who just skims the article is going to remember that. I think you could see what I mean if I were to write, apart from everything else:
¨Sex offender (registrant) = violent dangerous predator.¨
While a small few are dangerous, we all know that the great majority are not.

Furthermore, Piercy neglects to give the origin of the word "pedophilia" which comes from the Greek "paidos" = "love" and "philia" = "children," just about the farthest thing form an "active dangerous person" there can be.

If some are uncomfortable getting into the "age of consent" debate, take heart from Piercy's point about dialog. The reasons they are a bad idea can be explained to anyone willing to listen with an open mind, but more importantly, as Piercy points out, we just need to keep talking to each other, especially when we disagree.

Dr. Rick DeMasi

That's the Dr. DeMasi - in case you're wondering - who was a child psychiatrist and confessed to HIS psychiatrist

Dr. DeMasi was precise about his desires. He was a pedophile, he told Dr. Ingram, and made no apologies for it.

Dr. Ingram told no one. Dr. DeMasi went on to molest his own 10 year old patient and Dr. Ingram? Well, he got sued. And lost.

At that point, Dr. Ingram said, he stopped psychoanalyzing Dr. DeMasi -- and Dr. DeMasi ceased to be in psychoanalytic training -- because psychoanalysis and unrepentant pedophilia are incompatible. Dr. Ingram said that by mutual agreement, their sessions continued only as generalized therapy, and his goal was to challenge Dr. DeMasi's thinking, manage his stress and thus try to make sure he did not act on his desires.

But Dr. DeMasi continued to defend them, presenting Dr. Ingram with a dubious study that children were not badly hurt by sex with adults and with historical anecdotes about sex between men and boys in ancient Greece. Dr. Ingram seemed to consider this progress.

''I was pleased to see that he gradually became interested in research into the area of adults loving children from an academic perspective, that is, he was beginning to explore the literature of pedophilia in order to bolster his arguments with me, and, in so doing, was engaged in a legitimate academic pursuit,'' Dr. Ingram said in his deposition.

"adults loving children"???? I hate to break it to him but that's not "love". It's true "hate crimes".

Dr. DeMasi was stripped of his medical license, served five years in prison and was released in 1992. His history since then seems to illustrate the deeply ingrained nature of pedophilia, which many experts describe as a sexual orientation.

In 1994, as Dr. DeMasi fought a return to prison for violating his probation, The Daily News received complaints from residents in Bayside, Queens, that Dr. DeMasi was cruising the neighborhood in a van and introducing himself to boys as a child psychiatrist. The newspaper reported that Dr. DeMasi told acquaintances that he planned to go to another country, perhaps Thailand, that was less actively hostile to sex between adults and children. In August 1994, he disappeared.

Law enforcement officials located him in Mexico in 1995 and extradited him to Connecticut, where he completed his sentence and was released from prison, without any probation conditions, on April 3.

John R. Williams, one of Dr. DeMasi's former lawyers, said he no longer knows where Dr. DeMasi is, but hinted that Dr. DeMasi might leave the country again.

Yes, he did indeed leave the country. I know where he is if anyone needs him. In fact, now he's carrying out his garbage online - still saying the same things he said over 20 years ago.

But what about his then 10 year old victim?

He resists therapy because he cannot overcome his suspicion of doctors. In fact, distrust colors many of his interactions.

''For you people,'' he said, ''this is just another day at work. For me, it's another day in hell.''

The ultimate betrayals. A parent who abuses or fails to act on knowledge of abuse, pedophile priests and pedophile doctors - including doctors who fail to act on knowledge of abuse: ie Fred Berlin. Oh but we should grant the psychiatric community the ability to decide for themselves shouldn't we?

NAMBLA members have also turned up in other legitimate SOL reform groups which causes confusion and outright disgust to many in the public forum.

But the truth is that Nambla CREATED one of the biggest sex offender groups there is on the internet. The RSOL. Say it. Just say it.

Boyzoom Members, some very sad news.

A short while ago one of our Directors, Loren, was raided by the police at his home.

At this point we do not know the focus of this action against him.

We do know his computer equipment has been seized and we are awaiting further news.

At present there is no indication that this is related or linked to the Boyzoom website or indeed any of it’s members.

As a direct result of this the Boyzoom server was shut down whilst Loren’s account and access privileges were removed to ensure the sites security, this was done within minutes of the raid.

This is understandably very upsetting for all of the staff and members and anyone wishing support with these issues raised by this event should contact the member support team in the first instance.

We will update you as appropriate as we know more.

Federal agents said Wednesday that they broke up an international child pornography ring and a large part of it was being run out of Metro Atlanta. Two men were placed in federal custody and two more were faced with local charges.
Two men went before a federal magistrate judge Wednesday on a variety of child pornography charges.

Court documents state the men helped to send graphic images of young boys all over the world.

Wednesday morning, the agents from Immigration Customs Enforcement were still at the home carrying out computer hard drives and boxes of other evidence.

Court records showed Joseph Gittings was the number two leader in a worldwide network operation a Web site called boylover.net. Thousands of pedophiles shared obscene pictures of children, and according to the Web site, members must post their own content in order to stay registered.

Agents also seized their computers and they could also face additional charges based on the evidence.Agents in several other countries raided locations and made arrests Wednesday. The alleged leader of the boylover.net Web site was arrested in the Netherlands.

It looks like the filth are under attack from all sides, I can't think of anything better than the thought of justice catching up to more pedophile activists!

As a matter of fact, wouldn't it be cool to set up a "pedochat" website, kind of like girlchat and boychat, but the opposite. You know, where we can post about it'd be GREAT fun to kill pedos, but, since society and the law frowns on it, it's not a good idea, because, after all, we have to protect ourselves. SO much fun! :)

The point, however, is that there are not just a few people who are sick of child rapists. Many would like to just blow their heads off, instead of just letting them offend and offend and offend, as we all know they do. This little corner of the internet is not the only place where there are anti-pedophiles. The girlchatters and boychatters would love to believe that Stitches=me=Jacey=everyone else, but the fact is, NO ONE except child molesters is rooting for child molesters. A federal judge has thrown out evidence from a baggage search at the Hilo Airport last year that discovered photographs of naked children.

U.S. District Judge J. Michael Seabright ruled Tuesday that the search by federal Transportation Security Administration officers went beyond the scope of their duties to find weapons and explosives.

He also concluded that a TSA officer's recollections of the August 2008 search were vague and contradictory.

The searched bag belonged to Simon Jasper McCarty, who lives in the United Kingdom. He was in Hawaii to give a seminar on drum circles. He has been in custody since his arrest at the airport.

Prosecutors did not comment on the ruling on Tuesday.

A security officer blog (the Private Officer News Network) proclaims:

HONOLULU HI Nov 19 2009 – A federal judge in Hawaii on Tuesday threw out all the evidence against a man caught with child pornography at Hilo Airport.

The judge ruled that screeners went too far in searching the man’s luggage.

In a ruling that could affect the way the Transportation Security Administration screens luggage. The evidence thrown out on Tuesday included video of the suspect having sex with at least three young boys, prosecutors said.

"You have to let that person off because his rights were violated,” defense attorney William Harrison said.

Harrison represented Simon Jasper McCarty, 37, whom prosecutors said had hundreds of child porn items in his luggage, including videos of his encounters with boys.

Judge J. Michael Seabright ruled that the airport screening that caught McCarty was improper.While going through McCarty’s luggage the screener said some suspicious photos fell out on the table. She then called over another screener, who happened to be her daughter. The judge said that was wrong. To make it worse, the screener could not remember later what they would seen in the first place to make them suspicious.

The law does allow screeners to report illegal contraband, but only if it is in plain sight while they look for weapons or bombs.

The judge wrote, “that the screeners did not confine their search as required and instead began their own criminal investigation into the nature of the photographs.”

"Once she had determined there was no safety factors in the items in the luggage she had no right to go beyond that and violate my client’s right to privacy,” Harrison said.

Three years on from the Lindsay Ashford/Todd Nickerson "Save the Children" Fiasco of 2006 and Todd Nickerson is still feeling the burn.

For those who weren't around back then, basically Todd Nickerson and Lindsay Ashford asked GirlChat to donate money which they would then donate to the organization "Save the Children" as a publicity stunt to promote pedophilia. Nickersons role in the project was as the donation collector who was going to pass on all the donations to Save the Children. All in all, the perverts were able to pull together about $1,000.00 - everything was going smoothly - they'd made the donation and they even received a letter back thanking them for it.

At that time Save the Children weren't aware that it had been donated as a publicity stunt for pedophiles, that is until Lindsay Ashford posted a press release about it on his website:

"We are glad that Save the Children, despite the prevailing antipathy against girllovers, has seen fit to accept our gifts and in so doing recognized our commitment to aiding the empoverished children of the world and enabled us to do so."

Save the Children returned the money to Nickerson in the form of a check and he also received a letter from the State of Connecticut Attorney General’s Office threatening legal action if he didn't take the statement on Ashfords website down. Nickerson claims that he cashed the check and donated the money to another charity which he refused to name (even to those which had sent in donations):

"Secondly, I decided to make the donation an anonymous one because I do NOT care to go through any of this crap again. I made a choice that I felt was in the best interests of myself, the community AND the children."

Later that month Nickerson complained that his computers monitor was playing up:

A couple of days later Nickerson's in GirlChat's chatroom boasting about his new computer monitor and other GirlChatters start to get suspicious about where he got the money for it:

Nickerson's refusal to name where the Save the Children donation money had went caused an uproar at GirlChat, who were demanding some answers.

Then most recently - three years after the fiasco - Nickerson posted his side of the story in a desperate plea to regain access to GirlChat's chatroom:

"I got a call from someone claiming to be FBI who demanded that I hand over money that was entrusted to me by GC or else he would frame me with child porn. I was terrified, and I felt I could not tell anyone because I was told he was a well-known poster a GC and so I couldn't trust anyone. It was my worst nightmare come true."

Kero Chan (a moderator at GirlChat) responded criticizing Nickerson's past attempt to reject his pedophilia and asking that he pay back the donation money before being given access to GirlChat's chatroom again:

"As for chat, you should try to set up a payment plan with us via email. Paying a small amount each month would go a long way in showing everyone you're serious about paying back the money you took from GC."

Nickerson responds claiming that he's already made payments, but lacks the income to pay back more:

"I did pay over half of it back ($700), so I still owe $600, hardly over $1000, but I guess it's enough. The fact is, I simply cannot pay it back. I can't make payments because I don't make enough money even to pay rent."

This begs the question: If Todd Nickerson "anonymously donated the money to charity," why would he be paying any of it back?

Anyway, he finishes up his post...

"Well, at the very least can you give me a temporary reprieve, just for tonight? I really need to talk to someone."

Nickersons biggest mistake of his life was ever embracing his pedophilia and going to GirlChat to begin with, his second biggest mistake was not going all the way when he wanted to reject it, cutting the GirlChatters out of his life for good and getting some proper counseling or psychological support before it's too late. Now look where he is, and all the GirlChatters have to offer is more of the same lies and rationalizations.

Some pretty bold words coming from someone who posts on a messageboard for perverts.

While any clear thinking person can tell you that any sexual contact with a child is exploitative; Dissident's whole rationalization of pedophilia being acceptable hangs by a thread on the belief that it isn't so (but that's a whole other blog post).

The man pictured above is another one of those "MAA's," you know, the ones which wouldn't dream of raping a child? His name is Michael Herbert and he was a member of Mr.Double.com under the name Abear. Herbert fancies himself as an author, and he writes stories for demented minds like those that post at GirlChat.

"This is my collection of stories, a compilation of experiences, imagination, fantasies and suggestions."

"We were sharing fantasies and story ideas through email, and she told me how she got off on stories of her daughters being raped and all, so I put a story together called "The Rape of Her Daughters." She helped me with the story, giving ideas and suggestions, and it came out pretty good.
I guess this could be looked at as a self-promotion, but I did enjoy the story. The premise is that a guy breaks into their house, ties up the mom and makes her watch him rape her two daugters."

But remember: "Pedophiles just love children, no "MAA" would ever think of raping a child..."

Herbert also shares his views on the virginity of children:

"There is a special place there where the kids can have sex with an adult, and the adults are people from Heaven, who have lived a good life and are given the gift of taking the virginity of the kids as their reward. "

There's a "special place" called prison where all child rapists will eventually find themselves - hopefully serving life sentences.

The RSOL Re-Writes History! ...or tries to

Recently 'Alex Marbury' published an article on the History of the RSOL, from 1998-2009.

Unfortunately, his article is not complete... he seems to have missed a few of the important parts; but don't worry - we're nice people here at Absolute Zero and we thought for a change we'd help 'Alex' and the other RSOLer's out by filling in a few of the blanks and by bringing a bit of clarity to some of the 'fuzzy' parts in their version of the 'History of the RSOL.'

Let's start where the RSOL comes in:

Marbury claims that the RSOL was formed in 1998 out of fear of repressive laws against mainly homosexual people:

This was a perfect environment to foster paranoia and to single out convenient and exaggerated scapegoats - like queers who spread AIDS, or sexual predators who prey on children.

It was amid this growing repression of sexual freedom that the original signatories of RSOL's predecessor, "The Call to Safeguard Our Children and Our Liberties," (The Call) came together in Boston in 1998.

"Homosexual" is not the word for it though. Check out the original 1998 post on BoyChat, which tells a slightly different story to Marburys version of events:

Last year, the brutal rape and murder of a young boy in Cambridge triggered a wave of indignation which targeted all 'pedophiles.' Supporters of the death penalty in Massachusetts used this case and almost prevailed. A national group called the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) was especially assailed, with calls in public meetings to find and kill local members, even though NAMBLA was not implicated in the crime. [Roman Catholic] Cardinal Bernard Law was quoted a saying, "This is the closest thing I've seen to a lynch mob since my days in Mississippi."

In other words, the RSOL was formed in response to the public's outrage when two men sexually assaulted and murdered a child after reading NAMBLA material.

Next, Marbury mentions how the original statement was first drafted.

Meeting both at the American Friends Service Committee in Cambridge and at Roxbury Community College in Boston, community activists who had worked together in peace and civil rights movements, and most recently in solidarity groups to support democracy in Haiti, began to draft their original statement.

Ahhh Roxbury Community College... isn't that where NAMBLA Activist and RSOL signatory Tom Reeves was a professor? Anyway, Marbury describes the founding members of the RSOL as "community activists who had worked together in peace and civil rights movements" I guess you could call them that, or you could say...

Participants included women who are incest and sex abuse survivors, NAMBLA members, anti-censorship and civil liberties activists, feminists, gay and lesbian people, health-care workers, church activists, peace and social justice activists, academics, and those who work with prisoners."

Or maybe re-phrase that to...

Participants included women who are incest and sex abuse survivors, boy-lovers, anti-censorship and civil liberties activists, feminists, gay and lesbian people, health-care workers, church activists, peace and social justice activists, academics, and those who work with prisoners.

Whichever way you fancy, really.

Further on down the page, Marbury talks about the RSOL's involvement in a rally to release sex offenders refusing treatment at Coalinga State Hospital:

"A public rally by sex offenders was organized in March 2008 by Voices of the Gulag ( http://www.sexgulag.org) to draw attention to non-violent sex offenders committed to the California state civil commitment center at Coalinga, and to a whole series of rights violations against detainees. It was cosponsored by the Friends & Families of Coalinga Detainees and RSOL. Among the speakers was Paul Shannon of RSOL, by phone, and Tom Madison in person."

It's a little known fact, but not a surprising one by now...

It really is no surprise:

Watch the video here as we see Tom Madison standing proudly beside "Starchild" as he demands the legalization of child pornography and the decriminalization of grooming children for sex.

I'm guessing Marbury didn't want people to see the post by Richard Kramer, (which he put up, but shortly afterward took down), criticizing sex offender activists for comments they made drawing distinctions between themselves and pedophiles. Marbury plugs Kramers organization in his article about the history of the RSOL anyway:

"Other groups still exist. B4Uact, a Maryland group whose purpose is to keep pedophiles from acting on their desires, and to help get public support for this hated and scapegoated group. B4Uact's position is that pedophilia is, like homosexuality, an orientation not chosen by individuals, but genetics."

While pedophiles don't get to choose whether or not they're sexually attracted to children, they do get to choose whether or not they seek help and treatment or whether they want to embrace their pedophilia and abuse children. Marbury states that B4U-Act aims to keep pedophiles from acting on their desires; however Michael Melsheimer, B4U-Act's director says otherwise:

Our site changed in December 2008 because of the statement you quoted. Be assured you will find no current reference to prevention of offending. You can take that to the bank.

B4U-Act is the last place pedophiles who don't want to act on their desires should go, next to places like GirlChat of course. But then again, Melsheimer even refers pedophiles he's come into contact with through B4U-Act, to GirlChat where children are openly sexualized and pedophilia is encouraged. How's that for "keeping pedophiles from acting on their desires?"

In closing, Marbury was right about one thing in his article: "Truth and reason can never be silenced."

First of all, if this is so hard for you to decipher, well, I just don't know what to say:

As we all expected, the last successful workshop of B4U-Act that I attended and wrote a review about on GC has resulted in a predictable and thoroughly amusing backlash from AZ, who can't stand the fact that MAA's are refusing to remain the punching bag of all those with the need to hate something, and who currently rationalize their outlet for hatred under the guise of "protecting children." The idea that we will one day live in a world where MAA's and youth sexuality are no longer hated and feared, and where the right to sexual expression isn't limited to those aged 18 or over, and where the words "abuse" and "rape" aren't distorted beyond all meaning by those who believe that only people above a certain Magic Age should be allowed to express their sexuality is abohrrent to the mindset of the modern anti. They refuse to acknowledge a difference between sexual activity achieved through force and coercion and that which is mutually desired by two human beings simply because some of those people are beneath a certain age. They insist on believing that an adult having a mere stray thought of someone under 18 being sexy and attractive is an act of pure evil that needs to be contained and denied any form of expression (and if you think I am exaggerating here, just wait until you check out some of Stiches' comments down below). I think the person from VoA who e-mailed me these quotes so that I wouldn't have to visit that website and become ill.

Okay, I am aware that some people here believe that the best type of response to the ignorant, hate-filled nonsense regularly spewed by the likes of AZ is NO RESPONSE. The belief is that giving them a response inadvertantly empowers them and gives them more control over our lives than they deserve. But I think the fact that MHP's are currently reaching out to us, recognizing our humanity, and realizing that adult attraction to those we today label minors is not some horrifically repulsive abnormality but something that deserves objective study regardless of how badly groups like AZ attempt to demonize them for doing so is a sign of progess. Those like AZ who want society to remain forever in the Dark Ages concerning youth sexuality and to continuously believe that every adult who is attracted to minors is an abominable monster who needs to be put either in jail or in an asylum for "treatment" (depending on which way the political pendulum happens to swing at any given time) is slowly but surely overreaching themselves with their attacks on free speech and on anyone who doesn't hold a viewpoint towards us and youth sexuality similar to their own. As a result of listening to some of the people in the community who believe we should give NO response to AZ over what they say about us, I avoided composing a response to them in regards to their recent maltreatment of Poisontears. However, THIS time it's a bit more personal. I think sometimes it's useful and even necessary to respond to the antis, NOT because I think that they have more power than they actually do, but because I think clearing up the record and letting the public hear our side of the story is VERY important. So this time I decided to give a response. In fact, the great success of the past few workshops of B4U-Act and the fact that more of us in the MAA community are starting to show their faces in public and the fact that more MHP's are starting to recognize our humanity and refusing to judge us as human beings simply due to our attraction base is a sign that the likes of PJ and AZ are starting to LOSE power and influence. Progress cannot be stifled, and it's been a rule of history that all minority groups eventually achieve acceptance, understanding, and emancipation despite the large number of people in society who are against change. AZ knows this at some level, and this greatly angers them. Their attempts to boycott every single company that may publish a "pro-pedophile" book or view (i.e., makes statements that do not totally demonize us or see us as something less than human or possibly even a non-politically correct view of youth sexuality) has proven mostly unsuccessful, which makes it clear that their attempts to combat the First Ammendment when it comes to those expressing views that they find offensive is also doomed to failure in the end. Pedophiles and hebephiles will NOT be legislated out of existence, no amount of demands on making an exception to the First Ammendment to censor every non-negative view ever expressed about our attraction base and/or youth sexuality will ultimately prove successful, and no attempts to ban or delegitimize art for daring to feature something as "obscene" as a nude child or teen will continue to be acceptable. A brighter and more free future for everyone is at hand, and this is something that the supporters of the current Dark Age of understanding regarding youth sexuality and adult attraction to minors sense and are growing increasingly fearful of. They live in mortal fear and anxiety over a future society where their current warped definitions of "abuse" and "rape" are no longer defined as such, and where young people are allowed to be sexual beings and adults are allowed to recognize them as such without being considered "sick" or pathological.

Now, onto my response to Stiches' comments regarding the most recent B4U-Act workshop:

1. There were no cops there yay!

Is Stiches hereby implying that there should have been cops present at a mere public discussion about pedophilia and hebephilia simply because the non-MAA's there were present to try and understand us rather than demonize us? The First Ammendment really sucks, doesn't it, Stiches? It's not enough that MAA's (and other curious folk) are currently arrested simply for looking at pictures of naked young people...you want the cops involved even for the mere discussion of the subject. Maybe that is one of the reason the antis are becoming less popular and less able to stifle progress and understanding these days...their desire for the police state mentality in controlling thought and discussion is proving to be incompatible with a society that purports to be based on principles of democracy.

2. There is a good reason not to trust counselors, if you are a pedophile. I mean, yeah, considering that they are compelled to report child abuse. The pedophiles all agree about this.

Um, the mistrust that many MAA's have towards counselors goes WELL beyond this, and if you read our posts less selectively you would understand that. What many of us are afraid of in regards to mentioning our attraction base to MHP's we may be seeing is based on our fear of being demonized by them and seen as something less than human, or for them reporting us to the police even if we are NOT involved in any illegal activity simply due to the popular prejudices against us and the constant assumption that we are inevitably going to "abuse" a minor. No one at the workshop ever suggested that the MHP's shouldn't report illegal activity, but the meeting was simply a call for MHP's who are more sensitive to the needs of MAA's who are having a difficult time living in this society due to all the hatred against us, the problems we may have with keeping a job or being on good terms with our families, having to deal with the constant stream of lies emanating from the mouths of the antis in the media telling us that we are incapable of being anything other than a bunch of child molesting monsters who ruin the lives of other people, etc. And you think it's WRONG for some MHP's to simply see us as human beings who are capable of being productive members of society? The truth is, MANY MAA's are productive members of society and live an entirely law-abiding existence despite having more and more expressions of our attraction base being criminalized by the government every single year. I'm sorry that these particular MHP's who desire understanding over hatred, knowledge over misconceptions, and who put science before popular politics are not to your liking, but a backlash like this is the case whenever those who live on mindless hatred see the objects of their scorn treated as human beings. The depictions of the Japanese people during World War 2 comes to mind here (if AZ existed back then, in the days before the term "pedophile" became widely known, I'm sure you would have spent all your free time demonizing anyone who dared suggest that any Japanese citizen of the U.S. should be released from those detention centers; the temptation to see the "enemy" as something less than human is quite strong, as all of the antis prove).

3. Still, the pedos want to talk to them in order to further their agenda, but they can't present their FULL agenda. Yet. Maybe later, maybe soon. Depends on how cooperative the MHPs are, of course.

Every minority group has to work towards their rights in steps. When the black community were finally freed from chattel slavery, they knew it would be a while before society was ready to accept them taking professional positions such as doctor, lawyer, engineer, etc. There is nothing "abnormal" about any minority group seeking full emancipation and acceptance, and if you ever bothered to study the civil rights movements of various groups in the past you would see astounding parallels between the situations of these past groups and the MAA's and youth of today. Of course, the antis deny and claim to be offended by any such comparison between other minority groups and what they went through in the past and that of MAA's and the youth community today, but the statements you make against us now are remarkably similar to those made against other minority groups in the past. And your utter refusal to accept the fact that young people under the Magic Age can possibly have a sexual side to their nature is remarkably similar to what society used to believe about women in the days prior to their suffrage.

3. Some people are able to be in the same room with pedos and not hurt them yay!

And this is a bad thing? Once again, the antis seem to display extreme opposition towards seeing MAA's as anything other than a group of demonic beings in human form who would deserve any degree of violence that might be directed against them simply for discussing their issues in public. Damn those MHP's for being understanding and civilized instead of initiating hatred and violent acts against us!

4. Counselors are ill-equipped to deal with pedophile activists. Well, yeah.

Implying that anyone who dares to sympathize with our plight in society and who seeks real knowledge rather than the constant spewing of hatred and misinformation against is a bad thing??!! It was inevitable that counselors and other people in society eventually began seeing us as a distinct minority group rather than a group of evil monsters.

5. There is hope for the future (if you want to rape children)

I am not even going to get into it again regarding your warped and utterly retarded definition of the word "rape." No MAA that I have EVER known has supported the use of force or coercion to achieve sexual activity with a younger person, and THAT is what the TRUE definition of "rape" is. None of the MHP's we were talking to even discussed lowering or abolishing the age of consent; we were simply discussing treating MAA's like human beings and offering counseling services for those of us who need to talk to someone regarding the difficulties of living as an MAA in this society. Of course, the antis see sinister implications in absolutely everything that we do, and even the mere attempt by us to be seen as human beings disturbs them. That is what bothers the antis the most about these workshops...the knowledge that not EVERY single non-MAA out there sees us as horrific monsters.

6. Smurf dancer spoke, talking about how, because he is a sex offender, he can't teach pretty little girls to dance. All the pedos frowned about that. Apparently the counselors in this meeting frowned as well.

I see your point. So the mere fact that Paul (you can't even show him the dignity of calling him by his real name) has this attraction base and dared to look at pics of little girls automatically means that he is inherently psychotic and will inevitably rape or molest any girls he happens to be teaching. And you WONDER why we oppose such warped and vicious logic?

7. More hope!

Sorry that this disturbs you, but progress for ALL minority groups has always been the law of history.

9. Eggs could be thrown at the counselors who attended the conference AS WELL AS the pedos. Especially the ones who think pedoness is perfectly okay and that children should be hurt as often as the MAAs want.

Never mind the fact that this was NOT what the workshop was about. I guess, as usual, the antis see only what they want to see and make assumptions way out of context regarding any post they see from us. And, of course, you clearly express your fears that one day the terms "harm" and "rape" and "molestation" will NOT be used in such a warped form in the future as they are today and that one day society will accept youth sexuality as much as it currently does for adults (and you can continue to deny the sexual nature of youths as much as you want, because an increasing number of young people are being arrested and put on the sex offender registry for any display of sexual behavior, including that between peers of the same age, and young teen girls are arrested and put on the sex offender registry for sending pics of themselves in their underwear over their cell phones; NOW do you see why the antis are the ones in denial rather than the MAA community?? Heaven forbid should anyone strive to stop this nonsense). And I should mention that ALL the MHP's present were VERY concerned about kids being harmed.

10. Some of the counselors thought it was fascinating.

Heaven forbid that someone should find a man my age being attracted to young teen girls as ANYTHING other than repulsive, horrifying, or pathological. We need to control such thoughts!

11. Dissident has never seen any evidence of child sexual abuse from his pedophile peers. (HHAHAHAHAHAHA!)

I would NEVER associate with anyone who would use force or coercion to gain sexual favors from people of ANY age, and I actively discourage illegal sexual behavior from all of my peers. Sorry, Stiches, but it is possible for MAA's to live inside the law regardless of their opinions of the law. And I'm also sorry to say this, but striving for change within the system is LEGAL.

Considering my real life friends have known me for YEARS and YEARS and are well aware of the fact that I DO NOT engage in illegal sexual behavior, and that MAA's are fully capable of living within the law, it shouldn't surprise you that trained counselors can actually see us as something more than a group of deceptive liars. Heaven forbid!

14. They ate food together. And agreed that Oprah is EVIL.

Yup, having lunch together makes it clear that there are people capable of sitting down and breaking bread with us and seeing us as human beings. Heaven forbid! And considering the constant stream of lies that Oprah routinely spreads about us, including the glaring example I provided in my post about that alleged instruction manual for raping kids, is it any wonder that I suggest that maybe MHP's should get to know REAL MAA's and judge them on their own merits rather than listening to everything the antis say about us?

15. The pedos perved over an underaged looking food server.

Omg...heaven forbid that I should look at and admire the beauty of a young woman who was about 19-21 years of age. And heaven forbid could this woman pass for someone under the Magic Age! At my age, I should only be looking at and admiring and fantasizing about women in their 30's and 40's, right? That's all nice and "proper" according to a society with ageist prejudices and anxieties, right? I hate to break this to you, Stiches, and I'm sorry if this offends you considering your age, but many men (and women) find young women to be physically attractive. The fact that you try to demonize and even criminalize such thoughts when they are perfectly normal and natural, and have been so throughout human history, is just plain ridiculous. And you wonder why less and less people are taking you and your crew seriously? I dared to find a young woman attractive so now I'm a "perv." Nice. And btw, I was the one who pointed out to others that this young woman serving us was beautiful, there wasn't a huge "perv" session over her. And I am NOT ashamed of myself for finding young women beautiful, and you are NOT going to make me feel guilty over perfectly natural thoughts (even if said thoughts offend middle-aged women; need I remind you that there are MANY men who are attracted to middle-aged women, including many younger men, so this type of attitude is very much without merit).

16. Dissident hugged some psych major chick and it probably grossed her out. Big Time.

First of all, she wasn't a young psych major; she was a professional MHP who was in the business for a very long time and was much older than me. Oh yes, the "filthy pedophile" hugged a much older woman and (heaven forbid!) this person actually hugged me back and thought of me as a warm human being who actually had some good qualities to his character and was proud to meet me and spend several hours talking to me. And to think she could have such a warm reaction to a man who is attracted to teen girls! Ugh, the very thought of it! Let's throw eggs at her for that! She hugged a "filthy pedophile"!! She saw his humanity! Curse her in hell for that!!

17. Party party party, go to more of these if you are a pedo or a mental health professional who thinks, hey, Pedophilia is Alright By Me!

Change is also one of the rules of history, Stiches. Sorry that you can't deal with that.

Posting under the nickname "Devholyjoke," Shields shared some of his perverted thoughts with other sickos:
